Thats what's been happening for one month now. This stock has become pretty predictable. The bid/ask is walked up and then a buy goes though, the bid/ask is dropped, and then a BS 5K sell and down we go. JB

No, what he said does not make sense, but that's really how it is. NITE always drops the ask after a buy. That's what we're alway complaining about.

What i am saying is that these little bursts aren't sustained due to buying, they are simply a false run. People buy only to see thier accounts in the red after their order goes though. Thats all

They are just trying to get cheap shares thats all. obviously theyve realized we are holding and moved up this afternoon. I think everyday from now on should be better than the previous.

Exactly my point. They run it up, trying to get people to sell, no one does and then down we go. Thats what I was saying regarding the false runs, the MM's are only filling orders to screw people over, and we will always continue to trade this way unless we are free from their manip. JB

If the 4 investors don't screw it up for us, I see at least $1.00 because that is the minimum bid for a NAZ issue, right? In the very near term, I'd say .20. I will hold a sizable core position just because of the spin-offs and the subsequent dividends. It all comes down to how much dilution (negative).
Since Warp's source and Megan through Kat's email both alluded to the Q coming out yesterday/today I think its about time! Unfortunately they usually wait until AH to release their news it seems so we may see another blah day. BUT they may walk it down to provide ONE LAST ENTRY!

Called the TA this a.m. and he said he can't give out the share count unless authorized by the company. Kat, it sounds like he got your email and was forwarding it to the company for auth. Let us know what they tell you.

FWIW concerning DIAAF...I sent that post copy to a friend who works for CNN and she is a stock researcher and will follow it up to see if it was rumor or fact and if fact then I am sure she will dig deeper as to why a CEO would tell any investor without public notice.
what post copy? i've heard from two different sources that there is supposed to be news on diaaf but they're diluting the pigs out of it, so don't know if it was a setup or not.
