From PRs released in the last month, Im reading that there wont be no dilution in SNYY as FCDH already has gotten the shares that will be used as Divvies. Please correct me anyone if I'm wrong?

Picked up a boat load of shares at .0006. Hoping to see over .001 in the near term.
HDSN is controlling the stock price today. He is the only mm left that is willing to sell at .0006. Once he is out of shares it will finally run. The question is how many does he have left?

9 million buy is this done for the day i was thinking of trying to get a little bit 500,000 shares at .0005 but it looks like it might not move to much more today slowed way down

The PR about the dividend says that the shares are common shares. It doesn't say that they're restricted or anything. It would seem like they should tell us that if they were?

I would think so. At least its not a private company Got so many frickin private company shares in my account that I can't do anything with till they go public, if they even do, hehe. Oh well, good lottery tickets I guess.

BB-I may be the cause of another funky trade showing up here, shortly. The thing that baffles me right now is that if I receive 500,000 shares of snyy current quote is $1.20 and to me they're only worth .15 cents, thats still $75000. And i'm not used to the pinks handing out money. I'm gonna have a heart attack or a brain seizure or something here trying to figure this thing out. Please help.

I just got out of the hospital an hour ago..
Really bad weekend. I get online to check email and scottrade positions - WOW!
All I can say is Puh-leeeaaaaaaaaaseeeeee let this be the real thing.
I've got 4.5 million shares - c'mon FCDH!!!
4.5 million shares divided by 6 = 750,000 shares snyy at a share price of say, 1 buck even (between .90 and 1.20 pps) - that's 3/4 million buckaroos...

Thats what I mean. Who hands out that kind of bread to some pennystock shareholders as a dividend? I never heard of this kind of stuff. Any input anybabes or bodys.

could someone tell me about the divi for this stock. how many shares do you get of snyy and why do you get them because they are worth alot more then fcdh and if i buy now can i still get the divi and when do you get them sorry for all the questions and thanks
