The NASD will be setting the ex-dividend date and informing the public and brokerage community at large.

no worries here. level 2s still look good, holding where its been all day. still not a lot of selling, plenty of buying.
again, i think that because of the confusion about when you can buy to receive the divi they extended it... cuz it will take 3 days from the time of purchase for shares to settle in your account.
and those of you who got in early like me and feel cheated- just give us a few more days of an UPWARD RIDE this week

BB- your back. I hope you weren't hounded by the paprazi to awfully bad, when you went shopping.Just joking. I just talked to my broker at scottrades office and according to him I would have to buy my shares for the purpose of the divi by end of day on the 23rd of dec. in order to get on fcdh books for time of divi distribution. How many people know that or don't and may just be wasting their time after that date is any bodys guess.

OK, guys I know this is going to be a dumb question..so please don't be too harsh on me..but here we go..
I see that FCDH is giving 1 share of SNYY for every 6 shares of FCDH as dividend. Now my question is how is that possible? SNYY is worth $1.40 per share and that would give us all thousands. I know I am missing something, so could somoene please fill me in?

I think the best way to answer your question would be to go back about 5 pages or so to where the pr first came out and start reading from there. That would give you a lot of answers and ideas about it.That have already been posted on that subject.
