I got in this one also Fred. I'm guessing there will be some news in the next week or so with the "Fight Network" launch party happening next Friday. I'm not looking for the "10 bagger" but a small profit should be possible.

"Outstanding Shares: 30,142,700 as of 2005-03-21 " That was the O/S as of their last R/S. I wouldn't think that is anywhere near accurate now, try 10 times that with the volume this had had in the last month or so. They are diluting it to death, getting in a position for another R/S. Might get a few pops out of it short term, but sooner or later you're gonna get a R/S hit ya in the ass. Notice the SEC Filing 15-12:
15 12G Certification of termination of registration of a class of security under Section 12(g) or notice of suspension of duty to file reports pursuant to Section 13 and 15(d) of the Act Section 12(g)

Do the AS decrease as well as the OS in an R/S...Sorry, probably a dumb question but 500 billion AS is asheet of alot of shares! I wanna buy into this because the Fight channel seems like a great idea and as a guy you have to like it. Maybe we can get FO2 to oust the ceo and run the company!! I am watching for now and if Will is right, whick looks like he is, the bozo ceo will run this great idea into the ground IMHO

There are 100B authorized, 2.5B OS and 1.5B in the float. This is after the 1/10000 split. No pending splits also per this doc. God only knows how much more dilution could be going on currently but he's got to finance Fight Network so...I have noticed several large blocks purchased and also several large blocks sold. That could mean nothing or it could mean somebody knows something and is figuring if FN gets some PR exposure, to the tune of anticipating X number of cable subscriptions, we might get a pop.
This 15c2-11 is supposedly current as of 13 Sep 05.

The Fight Network Delivers the Kicks With K-1, Announces First Canadian American Holding Corporation Market Wire - October 18, 2005 8:53 AM (EDT)
-------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Jump to first matched term
TORONTO, Oct 18, 2005 (MARKET WIRE via COMTEX) -- First Canadian American Holding Corporation (OTC: FCDH) announced today that The Fight Network Inc. has signed an exclusive (Canadian) programming deal with FEG USA Inc. for the right to broadcast its K-1 events.
This agreement will see The Fight Network air K-1 events in their entirety each and every week. This will be the first time these events will be available on cable and satellite television in Canada.
"K-1 events personify excitement," said Brian Sobie VP of Programming and Production for the Network. "Knockouts can happen at any time of any match. I think Canadian fight fans who have never seen a K-1 match will be shocked by the dramatic way most of these matches end."
"The Fight Network has given us a great opportunity to bring K-1 to our Canadian fans on a consistent basis," said Mr. Sadaharu Tanikawa, CEO of FEG USA Inc. "We have some of the most charismatic fighters in the world: Bob Sapp, Ray Sefo, Remy Bonjansky, Mighty Mo, as well as a couple of fantastic Canadian fighters -- Gary Goodridge and Michael McDonald. We're confident that this partnership with The Fight Network will enable K-1 to become one of the most popular televised fighting programs in Canada in the very near future."

I'm still learning to read L2's. Anyone else want to comment on them? Seems like little support on the bid. Would that be holding this one? Matt
