"61. As a result of QTN's breaches, Firestone has sustained financial harm and has lost the benefit expected to be received from these agreements had QTN performed a promised. Thus, Firestone has sustained damages of at least $3,479,420.00, in addition to interest and attorney's fees and other damages set forth herein, which Firestone now sues to recover from QTN."

Well, it looks like we weren't the only ones that Frank was lying to. Doesn't make me feel any better, but oh well.

Finally...a little transparency. Those letters from Frank are pretty interesting. Can someone analyze the one where he talks about the funding Q has? I'm mainly wondering who "Jim" is. I'll have to sit down and read all of the rest of this tomorrow, while the pps sinks.

Hahaha, the original payment was to be 500,000,000 shares of QBID, then worth 1.7 mil. I'd be pissed, too.

I got quite scared by first reading the claims of the lawsuit. Then by reading the counter claims of the lawsuit (page 151 onward) i realize why QTN would not hold up to the contracts...

i am by no means a lawyer so as of right now im going to sit on the sidelines.

I would like QTN to buyout the Firestone network and be done with them. If its true they are intentinally disturbing the satillete signal than they are acting like immature kids.

All lawsuits have two sides to the story. The truth is somewhere inbetween. Frank mentioned in the CC that he may have to buy out Firestone's contract. A settlement to this lawsuit could be considered that "buy out".

It's not uncommon for companies to have lawsuits. It's more a course of business. I think I read somewhere that Starbucks sees a lawsuit a day, every day.

So did Firestone ever get their shares, restricted or otherwise? I couldn't read the whole document, but if they did not, where are they and could they be retired? Just looking for a positive spin.

I think this explains a lot. Sounds like the Liz Taylor special, the Super Bowl special, Innauguration stuff, and a lot more were not of acceptable quality to broadcast. Remember there are always the three sides to the story, this side, the other side, and the truth (happens to be somewhere in the middle).

And now I know why there has been NO effort to raise the pps. FO is sticking it to Firestone, imo. Therefore, it is my opinion that we will see NO audit until this is settled or dismissed. It is also my opinion that we now know where a majority of the shares being dumped (and possibly day traded?) are coming from, Firestone.

Thoughts?

When was this lawsuit filed? And I thought I remembered reading that Firestone left willingly (though with a bad taste in their mouth)...what happened? Maybe Q is becoming successful?

The only mention that Frank made of Firestone during the visit to Burbank was that Firestone did not know how to do gay program production, after all their background is Christian programming. Frank said that it was necassary to get away from Firestone so that they could go forth with artistic freedom in the "Q" programming.

Are Franbklyn Broaddcasting and Liquidation by Sat subs of TMM as QTN is??

Also have the 500,000.000 shares that are now suppose to be unrestricted still being held by Friestone? or have they flooded the market with those shares and sold all the way down to the present PPS.

If Firestore is messing with sat signals are they also messing with the market?

Looks like there will be lots of questions to be answered. Stay tuned for the next episode [Big Grin]

according to what i just read in these court filings it would appear that, to me at least, the reason frank raised the authorized to sixty billion is because he needs to issue about 8 to 15 billion to firestone!

No one thinks this is just like Frank to promise something and not come through??? Sounds just like what he is doing to us with the audit. Trying to boost stock sales with promise of audit that never came.

You guys are very trusting after watching this stock plummit the way it did.

Don't be surprised if Frank loses some money on this one, because there is the possibility of having a jury that consists of only straight citizens. I mean just out of pure prejudice, from a few jury members, would more than likely swing the votes in favor of Firestone.

People lie everyday to get on jury's. That’s the way it is. And in some cases it's sad but it's true.

500 million! firestone could have as many as 8 billion shares to dump and if they do they will!! this is the reason for the audit delay,QBID cannot release the audit until they know how many shares they must give firestone to settle there debts A/S will probably go to 70 or 80 billion before they are through!

63. (b) tender 50% of Olsen's equity in QTN to Firestone (which was worth up to $50,000,000.00).

The first 3 pages show Notice of Removal of Defendants, because the suite is over $75k, and the defendants, QTN and Frank Olsen, are in differing jurisdictions. Filed by the defendants.

I wonder if the 16 billion A/S shares increase, went to Firestone as settlement. That is around $5mill at current PPS......JMHO....
