In summary, with the promising future, and exciting new developments during the most recent quarter, we anticipate that we will complete at least one strategic funding partnership with commitments expected to exceed Videolocity’s current market capitalization and commercialize our mobile video player with our partners by the end of Q4 of fiscal year 2005. As one can see, all technological solutions have seen measurable growth and are prepared to fire on all cylinders. With all this 'buzz' and so many different people talking about VCTY as a legitimate play, I've emailed the company in hopes of getting an update on developments, on numbers, etc that should be announced by or at the end of their 4th Quarter. Once I get something I'll post it. But, in case anyone else wants to write, here's the email address I used from their website: rholt*videolocity.com. I don't write much in here, but I honestly think this is a good co. by what I see on their website.

I don't like this statement--> The company reiterated that there was no assurance that Legend Investment would be able to obtain the appropriate bond to begin petroleum deliveries, or that they will be able to fully fund the above named leases. The company was expected to release additional information on the above six leases and production delivery once they acquire their appropriate bond issue at a later date.
No guarantees, true - but will hold judgment for when they come out with something more definitive 'at a later date', which hopefully will be to the benefit of us all. Worth a watch...

This stock has clearly hit bottom and now starting an ascension. Check out this chart and see for yourself how and where it is going from here. See the spikes in December,March,June,October and November. This is the characteristics of low float stocks a normal occurance. So rumor has it that news is on the way. I mean with all the attention that VCTY is getting you got to admit something definately is going on here. You can bet your bottom dollar that I will be jumping on board in the morning because just like the second coming I aint gonna be left behind.

VCTY - annotated chart.. yes and only 31 Mill. OS (called Friday) and so fun watching this..
i gots' my 2-lt. coke and the popcorn is on! ;0)
what i like is how this thing seems to ut's on just 5k & 10k orders.
..i've followed it closely on L2 for about a week and that's how it moved on the nice leg up Wed....after the .02 wall it was like cutting butter with a hot knife all the way to .033 and the ask has become more increasingly thin since...

ohh and did you guys here see that one single 5k trade down at .015 Fri.? what was that?! a joke?? lol
ohh 'n EOD Friday this was mentioned on IBC radio by that sweet sounding lady from Austin TX i believe...she seemed to have some really interesting dd on it..just wish i could have recorded it.
bid support came then all at once.. started building back and actually closed with a bullish candle over .02 againd so...i'm tuned tight for what i believe will be a very interesting week!
chart looks like resistances at .05 and .10/.12 area.

Landmark day today for VCTY, as we saw another test of .02 area, where apparently all selling has now been weeded out and we had some healthy upticks towards the HOD at end of trading.
Beginning of upturn.
.02 will become 2nd level of support , as MMs kept creeping up the bid late-day. Look for .03 support soon, imo, as buying pressure takes over and pushes this low-floater upwards.
