im not sure who is buying in today but it sure seems like someone is taking a big bet.the sentiment on qbid seems to be very low right now even with all the recent good news so to me that indicates that we may be at a bottom.im not going to say we are at a bottom as nobody really knows how low this can go.we all know it can go to .0001 with no bid or it can go bankrupt but i think that we are more than do for a little run up and somebody thinks the same as we are getting very heavy buying today.this is all my silly opinion to be taken very lightly so good luck to all.please remember we dont lose until you sell.

DD, dont know 100% if those were restricted shares...just using logic that VERT is selling restricted shares, and he wants to get rid of them fast, but keep the price as high as possible at the same time...
So those shares were hitting the bid when all the big buys were coming in and thinning the MM on the ask side...So then, VERT could sell off a good 40M shares, and nobody would be worried...
I may not be correct, but there isnt much else that it could be...naked shorting??( i find it hard to believe they are still naked shorting with Q this big) MM transferring shares (could be)

Franks public speaking ability is a two edged sword.
if he left the job to someone else, then he would be criticized for not being the one speaking and therefore must be hiding something.
if he speaks he gets the bashing about how he sounds like a drunk man.
Frank has always sounded this way on any occasion when i have heard his voice.
he has a very grough voice, and is a terrible public speaker.
on the other side of the coin, a lot of his public speaking appeared to be unrehearsed and there for he seems to be struggling for his words.
the last point i want to make, this is a 62 year old man that is clearly overweight, and has the complications of diabetes. he works 7 days a week most of the time, traveling all across the country, and running long days. that is a feat for a man half his age in good health. He has the right to seem a little tired, and stumbling for words.
i have mentioned this before, and i will again.
He is anxious for this company to be successful.
he gets criticized for lying in prs, but i feel that in reality, that he is a demanding person and wants things done by a certain time. i believe he ends up squeezing anyone that does work for him to get his deadlines accomplished.
if you ever contact the Cable company or the phone company to do work for you, they will give you a 8 hour window, you always hope they show up in the beginning of the window and ask that they try to do so, but 9 times out of 10, they will be at the end of that window and may even postpone it to another day. I think this is the type of thing that happens to Frank.
The audit is a good example. It is being done by and outside company, Frank wants the audit done, and is evident by the fact that he hired the company to do it. he was told it could take X amount of time. but the complications of doing an audit on a company that has a long duration without an audit and multiple ownerships is going to drag it out.
I feel that Frank knows how to get this company flying, he just doesn't have the public speaking skills. But somehow he has managed to get as far as he has, and that is a lot further then anyone of us here on this board.
Give him the time he needs to do what he says he will do. This is a long hold, and if you are not patient, you are bound to loose out.
if Patience is not an option for you, then this is not the stock for you.

also when you see a mm sitting on the ask but not on the bid with endless supply of shares to sell, that tells you something.
espesially when they are sitting there by themselves.

Don't get me wrong. I don't side with jonas at all. Baseless bashing is probably the lamest tactic in the book, but he's right about this requiring 7 billion in volume to see the kinds of increases most of you guys are talking about.
Couple that with Frank not likely to do buy backs till this hits .0001 and we've got a long year or two of waiting before this thing even comes close to running again.
Of course, he could always release an audit with the SEC so we could determine if our money was spent well or not on our own.

He said that Frank is probably done diluting because he is not releasing as many PR's
Now, i think this is correct, because before Frank was releasing a ton of "fluff" PR's to get the buys coming in while he was diluting...
Now that he is done diluting (restricted shares coming due is not Frank diluting) Frank does not have to release fluff PR's thus the extreme decrease in PR's and even PR's after the close...
IMO all points lead to Frank not diluting anymore as he has said. The investment bankers are funding us now and we just have to wait for the restricted shares to dry up
