For those without t&s or L2... all hell just broke lose. A flurry of sells: 122k, 600k, 100k. That 600k was below the bid at .067. Tech let me know if you show different.
I am not phased, btw they can what they want, am still long and strong.
The reason I don't like ARCA on the ask is because he usually has lots of shares to sell and has been known to drive the price down with his huge orders.
On the other hand, I LOVE him on the bid for the same reason.
ARCA used to be GNET in case anybody didn't know.

the os is still 32mil per the company and they don't know where the shares are coming from....Unfortunatly this is mind boggling...they are trying desperatly to shake shares loose and it happening...

Someone represented by ARCA came on the ask with a big order, there were originally a bunch of buys. ARCA then came back on with a larger order and everyone went nuts and started selling. HUGE sales, which is why I ask (somewhat jokingly) if Welch is diluting here.
Now, we're seeing some buys and we're back to .069x.07
Congrats to anyone who bought on the dip! There were some nice buys in there too!

I hope that Welch isn't diluting and dumping shares, because believe me, I will find him if he pulls that ****...he hasn't done anything to show that he is doing that....but I guess you never know until the end... JB

Shares from nowhere, shake shares loose? I'm not sure if trading qualifies as either art or science. How does one trade with this going on?

You're exactly right JB, Welch has shown NO intent of diluting here, or anytime soon.
According to the 10K, there were about 1 mil shares added to the mix between filings, am I right? Used to be 31 mil if I am correct. Either way, it doesn't affect us. We have a small enough float to rocket quickly even if it's 40 mil O/S imo. They're using their money for acquistions which will bring in revenue. So Welchie, if selling 1 million shares means getting on the NAS sooner, GET ON IT BABY!

It's a matter of art and instinct, science and intellect. Good companies go bankrupt from naked shorting, bad companies show triple digit gains in pps because of a group playing it. You've gotta watch EVERY ANGLE in order to make money in this market. This stock is the most tightly controlled I have seen. It spells bad news for shorts. But the company's financials spell good news for longs.

One of the things you have to remember is the Market Makers are trying to make money off us. That's why they agreed to take on the "risk" of moderating the penny market is because they are trying to make a killing off you and I.
They fight against us to make their living.
You have to play the game realizing that MM's aren't your friend, they're not some "machine" that simply takes shares from you and sells them to someone else who wants them. THEY are traders TOO and can *illegally* pull all kinds off crap to make you give them your money. They don't care about you, they're just here for money.
It's unfortunate that the game is set up this way, but until the NAS gets in here and cleans this place up, it's something we have to put up with.

OK can anyone answer a dumb question 4 me, what is the P/s{ttm} and does it have correlation to what shares are worth, my ameritrade shows this at .69 for motg thanks in advance

Very Interesting: What I posted is a share volume report for the month of November.
Nite has traded 33,054,965 mil shares this month...Is that interesting that he has traded the entire os..... Second in line is Doms. If you guys don't believe that there is a HUGE short position her well how did we trade 47mil shares so far this month with nite doing 70percent of the action...............
go to otcbb.com and pull up the share volume report they wont let me post it....
