With all this 'buzz' and so many different people talking about VCTY as a legitimate play, I've emailed the company in hopes of getting an update on developments, on numbers, etc that should be announced by or at the end of their 4th Quarter. I don't like this statement--> The company reiterated that there was no assurance that Legend Investment would be able to obtain the appropriate bond to begin petroleum deliveries, or that they will be able to fully fund the above named leases. The company was expected to release additional information on the above six leases and production delivery once they acquire their appropriate bond issue at a later date.

This stock has clearly hit bottom and now starting an ascension. Check out this chart and see for yourself how and where it is going from here. See the spikes in December,March,June,October and November. This is the characteristics of low float stocks a normal occurance. So rumor has it that news is on the way. I mean with all the attention that VCTY is getting you got to admit something definately is going on here. Landmark day today for VCTY, as we saw another test of .02 area, where apparently all selling has now been weeded out and we had some healthy upticks towards the HOD at end of trading.
Beginning of upturn.
.02 will become 2nd level of support , as MMs kept creeping up the bid late-day. Look for .03 support soon, imo, as buying pressure takes over and pushes this low-floater upwards.

Jmichael7, I happened to hear "Ally in Austin" mention VCTY on IBC radio last week and it seems she is highly respected among the IBC regulars. Since then I've been following VCTY and it seems to have support at .020 and has tested the .015 support levels forming a double bottom in the past week (5 trading days).
It would be nice to see the RSI bounce before 50 and the slow stoch is starting to level off into a possible up turn.
I also noticed today that most if not all trades were above the bid. Depending on what happens Friday before 1pm, I might test the waters.

well yeah this was a Momo/play, another front loaded stock, however the problem became that they couldnt seem to get enough people to play the stock and everyone still talks about this going, I mean sure you could have held this for the last two weeks, but then again if you did you tied funds up, where you could have put into another stock elsewhere and actually made fun, rather then getting in on some pump and dump

+ Today's volume hit a record for the past 3 years. + Last trade was 500k shares ABOVE the ask + Today formed a triple bottom at .015 confirming this support level + The money flow (CMF) indicator continues to show strength
Monday will be the decision day for this stock, the Level2 walls at .05 and .08 are no longer visible.

Jmicheal prints after market mean nothing at all. Many stocks which have huge prints after market are insiders selling into the market the market for open. Chances are this stock will have another red day. Not to mention the day the stock spiked the price per shares was .018-.02 on the ask side. The Bid side was .01 Which means the stock had an 80-100% spread for the spike came. Usually no demand in a stock would cause such a huge spread. If you look at the chart notice the 3 red volume blocks increasing. It means the stock has closed in red because of massive selling by someone in the stock. Not to mention every year that goes by the CEO adds shares to the O/S (Dilution) to try to pay what he owes to whom ever he owes it to. Look!

JM it isn't funny. The CEO **could** be diluting. The shares being dumped now isn't being hald by anyone in the public. How could it be after her first push and the dump? I would suggest you pull out and look for a better play. Try reading the SEC filings and look for dilution trends. Charts won't show the CEO adding shares but the SEC filing sure will..

Ok fair warning. I have provided the best DD you can about this stock. The CEO has time after time doubled the O/S this is because of his 4m dollar "LIABILITIES" In other as you guys buy your giving the money directly to the CEO. All the DD provided has not help this stock increase in value. The DD the provided shows the reason for the increase in volume and the negative % change at the end of the day.I've seen this pumped by you JM on IHUB so I thought I would post some DD about it. Mini think about it this way. If you see a ton of volume and no increase in PPS and a downtrend on the stock that either equals selling pressure from the public or dilution from the CEO. Being the volume traded on friday caused the stock to close in red I am assuming based on the CEO past dilution history he is doing it yet again....

In point of fact Tony - Confirmed, known alias of Stock Analyzer, (see, you can run but you cannot hide), you have personally invited me to participate in your "Group Plays", which fortunately for me, I have declined, however I have watched those plays from my scanner, and an amazing thing occurs about 3 - 5 minutes into them - a HUGE amount of volume shows up as sells!
You get yours and leave the rest of your group holding the bag. It now seems to me that you are merely bashing this particular stock, because you don't have any cheap shares for yourself.
Personally, I have NEVER seen any of the alleged DD you claim to have posted on here. Also, another known fact - you are a PAID promoter - which is a clear violation of SEC rules, and you cant get anyone from VCTY to GIVE YOU any FREE shares of this one - WHY? - because they are a legit company, and they don't need you, and your kind to promote it.
I don't have any idea how high this thing will go, but .08 - .12 is within reach..... IMHO

When was this pr posted? Also what was there assets and losses at that time. Look at the SEC filing they are using your money to pay debt. Trust me I won't be buying this. She will keep going down. I am in moon2jumps group and so are you JM and all you guys are in this heavy. No one has extra cash to avg down. You'll see the volume in the am and sells and you will shocked. These arent frontloaded shares. These are CEO shares being dumped.. Please take the time to do DD. I am not trying to be a hero more like a warning sign to all not to touch this stock.

As I said how many stocks have prints after market. Means nothing. MM show inventory or premarket sell orders. Those orders didn't move the stock at all. Remember it closed in red 17% All of you guys are in the same group. Trying to pump this stock to spark some interest. No one is going to help you move this up. The charts look scary and the price now is lower then when JM first got. (He got in at .018-.02 for $250. Hey JM post a copy of your ameritrade account so everyone can see the price you got in at) You got in basement price. How do I know this? You are in moon to jump telling people to buy as you try to sell your shares. Being the stock didn't run to your expected price you stayed in expecting a bounce but all your people are selling while you are pumping. We shall see at market close what this stock does. How can you try to create a chart when you don't have enough volume to bring the pps up? I'm not Momo nor S/A but instead one of your members who you promised volume from overseas and it never came in.. JM isn't also weird how you are pumping these plays that MoMo made group plays after his group dumps? What's up with that. Face you can't get the volume anymore. Your failing to understand what I am saying. Who I am doesn't matter because I am starting to notice your moves. You see you get in at .018-.02 and then when the play doesn't go your way you look back at the charts and say someone frontloaded before us. That's BS. The shares bought before .018 was about 400 dollars worth and it was on the bid .01 The spread before Jmicheal bought was 80% .01 on the bid .018 on the ask. The form of dilution isn't the S8 which can be found in the SEC reports. The company can not dilute without filing, but the CEO can dump his shares. Example if the CEO owns 20% of the o/s and he dumps it the o/s will not increase. He is selling his shares into the market either selling it to you or the mm's. The reason why I posted the assets and the debt of the company is because when this happens (selling pressure) there will be no reason for the stock to bounce. The stock is worthless along with the company. JM is getting people to bid on the stock to make it look attractive but frankly no one will be buying this. And as proof from friday to monday after hour trades mean nothing at all. It's a away from MM's to show inventory which is increasing being the leading seller FANC is being routed to sell shares for the CEO..

Ok what you said made no sence. You guys are all a group. You guys get in together and pump it to your group. Now if no one frontloads (JM) where is all these millions of shares coming from? The stock price isn't falling because of buys. It's falling because of sells. You got your promo shares and as you tell your group to hold because of an oversea trader is going to bring money into this you are dumping your shares all over your group. Look at the chart I posted. This stock is down over a penny since the price you guys were able to spike it at. Look at this chart for the past 6 months. It has not even had a total of 1m shares traded in that span of time. So either your dumping the shares you were givin or your group is dumping all over you..

Before you bash someone else work make sure to learn how to read the chart to spot frontloading. Now if you know anything about frontloading you will notice a spike in volume and then a flatline before the play is made public correct? Now if you look at the chart on this stock you notice she was bouncing off .006 before she was made public. Don't turn away from the naked truth of VCTY being a POS and Jmicheal only having 200 dollars in his account which is why he tried to promote it to make money out of it. Why else would he pump something with a horrible chart, no asset, and heavy in debt.. Oh here is the chart for MAGLA.. Unlike you JM i know how to DD and read charts you don't..

Ventures First I am SA now Momo. These guys have no idea who they are talking to. They want to point fingers at everyone but themself. MM's aren't accumulating. If Jmicheal would stop bidding on the stock you will notice that the spread is horrible. They didn't even put GTC orders in on there bid's to keep the bid side up after hours. These guys are newbees and they are messing with people's money to try to prove a point. People are losing money based on expections set forth by someone "Trusted" on other boards. I had no problem with JM until he pumped something which had more then 75% of there daily volume which was sells. Where are these shares coming from? They aren't coming from Momo, SA, Moontojump, KOP, or anyone else. It's coming from insiders in the stock who are routing through FANC. It's right there on l2's and SEC filings but they choice not to read it..

Yes we see the asending triangle, but notice the volume spike in NOV. Where are those shares coming from? If they were buys the stock would be increasing involume not decresing. Look back in OTC noce 750m in volume got her around.06 now 2.2m in volume has got her around .01 thats not a good sign. If we could stop the bashing and talking about the stock maybe we will see the good and the bad about the stock itself. I already told people to get out and those who didn't listen will have to hope for a spike but with an increasing o/s with every 10k filed it doesn't seem like that will be possible.

I find it funny how MoMo is now evaluating a chart... coming from someone who thinks that charts are nothing to get any pertinent information from, it is kinda ironic!
the chart I see is a descending triangle pattern. These are usually a bearish continuation pattern, however, they can mark a reversal. The key is to see which way it breaks, when the descending hypotenuse line meets the level support line. If it breaks up, then it is a trend reversal, and if it breaks down, then it is a bearish continuation.

VCTY, is VERY attractive at this level. I have some shares at .02 and .017, and I am not worried. I will just hold on. While the MM play their little shakin' game. And the closer it gets to .01, the MORE shares I will be able to add. I believe that VCTY will be at .02, WELL before it went to .01. I see this stock in the .03 area, pretty soon. Lets face it, the VOLUME is huge, and Volume INCREASE = PPS Increase... Just a little patience here Guys!! And NO Dilution PER the t/a today at 3:45...VERY NICE!!

From: BestPicks R Us Good Evening, I'd like to take this time to comment on Jmicheal and his outrage on allstocks. Isn't it amazing how someone can be your friend one day then bash you the next. For a few days now I have seen him fight with "Tony_de_tiger_gr888" from allstocks about VCTY. Now VCTY was a play which was researched by myself and a mod at this site. We brought it to Jmicheals attention with a few others in his "group" about a possible group play. The stock had no volume for days and was around 52 week low which made it a good play to run. Jmicheal,moon2jump and another one of his "Aces" got in first. They were the first buy orders at .018 before anyone knew about the play. I then got in at .02 I mentioned to JM that the o/s was rather high and it would take a good amount of money to move this stock based on the SEC filings which I researched myself. Jmicheal which I got into 2 other plays first was only down to 250 in his trading account and was looking to hit a homerun so he would not have to get a "real job" This man believes in the "No one gets left behind plan" and because of that he loses in everyplay which he runs. As he holds his shares his members dump all over him and he gets left holding the bag even though he got in first! Now the problem with VCTY was this. He believed because the "chart" says it can run to .06+ that it would indeed hit that price. What he seems to not know is that "volume" is what increases and decreases the stock price. Chart is nothing more then a platform to show you past trends and volume in a stock. Being he was down to his last 200 dollars he wanted to see 1.00 per share on VCTY so he can mae tons of money. So VCTY on the first spike went to about .032 then dropped. He then had the nerve to blame me for the price drop as if to say I owned 210k shares and dumped it on the bid at that price. I ended selling at the same exact price I bought in at and I can prove that if need be. Further in the quest of Jmicheals dream of 1.00 per share on VCTY he then told his people to buy the stock back up and what did she do? SHE TANKED! Why? Appears that the CEO of VCTY is dumping his personal shares into the market as JM gets more buys. JM was able to get people stuck between .015-.03 in this stock and look at the pps now. For 4 trading days VCTY has ended the day in red so how is any of his people making money? JM also failed to see that every quater when the company files there 10q the o/s increases 100% everytime. As of right now the o/s is 31m next 10Q it will show about 40-50m. So Jmicheal good job in helping your members lose mone because not only did they sell for a lost but FANC is dumping shares for the CEO. Tony the tiger said your a promoter but I know you don't have what it takes to become one. You could ask Fatherof2 how to scam people out of 100k since he came to your defense on Allstocks because he knows a thing or two about r/s and s8. Why is it you think FO2 has lost all support in his own site? It's because I exposed his IR scams and how he was paid to keep people in stocks that were going to r/s and he knew it. So anyway 5k people will this e-mail and will laugh at JM when ever he post about anystock from this day foward.
