so is tomorrow the date that was set from the PR a few months ago for the audit? something is scary if the PR said 60 days. didnt they say in the conference call that the audit WAS done?

Many of you talk about CMKX, who are they? What product line do they have? How is their product line similar to Q’s? How far have they expanded into their market place? And in comparison to Q’s. Are they profitable or, like Q, soon to be profitable?

DIAMONDS! (are a girl’s best friend!) There is a lot of money in diamonds. Are they producing in any quantity yet? Also how is the average quality? It seems like Q. Start off small and create good programming and bring it to an ever-expanding consumer base.

Frank refused to set a date when Buckwheat bob asked him in the conference call to give us a firm date he refused to.
he stated that the audit would be done within 60 days which according to the investor relation page it was done on the 28th.
he stated that it would be viewable in a few weeks. which is very vague. there is no set deadline that he has promised to make the audit public.
today was the end of the original 60 days that he stated the audit would be done by, but seeings how it was actually stated as being done on the 28th of October then today's date really meant nothing.
so then the next riddle is how long is a few weeks. a couple is 2 so it i more then 2 3? 4?5?10? how many is a few, and the other thing is how often does Frank meet any of his deadlines?
no one know when the audit will be made available, and even if it was out tomorrow, it is outdated and will not include the new A/S and anything that has happened in the last month.
Are all the sales Dilution or buyback? there are no answers that are firm.
people put way too much faith in DJ predictions and now everyone is pissed off.
I dont expect to see any type of audit information until into December if we see it at all.
We have no real info that we can go on, all we can do is decide if we are going to hold or sell.
only you can make those decisions.
I can tell you what i am doing.
Do your own DD and dont buy anything you see in here as being hard evidence of anything.
look at the links to actual info from the news, prs, and any thing that can be verified. Don't buy or sell on my info or anyone that claims this is a POS or a gem.
And as always dont invest anymore then you can afford to loose.

Geez people this is funny, i see this forum splitting right down the middle. you guys(and gals) are just dividing the room up and everyone is gettin the mantality of "your either with us or with them", and its almost like , RED ROVER RED ROVER SEND THAT Q BASHER RIGHT OVER,

Being that QTN had 22k subs way back in March, what would be the guestimate say by New Years? Back then we only had RCN in small areas of NYC, Boston and SFO. Now we have a vastly increased potential market. Just NYC TW, replacing Playboy for Q, means that TW thinks our numbers would be larger then Playboys, but what was Playboys? Add all the other new areas… how many total by New Years? (I also bet that we will get another carrier and… HOUSTON very soon!) What do you guess?

where did you get the info that Q replaced Playboy in New York?
in not questioning that it is true, i would like to see the link. this is the first i saw of it, but i missed 60 pages or so while i was away hunting

I appears we have all been living in the "house of pain" and Frank is our landlord. I continue to learn about how penny stocks work from people on this board. Even with all the pain to go around with the current PPS I do not think that I would have done it differently. I still think that the PPS will correct itself. Many things can still happen before the GG in 06...significantly down for the time being but hopeful of the future for Qbiddians...

Rod You have my total support to continue posting. I say this for two reasons:
1) I do not remember anything you've posted that violates my "personal code". I also don't believe anything you've posted violates the allstocks code, but that's for the mods to determine.
2) I don't believe anyone should be banned from posting on a public board ... unless what they say actually breaks a law (such as libel or threats of violence), violates accepted standards of decency (such as extreme profanity), or does not comply with EEOC guidelines (such as racial, sexual or sexual orientation slurs).

airdoo Kinda makes Kuwait seem like a vacation paradise, doesn't it? But sanity will return once the PPS moves. And the PPS will move when the audit is released. And the audit will be released when Frank is damn good and ready. So I guess we have some more waiting ahead of us. Until then, have a cold one on me. Well I thought I would bring Q to the attention of a very big author of the gay community, Michael Jensen, in hopes of having him write an article about Q in his newsletter and to bring a good word to our board, this was his reply...

Once there were only three channels and now there are hundreds (ABC, CBS, NBC). Clearly, the time has arrived for some of the channels to be aimed at the GLBT community. What you said above about QBID is exactly what we have seen many on the CMKX thread say as well. Now they have a revoked stock and not traded anywhere. Whatever possibilities exist are with another quetionable company with 100% negative attributes and all past stock distributions are of other company stocks that are either completely worthless, not traded or are trading in the low negative 4 digits. In all probability, that is close to where QBID will end up.
I just had another response to your post that when I reread it I realize it sounded pretty argumentative and that is not my intention.
Ok, that being said, the comparisons to CMKX are missing one HUGE thing. This company exists and is growing. We all know they have used dilution to fund it, and aren't thrilled about it at all. But at least that has actually gone into building the company and not just lining pockets. From what I have read there was never really anything to CMKX other than hype. As for QBID, I can go to Time Warner, RCN, all the tv reviews and verify that the company is growing as they say they are, even if I don't like the financing that was/is used sometimes. The two companies, other than the pps, can't really be compared.

HAHAH... okay you got me... i shall call a temporary truce for now, only because i got finals coming up in the next few weeks and i cant dedicate anymore brain power then i already have towards you.
