With little effort this network should be able to report a net worth of 1 billion dollars near term & 3 billion dollars with in a year’s time!

(1) Do they have a product or service?
(2) Is it a quality product or service?
(3) Is it a marketable product or service?
(4) Are there precedents, companies that provide the same kind of product or service?
(5) Do most if not all these companies trade for over a dollar a share?
(6) What differentiates my prospect from these other companies?
(7) Do they have a target demographic?
(8) Does that demographic have the means to support the product?
(9) Where does the commercial community stand, do Fortune 500 Companies want to reach the prospect's target demographic?
(10) Can the prospect deliver an effective avenue for the major corporations to reach this market?
(11) Do they have sponsors?
(12) What's the possible impact of their primary competition & will my prospect have the lead in the market?
(13) Does this prospect have management with a proven track record of not only running a company but actually bringing a company to market, making it successful & profiting from this endeavor.
And most importantly one personal question,,,
(14) Do I have the discipline, willingness & conviction to maintain a large core position?

Dumping into the news, i hope it's those restricted shares that everyone's waiting to be liquidated and not more dilution from Olsen.
Frank has a history of diluting into the news. He's never stated he hasn't, and, in fact, won't promise to stop diluting till this is over a penny. Because of this, it makes him a worse CEO than one that does reverse splits.
For anyone to still actually *like* the guy when he's brought the PPS down to less than 5% of what it used to be a year or so ago is ridiculous. I'm starting to wonder if all 5 billion restricted shares were for that stupid film library. If so, that library has gotten around $5 million for the guy that sold it. And Frank still hasn't come up with a solution to the problem.

would be unbievable if we could land that guy as our anchorman for news....i have heard of him and by his resume he seems he has been there and done that..(academy awards, golden globes, enews live host) LOL, he would be top notch, only problem is i think he may be too good...he probably has a lengthy contract with E! ...but heres to wishing! they do normally have new hires sit in as guest hosts before hiring.
