As the resident board counselor (in training) I recommend everyone take a break from the trading ritual every once in a while. I for one am going to do some work around the house today, checking back ocassionally to read the board. Oh, and look for the Q Of course I'll have an alarm set so if MOTG moves I'll hear it.

yeah--definelty dilution too many shares traded in the last few minutes. No one in their right mind would sell on the cusp of news. I just hope don't drop from here.

I think someone else should check with the trasfer agent later this pm or tommorow morning. At this rate, (300k form ARC) we may well see another mil in dilution today...
has anyone talked to Welch about this? I think Jag moon posted diliution was over, but clearly it isn't.

the TA wouldn't talk to me unless he got authorization from the company, otherwise I'd call him. Sent an email to the source asking if there was any selling that they knew of...

Al, I'd definitely be buying some more but I'm tapped out. I actually went to Daddy (real Dad) here and borrowed some from him to put in here. I give him a call every night and he asks, "how's the stock doing" I've gotten to where I tell him, "It's doing...) No further questions. I'm hoping it gets to where I can pull out my orignial investment, his loan and a little tip and let the rest stay in.

Getting frustrated at the apparent lack of consistency between what we are getting from Welch, Megan, and "sources" and what's actually happening. We hear "no dilution" the week they dump 8 mill shares into the float. We hear "no more dilution" the day before ARCA comes on and sells half a million shares low on the ask. We hear "10Q is at auditors should be any day now" every day for two weeks. We hear "Inmarketing acquisition is to be completed October 15" which is a Saturday, nearly 2 months ago now.
I don't know, just blowing off steam I guess. Still holding long here. Just getting very frustrated.
