nite has been keeping this thing in the .08's all afternoon. he is the only one in the .08's now. You have to ask, why?? the answer should make you smile...

Well, I just have a bewildered expression rather than a smile, but the ask is definitely building at 9. When that hits, it will really go crazy.

he has been the bid and ask most of the afternoon. imo he is holding the bid down trying to pick up shares at a lower price as folks get scared and/or take profits. Anytime some real volume comes he jumps way up. He sells off a few lower hoping for end of day selling when he scoops up more for tomorrow...all imo

Yeah... NITE is so short on this stock IMO....pretty soon he'll be the one that is going to have to chase people down for their shares. Welch IMO knows this game very well and he is coiled up like a rattlesnake waiting for the rat to pass by, waiting for the right time to strike. As soon as the 10K comes out and volume increases 10 fold, NITE's gonna be screwed...He can't have mine for less then .50. He's been al over the bid and ask all day, only means one thing... The charts all look good, solid bottom forming as well as base, good crossover of the 25 and 50 MA's rising right along.. might see small retracement in the morning to get rid of all the weaklings/day traders ( why anyone would want to get out here is beyond me), but if no 10K, it should continue to rise, as more and more people take notice.. 10 K monday morning would be sweet.. I think tonight, many people are going to see and realize what this opportunity really is....Volume increased 100 percent today from yesterday with about 80 percent of those being buys....only means people are starting to see the light... Blaster, charts, tech jargon, and all that whatnot are great, but they just help back up the PR's. Lot's of the time I buy based on a PR, and look at the charts to see if I did right. :-)

Tech agreed... But if you do look at the 6 month chart for MOTG, the last 2 1/2 months have formed an almost FLAWLESS cup and handle and the past three days have been the breakout on better volume then during the cup and handle, with the exception of the last time they pr'd, which by the way had no where near the effect that a solid 10K will on the pps of this stock.IMO The handle has been forming perfectly for the release of the 10K, and the fact that it is tardy and the stock is STILL gaining both volume and momentum, points to both a very strong group of investors with large positions holding out for a much higher price and a very strong base of basically where I don't believe that you'll be able to buy this below .06-.065 ever again, unless of course the 10K either isn't released or it just plain sucks, but that likelyhood is almost impossible. The last spike in price and volume was from a pr that really said nothing more then future direrction of a development with Stitel Networks. The 10K plus possible new auquisitions plus future direction will send this stock through the roof and into the statosphere, provided Welch gets his ass in gear and gets them out. He should probably just wait until Monday now, and I wouldn;t be suprised to see that, but I do expect this trend to continue. If it hits .10-.11 tomorrow, there's gonna be the inevitable profit taking, although with such a strong base built so far I don't see this retracing that much at all. Everyone that I know of with large positions, at least 250K or more are holding out until at least .50 or so they say... because the O/S minus Welch's shares is only about 18 million.
We have sort of fugured out that collectively on the Raging Bull board that we hold between 5-7 million shares of MOTG, not including this board and the Investhub board. Say, conservativly, that the longs own 10 million and Welch with his 13 million, leaves only 8 million left in the O/S. And you know there are other people that are'nt mentioned that own shares. And we have traded over 24-26 million shares in the past 2 weeks. That I believe goes to show just how short we are at this point, especially NITE. I personally think he's ****ed, IMO. He's the ONLY MM keeping the price down at this point, I would LOVE to see Welch issue a dividend, then the MM's would have to fess up with the share counts. Then all the **** would hit the fan....we'd all be loaded and I'd be buying Johnny Walker blue by the case, but there will be plenty of time for that. Anyway, my fingers hurt, but I encourage you to check out the link below to see the chart that I am talking about..it's worth a look, let me know what you think... You know in looking at the chart I have one question. Why with the buisness model building did it go into the crapper from 40 cents? Just doesnt add up. In any case I am glad I have what I have with an initial buy in at .034 and added more at .029

Sync it went to the crapper as you put it only because they sold some shares. This barely traded back then since they have traded 15mil shares....This stock is so undervalued it isn't funny. The k comes out than guidance the aquisition and this is going to .50...You guys realize that a market cap of 18mil which is what are rev run rate is to be puts us at .60......50 mil would put us over a dollar this is a no brainer

Big 1 million share bock bought by an MM at the Bid, probably Nite, getting back all the shares that the flippers sold this morning, they're not getting those back cheap. They're gonna have to use their profits from the flip to get back into this stock....doesn't make much sense if you think about it....why not hold out for the 10K and get the big bucks instead of using you profits to get back in??? I guess it takes all kinds of traders. JB
