come on guys i love this stock but be for real you guys are saying .01 and .02 are you talking like in a year or what dont get people to pumped up on this i mean i would truely love .01 and really .02 but every time i get in a stock like this and people start talking big pps then it goes down on me. so you guys think .01 - .02 without a r/s

So far, an R/S is not on the table; they're going to buy back stock instead. That's the opposite of dilution.
If we get a good US carrier or 2 in the US, there is absolutely no reason we couldn't see real pennies. Certainly could be a year or longer away, or it could be next month. We won't know until it happens, I guess.

First Canadian American Holding Corporation Further Explains Dividend TORONTO -- (MARKET WIRE) -- 12/14/2005 -- First Canadian American Holding Corporation (OTC: FCDH) yesterday announced that the Board of Directors has declared a stock dividend, payable to shareholders of record of December 21, 2005. The dividend will consist of one (1) free common share of Suncrest Energy Inc. (OTC: SNYY) for every six (6) shares of FCDH held on December 21, 2005.
Many shareholders were wondering if the shares are restricted and what would be the restriction period. The shares that the First Canadian shareholders will be receiving are restricted for one year as they are coming from a block of shares that was issued to First Canadian from the sale of assets to Suncrest which were originally restricted stock.
Based on yesterday's closing price of Suncrest stock (OTC: SNYY), the dividend amounts to a Twenty Cents ($0.20) value for each and every share of First Canadian held as of the record date. The price of Suncrest will fluctuate over the period of time just like any stock.

Never being a part of a stock dividend, how is this dividend paid? Are these shares put directly in our accounts? Or is it handled someother way? I know what I cannot do anything with them for one year, but am just curious.

I just spoke to Sandy, he said that they are still optimistic about the reverse split, hound all the communcations companys not just any particular one, also said he was working on a press release at the moment, and it would be posted by the end of the day. that is all I can offer at this time.
