MT , PT, or Doc: I value your opinion on things like this. Can you please tell me if I’m on the right track?
Concerning the volume required to make the PPS start to rise, doesn’t it work like this? Please correct me if I am wrong as I am still learning how the stock market works.
When there are more people wanting to buy than wanting to sell at a given price, the MMs will run low on shares and have to start buying shares at a higher price. I realize that there will be people buying and selling at every price because some people are quite happy to sell a tick or two up from where the bought, etc., but if the majority of people think that the PPS is going to rise by a good margin, the number of people willing to sell will be low compared to the number of people wanting to buy, which will push the price up even more.
My point here is that if the majority of the investors are convinced that the PPS is going to increase a lot before it stops, the volume could actually stay relatively low while the PPS climbs.
I have noticed that sometimes the volume is actually normal to low while the PPS rises. I attribute that to the MMs trying to keep the price down / not wanting to buy at a higher price, so they play the waiting game hoping some more people give up and decide to sell at the current price.

johnny I understand now. Sandra exaggerates her somewhat odd natural look to create her comedy image. Your photo does not show her at her best. But she is a super talent and should greatly enhance Q's programming.

We need audit. Then we will know much more and I hope we will be able to see what they are worth and what pps we will be seeing in the future. Long and strong, but tired too.

morning ya'll.... well there is no denying that this stock may still not move. i want to be optimistic but seems like the past months when qbid builds up steam it just gets stopped dead in its tracks EVERY time. i anticipate the news in the coming weeks regarding carriage. this news is however incredible news for us longs to see Qglobal interest in QTN!! of course hope the pps can respond to this today... we'll see GO QTN!!

johnny The photo of Sandra Bernhard didn't show in your post, but I was able to view it in a different way. Now help me understand what you are saying with the "confused" graemlins.
Sandra is a well-known standup comedienne and actress (mostly TV) and is openly gay. In my opinion, Frank should be applauded for inviting her to join Q. She is an excellent addition to Q's talent stable and might encourage others like her to join Q in the future.

I bet more than half of you people dont know how to read an audit and wouldnt know the first thing of a good or bad one. I like Q because its seems to be a great company and has a potential market. But, dont sit in here and think for one second you all are some high dollar pro investors that know the books. Get real...period. And stop all the stupid general hospital drama...you meesly opinions and whether or not you are bashing or pumping will not have nearly enough influence on this stock. GET REAL!

Along with writing for performance, Bernhard has put her musings into book form. She made her publishing debut in 1987 with “Confessions of a Pretty Lady” and followed that up with “Love, Love, and Love.” Her third book, “May I Kiss You on the Lips, Miss Sandra?” was published in 1998, prior to her Broadway run. I am all over the gay news and other gaysites on the net looking for mentions of the Q.... the Office Computer Technician/Onsite Monitor guy winked at me yesterday. Should I be worried about that?

thats very funny cobracobra.i have experienced a similar thing i talk to so many people about qtv that many have thought i am gay.i dont mind them thinking that but in reality i am very straight i just want qtv to be a huge international worldwide success and voice of the glbt community which i think is on its way to happening.im still waiting patiently for my cheezecake jen hehe.and i really want to play some hold 'em poker with my qbidian family.best of luck to you all.

Oh no doubt noah, we are flying high in regards to volume...200M in 30 minutes, thats huge...it would be great if we could try and keep up that pace...the higher the volume the more restricted shares can be sold off...

Its pretty easy when you think about it...
Frank needed to raise capital to run the business, he probably gave out like 15Billion shares for this over time and they are coming due now...Frank has said that these are the shares that are coming due now, and he "knows" they are "very very" close to being all gone.
I also do not believe they are diluting shares, because the pps is so low and the investment bankers are the ones funding the network...
So, we dont know for sure, but its a high probablity and does make sense

But yes, you are correct...
The biggest misconception for Q shareholders are that it is going to take monster volume to move this up because of the OS...
I havent said it enough, this is NOT TRUE...in fact, completely wrong...
As you say, if people arent willing to sell at the current price, it moves up, and until people are willing to sell, then thats where it will trade...
If a full out audit comes out and Dish network all on the same day, it will not take anymore than 100M shares to go up 200%...People have to be willing to sell, and they will not be....
It actually is very easy to think about....
Now, as of right now, we have these restricted shares coming due and they sell "into the run" which will hurt us, so that throws is all off...but yes, once the dilution of restricted shares is over, it will not take much to move us up as long as the majority of the trades are buys...
