I have been watching the L2 for the past few minutes, and here is my theory!
The MM's are sitting .0004 x .0006
When a buy comes in by someone trying to split the bxa, they raise the bid to .0005 until someone sells, and as soon as they do, they drop the bid back to .0004.
I find this to be interesting, as with the ealier mirroring of buys to sells, it is something we have not seen here in a while! I am still watching for my entry!

Last PR from Q was 14 days ago, and both were After hours... Then the one before that was October 18th and i cant remember if that was AH or not, but one thing is for sure...

I don't know what is going on with the bxa but there definitely seems to be a lot of resistance to the ask staying below 0006 for too long. I had some buy orders at 0003 that I might bump up to 0005 if we don't see any change in the next few days.

It's hard to say he's losing patience with traders and not investors as well when he's asked to justify dilution. Traders don't care about dilution, they just buy and sell around it. Investors are the ones that lose out when he's diluting, so when he gets PO'd that an investor is asking him about outstanding shares and why they are so high, it bothers me.

I will sell when this hits a PPS that puts its market cap above its worth. Right now, I suspect Frank has put about $25 million in money and time into QBID, and that it's worth is somewhere in the $50-$55 million range. The audit may change this, but he's gotta release it before I think otherwise.

I consider myself an investor, actually. I mean, QBID is beat and seriously unvalued IMHO for two reasons: 1) The CEO is incompetent 2) It is on the Pink Sheets
If you've paid attention to any of my other posts, you'll notice a really easy-to-follow trend, I blame Frank himself for the low PPS. This is coupled with his dilution, promise of buybacks, but not delivering, and his handling of his PRs (most notably the Oxygen lawsuit).
It does not take much to be a CEO of a Pink Sheet, just a determination to stick to your word. Frank has not done that, and thus, the low PPS. The outstanding share count also has a big deal to do with it. Both his lies and the number of shares are a direct result of his actions, and he needs to take responsibilty for this.
He can clear up the "not sticking to his word" issue by finally releasing an SEC-verified audit. He can clear up the "share count of 44 billion" issue by announcing and following through with buybacks. He hasn't squashed his honor yet, but his reluctance to fix things is a good indicator of which direction the PPS will ultimately go.

Talent is a huge factor. I do not see any of Q's hosts as marketable along the lines of those numbers. Don't get me wrong, they could be, but since Q is a burgeoning station, it doesn't yet have the experience that a potential buyer (we'd be fooling ourselves to think Viacom would by the Q when Time-Warner has a good history with us) wants.
That's not to say the talent is bad. I see plenty of potential. But potential doesn't sell deals. Audited financials do. The difference between BET and Q is that BET might have been losing money hand over fist, but they at least had it recorded so it didn't matter. QBID isn't recording how much money they are losing or have lost, and until they do so, no one is going to buy this.
Using "long-term" on a Pink Sheet stock is almost more a joke than anything else. "Long-term" here means "I think it's going to make it as a legit company".
OP, I have a hell of a lot more respect for you, having heard now that you were around for SIRI prior to the R/S. I was in ERICY prior to its R/S too, and doubled my money in a few short days. That was a huge thing to do back then.
BTW, all the talk about this stock hitting $2 is insane. It will never hit that high. That would be a market cap of 88 billion dollars. To put this in perspect, that would mean QBID would be worth more than 22 Viacoms.

Finally someone else sees it. Like I've said before, DO NOT BUY ANY MORE SHARES. We should be telling newbies to stay away from this stock lest they bet their inheritance. You lose MORE of a percentage of your original investment on each downtick at these levels than you do at higher levels. It's better to buy an increasing stock on its way up than a decreasing stock on its way down.
And it goes lower than .0001, people, look at CMKX. Frank has given us no assurances he is going to do anything different than Urban C. did.

Just fyi on the oddness of orders not happening. I have had a sell order in for about 1/3 of my shares for multiple days at .0006 on the off chance I could sell and buy back in at lower price.
My shares have never sold. I am probably killing the order before open. It was only a test. Even with the beating I am taking I am still confident this is a good long term deal at anything sub penny.

At least I'm not the only one, I was beginning to wonder... My order has been in at .0006 since Nov 1st.
I'm not taking a loss as I bought at .0005 but I'm just looking to make 20%. Then maybe buy back in at .0004 if I can. Otherwise I'll wait until this thing takes a move up wards.

BTW speaking of strange orders.. did anyone notice today a few times in the L2's there were groups of buys/sells all at the same time for several million shares spaning about 10 trades at a time.

Liggie, it is done by a first come first serve basis, so by your pulling the order, you will loose your good spot in line...just something to keep in mind...your order may be close to going through currently...
im not saying to pull it or keep it, just sayin that make sure that you do want to pull it, becuase if you pull it and put it back in, you will go to the end of the line....good luck
