Sound City appeals to a sophisticated, custom theater market. The integration of design, philosophy and construction challenges our organization to maintain the highest level of experience. Sound City is committed to growing and establishing the best relationship with its customers to provide installation and design services. Punctuality, craftsmanship, meeting deadlines, and satifying the customer are Sound City cornerstone for success.
Sound City is expanding rapidly in 2005 and revenues from operations and planned retail acquisitions are expected to generate in excess of $25 Million. This estimate does not include revenues from Modern Technology Corp's other planned acquisitions through out 2005, expected to be in excess of $50 Million.
Recently, Sound City's parent company, MOTG exceeded its 2004 projections of $15MM in assets and revenues. As reflected in the most recent Form 8K/A, assets and revenues exceed $17MM. As of June 30, 2004, MOTG revenues exceed $10,000,000. As of January 25, 2005, MOTG's cash position was $617,587 and total assets of $7,012,631 and positive a Shareholder Equity of $1,466,499 with only approx. 15,000,000 shares outstanding and only approximately 1,200,000 shares in the public float. MOTG increased its assets through the purchase of a $1.5 million Convertible Debenture in Demarco Energy. Converting this debenture adds another $1,500,000 in cash flow revenue for MOTG. Further, MOTG entered into an agreement with four institutional investors, who provided MOTG with $3.5 million in financing.

OK, guys. An update. Not much of one, but I'll give you what I got as I get it.
Just spoke to another one of my secondary source (read: not as good as my first source, but heck, better than nuttin). Q is confirmed as iffy for today, but it definitely is the auditor's fault. MOTG is very eager to get this filing crap behind them, as you could all imagine. IM is being wrapped up (um... read: I guess it's not done yet?!?!!), but a PR should be expected this week hopefully. Regarding the whold march to the Nasdaq this month, the word is that it is a goal, but confidence is not high that this move will be done before the year is over. Now, this does NOT mean that they are not going to NASDAQ, so don't panic! What it does mean is that there is no guarantee that we'll be on the big boards this month. But keep in mind that no one from MOTG ever said that they were going to be on NASDAQ before January. The 10k indicated that was a goal for '06.
Ok, that's all I have for now. Will keep digging and asking and bribing.

Called the company (Canada) and spoke briefly with the CEO after getting through the admin. He alluded to a R/S before any "contracts" were announced..was not happy with the O/S...and at that point it was only (only...hahaha...) 385MM....call the T/A now...you'd be surprised....or for that matter, call the CEO.....it's all about doing the due....
The word "RS" is why I sold my shares...

az I'd love to believe you, but based upon their past performance, and the fact they can't even get there financials out on time, I find it very hard to believe they are going to close inmarket and do a stat merger by the end of the year. So far, they have never delivered on their timing of events.

Kat, The December 20th date was to have a "Deal" in place before the new year...I don't think AW meant necessarilty be on the NAZ by December 20th...just have it all wrapped up and basically a "done deal"...and BTW, have it PR'ed....
Warped, The date was from the best source available and as far as recent, it would be about 2 weeks old...
With the 10Q dragging along, who knows....I do believe AW will do the stat, but it may push into early '06 at this point...

How would the dragging of 10Q affect the stat? I mean, releasing the 10Q should have nothing to do with the stat, right? I guess what I'm saying is, the 10Q is for the public, but whether or not it's late, would it really affect other business, like the merger?

I get there just before 8, wait till they open, bring my check in, and the guy says thanks, your funds will be deposited by tomorrow at 1. WTF? What's the use of having these convenient local offices?
Question: Does Scottrade take ANY online transfer of funds?

Nope. Wire or check only, right now. I asked the dude if they were going to be taking online deposits, and he said they were looking at a couple different options, but he didn't elaborate at all.

nextweek, yes they do echeck. Money order are always available the next day. 1 oclock is worst case scenario. I dont trust echeck, theyve recently sent out a letter to everyone saying it was hacked. I go and deposit money orders and they always tell me between 12 and 3 the next day. I deposited some last week * 5:00pm right before they closed, and had it available * 12:10 pm the next day

trade--I think you are right--so far no big sales
has anyone ever heard of the term "inside day" concerning TA--it means the stock stays inbetween the prior days high and low, usually with low volume. In my experience, the next trading day, usually is green, and sometimes, there is a nice break out. we may have an inside day today.

I might be looking at Ameritrade, Kat, at least to have a second broker. Not gonna have a margin for some time yet.

Thanks K7. I do use Ameritrade and have had problems with online transfers. That's why I am looking at other brokers and was considering. My last Ameritrade fund transfer took 9 days (holiday) and all Ameritrade does is grant you a margin equal to the amount of the transfer UNTIL IT CLEARS. During the clearing time you cannot buy OTC and no withdrawal is permitted (but nonwithdrawal is oaky). Also ALL margin rules apply and should anything stop the transfer from clearing the margin rules apply and you are screwed.

Warped, It just seems like AW will be tied up passifying the auditors for the 10Q which may affect his having time to complete the "offering" regarding the stat...maybe not...right now, I tend to push all of his (AW) time lines out at least one month...at least one month....LOL
Have you heard anything regarding this SC effort? As in buying the remaining 49%?

I would hope that Welch isnt occupying his time with the Q, its in the hands of the auditors. Welch is out there making deals as we speak, that would explain all the delay of the filing, we got bigger fish to tfry

NextWeek, What are you talking about? I have been using A-Trade for years and I can wire from my checking to A-Trade in less than one day for 15 bucks. Also, I can ACH from A-Trade to my checking for free.....have never had any issues with A-Trade...
The best way to expedite cash to your A-Trade account is "wire transfer"...
