i dont know agent I was looking at the RSI and it was showing up as oversold. Anything can happen with the pennies depending on what the MM'S want it to do.If we can get ARCA or TRAC to be our friend they will take it up,if they want cheap shares they will take it down.Oh well, we will see...

I called the CEO today 'John Fleming' and had about a 10 minute discussion about the 25B stock auth.
the first thing is is that minus the 5.8B, the rest is being stashed into their treasury... not that they wouldn't or couldn't use it later, but as of now... I wouldn't expect anymore news about any more stock registrations any time soon.
the 5.8B was sold to an investor entity that paid 20M, this 20M is going to be applied to their business model, which if you have read the press lately, you can expect an explosion of growth in the next 6-8 months. plus Canada and UK are still on the table.
If I were an investor, Im not going to dump 5.8B shares I just paid for and crush the stock to nothing, Im going to hold and hold and hold some more... as the stock appreciates. which it most certainly will, Im gonna throw chunks out on the upswing, as to not hurt the price (for my own benefit of course)
The CEO told me, "we are now debt free"
I did my DD, only to confirm what I already believed.

Well as you can see from the chart 0.0153 is great suppoourt...it was resistance friday and suppourt today. Lowe volume today and unusually it all came around the lunch hour. I think the MM's will move this stock tomorrow, Not sure which way though.

We dipped below the support and closed at .0149, don't get me wrong I want to get back in this stock but not at this level. I have learned my lesson before and I am waiting to get it lower.

I owe stocks and expect this to go up, but want to be sure that I am well informed.
Is the 20M John Fleming is talking about the warrants that have to be exercised upon conversion of the debentures? That means that they will have to dump shares so GZFX can receive the $20,339,100 from the exercised warrants, otherwise, they won't receive nothing.
And if you look at my previous analysis, GGI won't get anymore profit if the pps is low or high. I don't understand why GZFX didn't dump the shares themselves. It would have generated 58M instead. I've got to be misunderstanding a lot of things.

I will agree with you guys on the sidelines that you may make a little extra pennies if you wait to jump back in. Anyone that's in already should just hold. You could lose money selling. We know how it works. This baby can explode any time. I expect it to explode in May for sure. Probably mid April actually. We only have 2 weeks until it starts hyping up. One PR now and we'll be all over the place for the rest of the year. I am concerned about selling on a big run, not buying on the lowest dip. Missing a run is like waiting a month for a package and then getting it a day after the product expires.

Unfortunately you aren't reading that part wrong. That is why they call it toxic financing. In the beginning a lot of these companies are so desperate to raise money that they agree to just about anything. It takes a fair amount of money just to go public, and it is such a highrisk venture that this is one of the few ways to get financed. Hopefully GGI will be relatively patient on releasing them, but the last couple of trading days have been relatively flat for such high volume. So who knows?

Does anyone else feel that w/o news this stock can no longer run? Remember the good ol days when it would go up 20% in one day on just rumor? I think those days are long gone. Anymore if this stock goes up 10% you better try to flip it b/c everyone else is and its going to go right back down. I'm starting to feel like eventhough the co. might be good the stock is just a waste of time anymore. Yeah you can leave your money in it and hope for a PR that will recover your loses, but otherwise the pps just falls all the time for no reason. And this isn't dilution its just this stock has 99% short terms and I'm beginning to think its pointless to own this stock again What's everyone else's opinion?

I mean hell in the last 2 hrs. of trading the mm's brought the pps down like 10% it popped up 2-3% and is going right back down. If it breaks under .0140 we are falling all the way back to .011-.012 This just sux!

relax, this is typical. your not going to have 10% gains daily. Theres always going to be some shakeout action. the reason that its sideways like this is b/c people are holding, and the mm's are trying to create something. I dont think that dilution is holding this back to be honest. just some daytraders getting out and people holding. Im gonna be patient for the next news. It will run again when we get more buyers. Just IMO
