Some might say the company is diluting shares, I just spoke with the TA for VCTY and they (Donna) confirmed that the share sturcture has not changed over the past 3 weeks!
32,128,990 o/s confirmed and there are approx 11million **RESTRICTED** shares. That means the float on this stock is ... you got it!! 21million available shares to the trading public.
Wow!! And people are freaking out?? Don't cry when its over folks. Opportunites are **NEVER** missed, only taken by smarter traders! Watch OUT!!!!

Would you look at that another red day... I am telling you CEO is dumping shares. If the CEO dumps shares it's of his own. It won't add to the o/s because it's shares he owns. LMAO don't you get it? He isn't moving shares from A/S to O/S he is selling his shares in this FANC brokage firm.. Yet again VCTY another red. When will you people listen... And for those who bought at .02 you should of listened to me when I said not to buy.

The form of dilution isn't the S8 which can be found in the SEC reports. The company can not dilute without filing, but the CEO can dump his shares. Example if the CEO owns 20% of the o/s and he dumps it the o/s will not increase. He is selling his shares into the market either selling it to you or the mm's. The reason why I posted the assets and the debt of the company is because when this happens (selling pressure) there will be no reason for the stock to bounce. The stock is worthless along with the company. JM is getting people to bid on the stock to make it look attractive but frankly no one will be buying this. And as proof from friday to monday after hour trades mean nothing at all. It's a away from MM's to show inventory which is increasing being the leading seller FANC is being routed to sell shares for the CEO..

Dear Tony / Stock Analyzer (one in the same)
While you may THINK you know everything, in point of fact, you don't know squat.
It seems to me as though you only come along when a stock that you can't get for free from the company fluctuates from day to day.
If you had to actually PAY for something, then you would be PUMPING and DUMPING like your mentor Momo.
You can't even be a man of your word, and stop posting on this thread, like you "promised" you would earlier.
As for me, I have to trust someone, and so far JM has not led me down a bad road. Unlike you and your buddy Momo, who look for newbies, and get them to trust you for a couple of plays, then stick the screws to them!!
There really are a few good folks out in the REAL world, and I for one believe in JM, Moon, and Packet to name just a few.
We all know you and Momo have a thing goin on, perhaps the goal for the 2 of you is to screw as many people as possible before Christmas, just so you can have all those new toys you couldn't get any other way.
We will continue to hound you, even if you change your name, because a skunk may be able to cover his stripe, but the stench gives you away everytime.
Go back under the rock from whence you came.

I take it your a want to be leader so your bash stocks ?? can't you take a hint your not wanted here go back in the same hole you crawled out of. Good evening, I'd like to point out to everyone that our first group play of the week has been pushed back to Tuesday of this week, because of everyone sleeping off the extra pounds they may have gained over the turkey day weekend. Martha was able to cook me a very good meal and we all know what good food does to the body. So to get everyone back into shape we still plan on having our 3 group plays to get everyone back into the daytrading swing of things. Tuesday's group play will be held in our flashchat room and sent via e-mail at 1:15pm eastern time.. All three of these plays will have been past group plays which have bottomed out and have the potential to break the *********** HOD when she was ran the first time. That's an e-mail I got from your leader Jmicheal. The person you are "bashing" but yet you are planning another attack on your group with Momo's plays. For godsake Momo calls himself "Momo stewart" the husband of Martha. Why? Because he is a convict like Martha himself. since you are so interested.... the way i feel here we're kool if this wants to come down perferably to the .01'ish area w/all the crying about the chart... (for the longer-term triple-bottom) so i do plan to be sitting bid heavy $5000 or so in that area...
