lots of buys today...people expecting another pr soon and we we're just sitting at near term lows. appeared to have been basing ie sitting at support. i'm not saying a breakout with out a fresh pr though.

bm.. ADX (black) is showing a change in trend..
the DI+ (green) is turning up.. meaning bullish.. longs taking control
and the DI- (red) well as you've probably guessed the bears/sellers just simply petering out here lol

FDCH. I talked with them again this afternoon. I was able to get from their subscription department, they are in current negotiations already with a major U.S. cable company to bring the fight channel to the U.S. cable community. They have received an enormous amount of calls in Canada for Canadian subscriptions. All I did was to ask the person when I, being in the U.S. can subscribe to their program. I do not think this person even knew the impact that their knowledge has because he was so excited about the response to the introduction of the fight channel in just a short period. I just wanted to pass it along to those who buy a stock for alittle longer than 1 day!

First Canadian American Holding Corporation (Pink Sheets: FCDH) announces today that Kachina Gold Corporation (Pink Sheets:KCHG), an emerging junior gold exploration and production company, is excited about its initial results from its ongoing development of its commercial gold mining operations at its Mohave County, Arizona property. Pinksheets.com is updated ~A/S has been reduced 90% ~Float remains * 1 bil BUT **CEO still holds 60% of float.** ~400 million out in the float right now.

ok, I've read most of these posts and done some of the math, but something doesn't add up. I just need some simple splainin' (in country boy terms) so I can fully understand this:
March 2005: FCDH does RS 10,000:1 Effectively reducing Authorized shares from 400,000,000,000 to 40,000,000
Today: I see the OS as 4,000,000,000, and the A/S as 2,000,000,000 (aprox). They also have the right to distribute up to 100,000,000,000 shares?
This looks like dilution to me? I mean, it looks like they diluted right after the R/S, but I can't find any info that confirms this!
Ok, so they have some new ventrues and some possible good things coming up, but that OS/dilution question is killing me!
Any thoughts, insight, help, change of my numbers, info that I missed, etc?
