Right... I've got a few of my own trading related domains too. I have some neat ideas that I haven't seen out there yet. (They might be out there, but I haven't seen them)

People (incl. Rick), listen, although I was happy earlier about the merger, the recent SEC filings had showed that we got cheated big time. The form 3 filed shows that Rober Baca whos is owner of sovereign marine explorers owns 18B common shares and 18B preferred shares of SVXP. Form 4's filed shows that SVXP is owned 45% by sovereign marine explorers. This means that current OS is atleast 40B common shares and 18B preferred shares. Although we don't know what the values of the assests are brought through the merger, the hugh no. of OS would practically not allow the pps to move upwards. I am not a basher and I own small amount of this company stock (400K). Any help to clear this would be much appreciated. I am looking for some good explanation from experts here. thanks

$500,000,000/40B (just for fun) = $0.0125 assets per share potential just from the current ship wreck.
While the value amount has not been confirmed and could be less, it does not consider recovery at other sites, nor other treasures mixed in at the curent site (remember those coins with the trees on them?). Also note that this would be a dollar per doller value of the stock, but stocks are typically priced on speculation, not actual assets....
Er, now what was the last pps quoted on the market...? Was it anything close to $0.0125?

Rick, I read the foot notes. It simply says that the 18B common & preferred each are indirectly owned by Mr. Baca through sovereign Marine Explorations, Inc. It still means these shares are 45% of the total OS out there. Am I missing something here?

Yes you are it says knowhere there that R Baca owns the shares its says that he is the one doing the filing as an officer or director of the company. Period!
If you don't get it at this point I suggest you call C Sprouse and let him explain it to you!

I will have to look at the form to confirm I am answering your question exactly.
But a reporting owner is anyone who owns enough of a company to be classified as an "insider" even if they aren't an officer or board member of the company.

So baca clearly owns shares on both form 4's but on form 3 is just the filer. Form 3 then, just covers svxp perhaps. It dosen't look like front loading, Baca might just want a piece of the pie for sure.

AON will make it harder to get the fill. It's just a way to make sure you don't get stuck with a small partial trade that will end up not being worth it for the cost of the brokerage fee.
I'd be surprised if you got filled (unless you wait a week or so). There appears to be a long line waiting to get filled at .0003.

So, Rick, since you are on the inside track of this... We've got the CEO buying, the VP buying, and you filing as an insider... hmmmmm... do we have good things on the horizon? Do you think that we'll have any interesting PRs in the next week or two?

WM other than what I have posted here, I know, no more than you do about SVXP and your guess is as good as mine as to what is coming or what the PPS will be soon or in the future! I invested based on what I was able to big up and I shared that here as DD, but if you have questions you should really be directing them at the COO Curtis Sprouse

So you burnt more investor there. I really think your a paid pumper. How many of these pump and dumps are you going to get people in. I guess ubtil people learn. How many have you done now. Of course the most famous ones that you convinced people to hold long term were cmkx, prrm, ican. I remember the housewife that put everything in on your advise and you kept pumping prrm until it went to nothing then left those poor people holding the bag. Of course it is there own fault for buying. But it is the new naive investor, housewife, or college studend that you convince that don't know better. It is starting to be sad at all the money you caused people to lose.
I sorry but it is just getting out of hand on how many people you have burnt with p&d's.

don't just go calling people pumpers without proof. rick is generously sharing his DD with us. We all of the choice to buy or sell... he's not twisting our arms. He's always been very upfront with us.
Every stock has its risks... you can't go blame rick for a stock that simply goes bad. It happens.
And for the record, I've profited off of SVXP, as have many others on this board... so please don't accuse rickpic of pumping unless you have proof.
Thanks.

Um, what's your problem, xyz? Did you just make up that alias? If you want to contribute, how about explaining in detail your gripe. Otherwise, stop wasting my time. Go get attention somewhere else.

I gave it. Go to all those p&d's and see who first started them on this board. I have the proof and heard the horror stories. The board he started for prrm was real sad and the people that lost money were really hurt. And thats not the only one he did it on just the worst. Ican beine a recent one. But all take up for him at first till they learn. I tell you what, go to RB prrm board and ask them about it. He took that scam to ever board on the internet.
Last word on the subject. I will not reply again.
