I dunno about that. Pinks are very risky I agree. But some pinks can make you RICH! I've seen stocks go from .0001 into the dollars. 1 in a million? Probably... But it can happen. If I knew which one would do it next, I'd be a happy cookie!

That seems pretty low on a sub penny considering there are ones like QBID out there which i've heard has 60,000,000,000 shares outstanding! I could be wrong though, this is just what i read somewhere.

our volume wasnt heavy sells... there were plenty of buys.
got this from their last quarterly filing: Issued September 30 Common Stock 184,000 Additional Paid-In Capital 22,573,000 = Capital Stock $ 22,757,000 Shares Outstanding 2,530,142,699
so if i do the math doesnt that mean we should be at .008 pps?

with 10 billiob a/s you wouldnt think it could go much higher but with volume like today it wouldnt take that long to get rid of 10 billion would realy love to see this goto .0025 by the end of next week. anyone out there think that could happen?

do you know the difference between authorized shares and outstanding shares? They are authorized to issue a max of 10b shares. Only 2.5b shares have been issued. Sandy Winick (CEO) said there will be no mroe changes in share structure. He owns 1.5b shares and there is a 1b share float. Also, VFIN and another MM have shorted ~500m shares. So your statement doesn't make sense. Understand?

Don't be surprized if this hits .0025-.003 by Wednesday. I started to sell 1 mill of my 8 mill, but commmon sense says that buys will roll in Monday and Tuesday because of the SNYY div. At three I may sell half and get back in Thursday or Friday. Price will temporarily go back down to .0006 until all the news of the new carriers are signed.

BB- Thanks i'll have to believe that the latter number is closer to the a/s count. I don't see 30mil shares trading enough to create the volume thats been here today.

Something doesnt feel right about this stock. I bought some anyway just in case. What is hard to understand is the distribution of SNYY stock. If its 6 shares for every one of SNYY there will be alot of dilution. SNYY has 70m shares authorized with 39m outstanding. FCDH has what several billion shares ? Hope it works out though.
