oK in summary we've been trading in a nice range anywhere from .015 - .033 for the past two weeks. ..now this!...guess what?! Friday someone took out the biggest seller imo with 3 Large Block (500k ea.) Orders All Above the Ask.... so... with that, the expectancy of news and according to chart.... It's Time!!

Jmicheal prints after market mean nothing at all. Many stocks which have huge prints after market are insiders selling into the market the market for open. Chances are this stock will have another red day. Not to mention the day the stock spiked the price per shares was .018-.02 on the ask side. The Bid side was .01 Which means the stock had an 80-100% spread for the spike came. Usually no demand in a stock would cause such a huge spread. If you look at the chart notice the 3 red volume blocks increasing. It means the stock has closed in red because of massive selling by someone in the stock. Not to mention every year that goes by the CEO adds shares to the O/S (Dilution) to try to pay what he owes to whom ever he owes it to. Look!

JM it isn't funny. The CEO **could** be diluting. The shares being dumped now isn't being hald by anyone in the public. How could it be after her first push and the dump? I would suggest you pull out and look for a better play. Try reading the SEC filings and look for dilution trends. Charts won't show the CEO adding shares but the SEC filing sure will..

Ok fair warning. I have provided the best DD you can about this stock. The CEO has time after time doubled the O/S this is because of his 4m dollar "LIABILITIES" In other as you guys buy your giving the money directly to the CEO. All the DD provided has not help this stock increase in value. The DD the provided shows the reason for the increase in volume and the negative % change at the end of the day.I've seen this pumped by you JM on IHUB so I thought I would post some DD about it. Mini the plays you have seen from JM as of late was giving to him by a known pumper and dumper scammer Momo.....

Mini think about it this way. If you see a ton of volume and no increase in PPS and a downtrend on the stock that either equals selling pressure from the public or dilution from the CEO. Being the volume traded on friday caused the stock to close in red I am assuming based on the CEO past dilution history he is doing it yet again....

In point of fact Tony - Confirmed, known alias of Stock Analyzer, (see, you can run but you cannot hide), you have personally invited me to participate in your "Group Plays", which fortunately for me, I have declined, however I have watched those plays from my scanner, and an amazing thing occurs about 3 - 5 minutes into them - a HUGE amount of volume shows up as sells!
You get yours and leave the rest of your group holding the bag. It now seems to me that you are merely bashing this particular stock, because you don't have any cheap shares for yourself.
Personally, I have NEVER seen any of the alleged DD you claim to have posted on here. Also, another known fact - you are a PAID promoter - which is a clear violation of SEC rules, and you cant get anyone from VCTY to GIVE YOU any FREE shares of this one - WHY? - because they are a legit company, and they don't need you, and your kind to promote it.
I don't have any idea how high this thing will go, but .08 - .12 is within reach..... IMHO
Go back to your teacher Momo, and tell him you got busted now, and beg him to let him back into his good graces....

Mini I'm not sure if you have seen the DD I posted so let me post it once again and explain to you what you are reading. If you look at the dates and the o/s you will notice every month that they file the o/s increases. Which means he is dumping shares into the market. And why would anyone want to promote a company which is 4m bucks in the hole and only makes and only brings in 15k bucks per quater? I'm not bashing but just warning all the people who are holding this... Enjoy the ride under .01 because she is coming soon to a level 2 near you. Isn't that tony_de_tiger_gr888888888888888

Don't you just love it when the bashers come. Tony the Tiger is just trying to plant a seed of doubt into the minds of the holders. Just ask yourself what is the motivation here. Yes you are right. I am trying to buy shares on the bid. Put the price I am only willing to buy at is .0001 once the CEO is done diluting the brains of you this stock. So as I said make sure to get out before the CEO dumps more shares..

That sounds good and all but how can the company function with such a large debt? And when was the last time they released PR?

When was this pr posted? Also what was there assets and losses at that time. Look at the SEC filing they are using your money to pay debt. Trust me I won't be buying this. She will keep going down. I am in moon2jumps group and so are you JM and all you guys are in this heavy. No one has extra cash to avg down. You'll see the volume in the am and sells and you will shocked. These arent frontloaded shares. These are CEO shares being dumped.. Please take the time to do DD. I am not trying to be a hero more like a warning sign to all not to touch this stock.

And... if you sure the 1.5 million shares **ABOVE** the ask were shares dumped, who bought those expensive shares... especially when there were shares available at .016 or even less???

As I said how many stocks have prints after market. Means nothing. MM show inventory or premarket sell orders. Those orders didn't move the stock at all. Remember it closed in red 17% All of you guys are in the same group. Trying to pump this stock to spark some interest. No one is going to help you move this up. The charts look scary and the price now is lower then when JM first got. (He got in at .018-.02 for $250. Hey JM post a copy of your ameritrade account so everyone can see the price you got in at) You got in basement price. How do I know this? You are in moon to jump telling people to buy as you try to sell your shares. Being the stock didn't run to your expected price you stayed in expecting a bounce but all your people are selling while you are pumping. We shall see at market close what this stock does. How can you try to create a chart when you don't have enough volume to bring the pps up? I'm not Momo nor S/A but instead one of your members who you promised volume from overseas and it never came in.. JM isn't also weird how you are pumping these plays that MoMo made group plays after his group dumps? What's up with that. Face you can't get the volume anymore. Lets start with a fresh new play which isn't frontloaded by you and MoMo..

Your failing to understand what I am saying. Who I am doesn't matter because I am starting to notice your moves. You see you get in at .018-.02 and then when the play doesn't go your way you look back at the charts and say someone frontloaded before us. That's BS. The shares bought before .018 was about 400 dollars worth and it was on the bid .01 The spread before Jmicheal bought was 80% .01 on the bid .018 on the ask. How could you look at 41k in volume can cry "Frontload" when Yourself (JM), Momo, Moon2jump, got in for a total of 2k bucks before you told your group? Face it since the first spike the stock has been heading south and the CEO is dumping shares. Before this stock goes any lower get out of it. Jm is a full time daytrader with 200 bucks in his account before VCTY. His intension is to aim high but he doesn't want to take 50% of 200 when he had the chance. Looks like you will need the help of a group on this one huh... And packet please don't defend these guys because you know exactly what they are trying to do here.
