what is FCDH to katchina gold?. do they own it or a piece of it or what?. katchina is trading at about .03 ( down 12% on todays news ) with 450+ mil shares out gives them a market cap of around 13 million on current production of less than 4 million before exspenses. this company ( FCDH )has 2.5 billion shares out according to todays PR and 10 billion authorized, did a 1 fo 10,000 R/S 8 months ago and has not filed a 10K in over two years. what is it that makes them so hot a play?. just asking not bashing!

Madmoney - another positive is that the President Sandy Winick bought 2 mil shares at .02 in JUNE. You know she doesn't want to lose her money. She wants this thing to take off like the rest of her shareholders, so she will work to make it happen. That says more than most of the PK stocks. I think that this stock has great potential.

I am new to this stock. I like it alot. You think it will tip back down to .ooo4. If it does im in for 2 mil. I would love for it to go up but i would like to get in first. lol

Authorized 100,000,000,000 common shares, no par value per share thats 100 billion shares authorized!. now thats scary!. from quarterly report filed 9/30/05. just a little over 1 billion in the current float plus 1.5 billion owened by winick. no transfer agent listed. I suggest caution.

I've been in this stock for a while and the only thing that is happening is that it continues to tank. There has been massive dumping for days. It seems like news, and there has been alot, is the impetus for some major dilution. Kinda reminds me of WHLI. Any thoughts?
I hope I'm wrong and wish us all luck on this one.

I have talked to CEO Sandy Winick several times now, he promises me no R/S (which was my only concern). I asked if he was concerned about the PPS he said no, It will come up, The Fight Network will be a brand name in Canada and the US. They want The Fight Network to be a brand name....they are working on Magazines, Video games, Clothing, and another Website is coming as well.
The Fight Network "TFN" is already up and on the air 24 hours a day in Canada.
As or The Fight Network coming to the USA. there has been talks with The Dish Network but nothing (at least what we know is offical yet). Post from LAW site: "I can say without question their are plans to expand to the States once the rollout in Canada is complete." John Pollock

Yes, I was in on that run..we didn't even know how many O/S there was..only a little later did we find out it was 9 BILLION at that time..and it went to 2.8¢..I lucked up and sold a little bit at 2.49¢... FCDH has a piddling amount of shares compared to QBID...QBID has 43 BILLION now I heard..
