Y'know, I suspected that's what it meant. Funny how a word just "sounds" right for a definition. This one in particular reminded me of "privy" which is why I guess this definition doesn't suprise me.

I got an email from Welch today, he said that the 10K is basically done and is at the auditors for final review and should be sent to the SEC today...hold on strong everyone...MOTG is going to fly if the 10K is great...plus after that I expect more pr's with more news that about future and present aquisitions and furture direction of the company....this could be one of the biggest OTC gainers in my opinion, maybe 50-100 bagger over the next few months, especially if there is a big short squeeze...all in my own opinion.. Nice... it's up to .085 now... what's that, like 20% or pretty close? At a volume of 850k, it sure doesn't take much to make it shoot up! This is gonna be an awesome day if that 10K comes out!

never kick yourself for making a profit even if you miss out on a greater run. If you start thinking that way you will at some point stay to long in a stock and get burned. Take it from someone who has lost big time by thinking that way.
better to take a little less profit than to take a big loss.

Yeah, I just sacrificed a small part of my profit and got back in 8000 * .082. Don't wanna take a chance on missing this boat.
I'm still new, so I have a hard time figuring out when being greedy and being smart are two different things. I thought I'd do like rickpic does in svxp and sell/buy/sell/buy... but this one doesn't seem to have that up and down motion, so I guess it isn't a smart thing here, since a pr should be coming soon (hopefully today). Can you guys elaborate on when I should treat this like a intraday rolling stock and when i should just hold for dear life?

By the time I was done with commission, I only made about 10%. Is that too small a profit for what I was trying to do? (sell, reenter) Is there a rule of thumb of how much profit justifies this type of approach?

Hello all, I'm new to the Board. I have owned "MOTG" for some time now buying in at .04 a share, went threw some tough times by watching it go to .027 to where it is now. I like the company for a number of factors the best one would be there float. I really beleive that we could see 2.00 to 3.00 a share within the next year or so maybe sooner or maybe later but this stock does seem like a winner.
The 10k, should be soon (hope so) but to really profit from this company is too hold for a while. IMO.
Since you've been following this company for a while now and I'm sure you've done your DD... what is your general impression about this company's ethics, business saavy, etc?

It is all up to you, everyone has to develop their own rules and stick to them. Personally I look for a 15-25% swing if I am going for a quick trade. I also need to see volume. I don't often trade low volume stocks for a swing.
My advice would be to paper trade a few of these before using real $. Try and get a feel for how things work in the penny world.
As for this one if I were in your shoes I would hold for the 10k and ride the wave. Sell when you feel comfortable and don't worry about it if you sell before the peak. As you get more experience you can take more risk.
