I've stated clearly for awhile now, even when I added a couple million shares on several occassions, that I'm keeping the powder dry & only buying small blocks of two million or so shares when I added. This does not mean I'm right. We could be at bottom now.
Everyone here should check their tolerance for risk before making a move.

Im sorry but i dont understand how posting your certificate is going to prove a nss theory, can you explain this one in detail, I really want to understand what you are trying to tell us here.

I am too Whiz but think about it this way. he has no other option.
if he told us he was diluting then no one would buy till the price dropped more. the more it dropped, the more he would have to dilute to get the cash that he needed.
I know what you are saying, but hey that is why we are on the pinks still. because Frank needs the protection of not reporting, till he gets us where we need to be, the second we become proffitable and the pps starts to go up, the hurt will go away.
I was really ticked off that the O/S was high as well after him telling us that he had 4 buybacks.
that was a lesson that i learned, and that is why i called it before the cc that the price would see .0006 before we would see .001 like one of the posters mentioned.
I dont believe half of what Frank tells us now. I can only believe the things that i can see.
I dont bother calling Richard anymore either, as he guaranteed me that Frank was not diluting. I dont blame Richard, i know he can only repeat what he is told.
All i have left to go on is the fact that they are expanding slowly into the markets they need to be in. and they have a potential to make us money.
I dont even buy the proffitable by 2nd quarter anymore either.
Im holding out of faith that this is a market that no one can fail in at this point.
I will buy if we dip lower, im going to wait till the end of the month though before i do, unless something happens earlier then we anticipate.
I may even wait until after November 1st to buy then, Im almost certain that Frank will miss that deadline as well. this is the way he does things. My guess is that if he releases the financial, it will be no sooner then 2 weeks after the end of October. Im thinking around Nov 14.
Frank is getting predictable.
I just pray that he has got the 150 market deal under wraps, because if he misses that, then this is going to be the death of the company.

Restricted shares are not restricted now thus dilution. O/S increase dilution. Please correct me if I am wrong. I am waiting for the audit to start a new slate (base). GLTA

I'll never use anyone here as a punching bag. Truth is I still believe this company makes us rich. I'm just dissappointed that I've posted nothing but positives & people have used what I wrote as pert of their reasons for buying. Now I would like Frank show us the money!

well you do the math, the last cc we had in october, Frank told us there where 15.5 billion o/s shares and 6 billion of them where restricted.
they anounced that they bought back a billion and retired another billion.
we are not at 23 billion.
somewhere in there we gained several billion shares, where did they come from?
dont kid yourself, Frank has diluted, and Richard admits that he dilutes some here and there.
im not trying to be rude about this, im just stating the obvious.

Oh wont lie that what you have posted did influence me into buying and to continue to buy and hold this stock. But i also realize that im the one who is spending the money and im the one who pushes that accept button to purchas the stock. Trust me, only take what i say in jest, if im serious about something i shall inform you.
After the year ive been in here the potiential for me has been growing and growing. I just keep in mind all the postive notes that everyone has published and what people outside think. I think once we got to fully reporting we will be okay. Frank would be foolish to not have the accomplished prior to the 06GG simpley because of all the exposure we will get. At the very least he should have the process almost done by then. Once the 06GG hits thats when i beleive our exposure will be at MAXIMUM POTIENTIAL, therefore so will our chances at profitablility. thats 8 short months away. Of course this is all conjecture based on facts ive seen here, what i know, and what i believe reactions of the public will be.
So dont worry about me blaming anyone for me buying this stock, accept mabye DIGDOUGH, I just look at this as my early retirement fund, being one of the youngest people here . Blindly following, maybe. But its my choice to follow

i feel in time that he will work out the mess of this company, i just dont feel that it will be in the timeline that he has us believing.
I am possitive he is going to miss the end of the month deadline about the finacial, just as he has the page that will be up on the web site in the next 10 days was his words over a month ago now.
he needs to sell more shares in my opinion, and he is trying to keep us interested in buying them.
Im still going to buy them but im going to wait till the end of the month and buy on the panic sell off when we miss that deadline.
I think i see the game he is playing, and Whiz said it best when he said to wait till Frank is actually buying, not when he says he is buying.

dude your alright in my eyes. no one can blame anyone for thier decision. the point is we all have to do our dd.
i bought into this stock prior to joining this board. I found it while i was doing some dd on the stock.
I remember when i first came here and posted, i was upset with the discussion leaving the stock, as all i wanted from the board was info about Q.
I soon realised that i was dealing with other investors, who where all linked by one thing, we are all owners of the stock.
it didnt take long to realise that i had found the best board on the net for getting to the bottom of what info was good and what was rumour.
i have made this my home for the simple fact that we keep the board clean and free from the crap you see going on at other boards.
everyone gets a little touchy from time to time and we all have the ability to get under someones skin.
but know this no one here is going to use you as a punching bag. the problem with text is that it is hard to distinguish between joking and actual accusation and anger. that is why we need to use the little smilies and LOL's to express our feelings.
your alright and to prove it im going to throw you 5 stars if i have not already.

I agree! Last month & a half I've been saying I won't load up til there's a panic sell off. Even wrote here that Frank might be deliberately setting that up & Babe agreed. Any way, I'm ready!
