I rarely post here but I do read alot. I have a very large position in MOTG(E) and really believe in this. A 2M market cap with 20M, potentially 50M in revs? They even said they will most likely be profitable next year. This makes no sense for it to be a 2M company. I'm going to buy more at .055 if it gets there tomorrow, but we'll see.

Morning all. Hope everyone had a nice turkey day...and speaking of turkeys-- are we going to be carved up with this one? Still no Q and no news on Inmarket? What gives? WHG --do you know what's going on? I gotta tell ya, not filing on time again is really hurting the credibility of this co & the ceo with me.

I am getting sick of this stock It boggles my mind that people would invest in a company like MMIC, which is shady....and trade 40 MIL in one day, yet we have a much better all around game plan and yet nobody buys into this stock. Either I am missing something, or there are alot of stupid investors in penny land....putting money into a piece of **** like MMIC....anyone care to straighten me out. JB

No Jax, you are right. Most of the people in penny land land just want momentum, creatures of instant gratification. Only wise/patient investors hold the good ones. All it takes is some optimism and MOTGE will rocket, until then hold tight, many longs are in this for at LEAST a year...

jax--the problem is that so far motg's prs have all been foward looking. The revenue was not that great on the K and eveything else is "we're going to acquire"... Then on top of everything being in tne future, they don't file on time, don't close their acquisitions (OCT 20) when they say they will. All this sums up to a big credibility problem. MMIC is a momo stock. And they actually get contracts. Hell I play it every so often. We need two things to get us going here: investors who believe in Welch and think he can take this to .50 and daytraders who see this as a momo stock.
Now that we are off the reg sho list, we cannot say it is NITE holding this thing back. I think all we need is a little volume and we should be near .10.

Yep, Its getting harder & harder to talk myself into buying more on the dips. Give em to the end of the week for PR and or news then I am out whether its red or green.

good luck, a lot of people thought the same way about the K, stuck it out till the very end and just after selling they released the k. Everyone knew the Q was still going to be late therefore the price didnt move much. But i believe this time it will move UP and fast

Only thing I've heard was from yesterday and they were waiting on the auditors. Trying to get some answers but no luck today. I asked about getting new auditors and was told that would creat a whole new set of issues as these auditors are familiar with the company. blah blah blah

Looks like I was off on my pr bet. It's all on you guys now!
My Ameritrade also shows MOTG and the last as .07. I wonder how that will play out if I buy more under MOTGE. My microcaptrade has it as MOTG but there are only 3 MM's listed. Weird.

Ok guys, why is this stock tumbling like it is? Any guesses, just because of the late filing? If it's off the short list why are the mm's still playing games with it. Now another question, I read somewhere that the company decides who gets to make the market with the shares they put out. Can anyone verify or dispute this? So MOTG gave shares to Nite to make a market with?? Waiting on a wire transfer to try to pick up some more shares and average down on my 0.083 price. Anyone think that's a BAD move??

Same here, my Ameritrade acct. won't let me buy MOTGE. Why is that? Maybe they are trying to save me some money?

I know its getting tough to hang in there. This is when you really gotta reach down and ask yourself how much you believe in your research on this company. Any penny stock is a gamble, every deal can fall through, every CEO can be a crook. You have to decide if you're in this, for how long and for what reasons. Playing momo at this point is irrelevant. Either you're going to be the one who "got in a day before the news" or you're going to be the one who "sold just before the news!"
I am planning to wait for dips to add, as I have been all along. I reisited buying more in the 7's because I knew something like this could happen and send us back down again. I will keep buying as planned.
I am almost even on my MOTG investment now. I want this to go up as much as you guys do.
Moving--I wouldn't say this is tumbling. I think people got sick of having their money tied up in one penny for so long, (I know I am!!) and some sold last week.
The problem is the credibility. They have got to show that they are on their way to the 20 mil in revenue they promise (and 3 million just doesn't cut it) and they have got to close this deal. This is the third time they've been late and people aren't going to invest on empty promises.
I think you will be safe averageing down. I'd put in your order just above nites on the bid and see if you can get a sale.

Great...now no one can buy into this??? What the F U C K ! is going on here? I never should have left the Nas to jump into the OTC. Never gonna make this mistake again....still holding 80K at .032....but very close to jumping ship if we don't see something either way from this company....GL JB

Ok all this is off of the ************* site on MOTG(E). They too still have it listed with the E. Is there any remote possibility of this company being delisted??
The Black Closing Marubozu is a single candlestick pattern characterized by its long black body. It does not have a lower shadow but it has an upper shadow. It is an extremely strong bearish candlestick pattern.
Recognition Criteria:
1. A Black Closing Marubozu has an upper shadow. 2. The day opens, prices slightly move up creating the upper shadow but then prices start moving down all day long creating the long black body. 3. Then the day closes at the low of the day which explains the absence of the lower shadow.
Explanation:
The Black Closing Marubozu is a single candlestick pattern. As mentioned above; it is a long black body showing a shadow on the open but no shadow at close. This shows that the day opened and then prices initially went up but then they reversed direction moving below the opening level and finally closed at the low of the day. It is a day of the bears. With the bears in full force; it may show either the continuation of a downtrend or a final sell off attempt just before the bulls regain control.
Important Factors:
A Black Closing Marubozu can be either the initial phase of a bearish continuation pattern or it may signal a bullish reversal depending on the preceding day's candlesticks.
The Black Opening Marubozu is a single candlestick pattern with low reliability. It only reflects one day's trading and may be pointing either continuation or reversal. Hence it must be considered with other candlesticks to better judge the direction of the trend.

"Rumor" had it last week that this was going to be a big week with multiple pr's. One was to be the Inm acq, another about Naked Shorting I think. Were those releases contingent upon the Q being released first I wonder? Or could we see an Inm pr before we see the quarterly. Thanks to whg for asking Welch the tough questions and keeping us up to date here. I know it helps me to have information from you and others.
I show bid support growing at .058. While that is a good sign, I have to be realistic and acknowledge that this will probably see new lows until we get a pr. That's just being realistic.
Like I say, all the more fun to add shares for me
Hang in there folks. Now that we're all together again lets get some metrosexualchocolatecarobbonfirebongowhipsandguns conversation going. That'll make it feel better
