OHHH yeah. There are alot of boxing, wrestling, and MMA fans here. Also, think about the recent Ultimate Figher series they had (I think it was on spikeTV) which even brought more exposure to the MMA side of things and is marketed towards such a wide, diverse age group. Next to video games, MMA is HOT for this male age group.

I'm glad you brought up the video game part. Think about TFN-->MMA on XBox 360/PS3 ~~~~!!!
It has been said that TFN is lookin into that venture.
Sandy W has worked with Sony before as well. _______________________________________________- As far as I know, which is PURELY speculation...
maybe something monday-wed. I know that is a pretty broad statement but I'm in the middle of getting my crystle balls polished up.

Well at least for the wrestling part, I know that the latest WWE wrestling release is one of 10 most wanted games for PS2 which probably caters more to the 18 year old and younger niche, but I do know alot of these young wrestling gamers love to watch live MMA fights as well.

This board seems a bit more friendly than some others i've been on, so I'm going to ask a very basic question, and hopefully i won't get 10 people telling me to go do my DD. What does this company do exactly and why are they so low at this point and what do they have to do with UFC, WWE, and other fighting events? Thanks in advance!

Hey BB, sorry not to leave the ladies out as I have tons of lady friends that sometimes enjoy MMA as much as the guys that it's just crazy! Also, this is a great mainstream play which reminds me alot of other past plays I have done. Apple with the Ipod. Siri/XM radio for satellite radio. MSN for the Xbox momo runs. Sony for their playstations. This is a winner kids if our main man gets the job done and gets us on a carrier stateside.
(edit) ....and doesn't dilute the stock like hell. If anything, we'll get a good momo run.

this company is rumoured to be merging with the company that owns TFN (the fight network), a successful canadian tv channel)to form one media company that is shopping TFN around the USA.
contracts rumored to be in progress.
as it stands, FCDH recently restructured, sold off assets and bought interest in TFN, thus the low pps and the increase.
at least thats how ill summarize it.
the dividend thing is a bonus, if ur holding dec 21st.

kilerb, FCDH is a holding company. It appears their previous focus was on mining. Now they are focusing on this Fight Network and selling the mining operations, basically giving TFN their entire attention.
MMA events have been rapidly growing in the US, but have been popular in Canada, South America, and Japan for quite a while. A network entirely devoted to MMA or gighting in general should be a big, BIG deal.
PPS is low right now because they are just in Canada right now, and no one cares about Canada, eh? If they successfully negotiate a carrier in the US, this stock is gonna be hot.

yes, but the divi is just a bonus. many here playing FCDH for what it can potentially offer as a "fight network" station. Honestly, I'm not even thinking about the divi.

kb, 1 SNYY for every 6 FCDH. 1,000,000 shares FCDH gets you 166,666 SNYY.

I think they'll be restricted for 1 year. There may be some cost associated with unrestricting them as well. Again, many of us are in this stock for TFN, not the dividend, but free shares are always a nice bonus.
