this is going to be great for me because I dont have $25 grand, but after the divi I will. then I can make round trips and not worry about getting labled a pattern day trader.

and would you ask: How can SNYY move from $1.10 to $1.40 within a couple of weeks with no volumn? AND Why did SNYY have a blank chart for 2 days when all this news was being announced?

As I understand it, since the SNYY shares are restricted, you still cannot sell any FCDH shares untill 2 days after the 21st. So to be extra carefull, I would not sell untill the 26th. You must read the part about 'restricted dividends'. I read it when another person had posted the info on another board.

The MMs are manipulating the ticks so as to scare some into selling. I bet today there will be a huge volume after hours if they keep this up all day long.

First Canadian American Holding Corporation (OTC: FCDH) is pleased to announce that the Board of Directors has declared a stock dividend, payable to shareholders of record of December 21, 2005. So as long as we hold shares thru Wednesday, we'll get the dividend? And did someone say that we had to hold for a number of days before we could sell FCDH?
