Kat, posting info that helps everyone make an informed decision is a very unselfish act, especially when it could hurt your position. I think you can be guilt-free for posting such.
Further, any wise person reading that post should understand that the increase is for a reasonable..uh, reason. Raising some cash to dramatically increase MOTG's bottom line sounds like a good plan to me.

That's true. I watched the CEO of MRKL dilute all the way from .1 to .02 and the money went straight into his pocket. On the other hand with MOTG we know EXACTLY where this money is going!

No worries. You only answered the question that has been burning everyone for so long. Where did AW get the money to acquire InM? There are two ways, as I see it, to generate the amount of money in question. He either had to borrow it at a high interest rate from a lending institution or release more shares to generate cash. However, like most people are stating, this is not a bad thing in this case. The additional revenues that will be generated by the InM acquisition, the stat with a Nasdaq company, and the rumored purchase of the remaining 49% of SC will more than make up for this small bump in the road IMO.

Bin that's true. How long ago was it that we were asking "how are they going to pay for this?!" We knew they only had about $600,000 cash in their last 10K. This gives them a cool million to play with here. Trade may be right, they may have already paid for Inmarketing, given how long ago it was supposed to have closed. This new dilution may be used for the BIG FISH
I hate to say it, but don't be surprised to see more dilution in the coming months. They're buying a lot of things and don't have a lot of cash. Lucky for us we pretty much understand this company through and through and can see dilution coming down the pike before it even hits us. Queasy sellers who would have gotten out on such news already have. MOTG raised a half million last month, I'm sure they will triple their profits on that cash.

The Q is late... everything is late... the PRs and the mergers, etc...
and even though we are all tired, we're still holding.
Amazing!
An 2 and a half hours into the day, and we're still only at 380k volume. (Er, make that 289k... what the heck, did the volume just go DOWN? This isn't the first time with this stock... what does it mean? How is that possible?)
This is one solid base. Good place to be in the next week or two.

Warped: tired and holding here too! Everything is late, as you said. Megan's memos about the 10Q being released "tomorrow" are sounding like cut-and-paste emails.
Just reveling in the fact that during all that dumping last week no one was selling. I was wondering why so many people would be getting out the week before the Inmarketing pr. They weren't! They diluted the O/S 25% and we went from .07 to .06. And I feel very confident in saying that most of those shares fell into long hands. That makes me feel good about our shareholder base here. I think we're golden as far as that goes. Now Welch and the company have to deliver. I for one am looking forward to a nice, long "letter to the shareholders" explaining everything that is going on and what the current developments in the company are.
Time for Welch to step in and reward us longs who have stood by his company through all this ****e.

I don't like copying/pasting from other boards, but hopefully this will keep everyone calm
posted by jaguar_moon_m35 on RB ================ lillbirdyy & ne1 curious: Just got word from Welch that yes the dilution we got last week is over. He did advise however that they do get conversion requests now & again though so he expects there will be some O/S increase moving forward depending on when he gets conversion requests ok.
He went on to say that obviously the stock held up well with last thurs/fridays 8.6 million dilutive shares & ended the email with this

Bin you beat me to it I was about to copy the same message. Any word from Welch makes me feel better. He is this stocks own best pumper

No, I don't think so. I think he was just stating that there could be potentially more dilution in the future due to conversion. Probably just to cover his butt, in case people notice an increase in the number of outstanding shares. But I highly doubt it will be anything close to what we saw last Thurs/Fri.

The only thing that sets me a little miffed is that I thought last week several folks asked Welch if there was a share change and he said no. I guess he had to lie.

"We are ahead of the curve". I love it. Who knows, the Q might be a nice big surprise. That'd be awesome huh?
Also, for MOTGE to be diluted about 30% in one week and it only drop .01? That's pretty good, isn't it? At least the dilution was done with a purpose behind it, and it was only diluted as much as it needed to be. That shows that Welch is ethical and he knows what he's doing. In fact, he even warns us that there may be a little more coming, but these are conversion requests that he is simply fufilling.
I'm excited. Oh, btw, we're at .0695. Up 2.21%.

Are these conversion requests usually the exercising of stock options? Or is this some sort of conversion from preferred to common? Forgive my ignorance.

I agree. I think the stock held up pretty well. Shows that we have a strong base of longs. I'll bet a lot of them even gained a little last week. Me, I'm all outta dough. Maybe I should have a garage sale so I can pick up more shares? Think people would come out in 20 degree weather to rummage through my garage?

Ted, Have just a few minutes to post...yes, I knew about last Thursday and Friday. I have a substantial stake in MOTG and I keep my ear tuned to these sort of things. Not at all concerned about it. They were SB-2 shares.
I think maybe we should quit saying the "D" word; that sounds so negative. Perhaps 'cash raising', 'excursions in capital increase actions', something like that.

OT As far as DIAAF is concerned, I only posted the truth. I highly suggest if you are invested in this DOG, you call the T/A yourself and do a little DD before taking the plunge. I bought and sold this with a small profit. Beware the pumpers....looking for bagholders IMO...

Kat, Don't worry about the DIAAF thing. I only posted what I found out and my loyalty is here in MOTG land. Like I keep saying, call the T/A and get the daily dump update...LOL....
