I have a margin acc. but you have to have over 25k to daytrade. Since I don't I can only make 4 trades in 5 days. And since some of my orders 5000 shares were going through they counted as trades. Thats why I got hit w/the flag. Now that I know the rules I just hope they take it off by tomorrow, so I can get back in during this run. I'm not worried about 1 day b/c we all know this stock gives you plenty of chances to get back in low, but I want to get in soon incase of news or something.

No, it's not about a margin account. It's about having less than 25,000$ in you account. But I'm pretty sure you have never been exposed to that if you can order 5M of GZFX.
If you do 4 or more daytrades (open and close in the same day) within a 5 business period, you get flagged as a pattern day trader by the SEC and suspended for 90 days or until you deposit over 25,000$ in you account.

haha. I had no clue that rule existed. Just deposit 25k in there, leave it for a couple days then take it back out. That'd qualify ya wouldn't it?

There actually isn't anything about a release proceedur after this. But hey, this is day trades. If you bought yesterday and sell today then it doesn't even count. And you can do 3 actual daytrades (buy and sell same day) per week. That's not so bad for guys with little money that aren't making much off daytrades anyway. I like to look for the longer ups and dips anyway. Daytrading this one sucks because everytime I flip, the damn thing goes right back up above my buy point.

Wow I don't think the stock is that bad. I doubt there will be a r/s anytime soon. I wouldn't personally jump out for good I think we are in a trend up right now but thats MHO.

Screw the reverse split. you make less money when it's a higher price. And the R/S won't be for a loooong time. Just go play other big stocks if you'r e waiting for when all the money is made already, once this is a big stock it's as good as any other profitable one.

Yeah, I just usually look for big moves in the morning. If it goes up I sell, rebuy fairly quick as the min/min rsi drops. Then I ride it out the rest of the day while I'm in class. When the stock isn't in an upward trend I daytrade it b/c I don't want to be in it overnight then.

Hey i know that you want this thing to go down today, but this pr isnt just fluff.. Its a major deal. The old site sucked and this new site is much better. This new site will allow them to handle increased business from the CC deal. Sorry Mystic your not in right now, i can only hope they release another PR today about a major deal signed. So GZFX leaves you in the dust. Keep hoping that GZFX goes down. just IMO

this is true but they were being double handed releasing big news on the Circuit city deal on a friday. And very quietly monday out through a filing and release 4 billion more share into the market.

Cactus: I understand your point but Im stating my honest opinon. If I was trying to bring the PPS down I would say more than that. Fact is if I thought it was going to go up from this I would have already rebought lower than what I sold for this morning. I'm waiting for .0145 and I think we may see it now w/this PR. This wasn't the PR that ppl were waiting for. PPl wanted AAFES or Target, w/this PR ppl will get impatient and sell off. JMHO though.

This things being heavily day traded. From what Ive heard The CEO of GZFX hates daytraders and is doing everything he can to throw them off with pr's at different times of the day. some after-market, some during market. Once the daytrading cools, it will go up consistently.

I thought that the share blocks didn't mean anything.. An order constantly refreshed at 5k share block could be a lot bigger than the 500k.

Your right the blocks don't usually mean anything. But, when ppl that don't really know what to look for see blocks of 500k they think wow big investor I need to buy its going up. And the other MM's move up w/them and sell their shares higher. Its a win/win for them and lose for the unseasoned investor. Look Trac was up at .0158 pushing the bid and ask up to 159/160 now that hes gone its back down to 156/157 Now for some they might not care that they bought on a b/s run up, but ppl like me want every pt. And after losing enough money I refuse to buy during that b/s.

It's all rumors we hear and things we never see. A fluff PR makes the price go down? Only when the stock is in a downtrend. I don't think our gains last week were just because of speculation alone. I think it's because people are getting into GZFX as a good stock again. We'll bounce up and down here and there until we get a reall good or bad PR. By the way, .015 has always been a tough barrier. IF you break it and stay over, it doesn't go below. And if you're trickling below it, you never go above it. I agree with you mystic trying to get in lower, but I don't see it going under .015 because of history. But hey, stocks do change in nature.

hehe. .0005 of a difference isn't that much. Go for a low dip, like .0152 or something. You'll probably get that. I just think .015 is too round of a number. Just as strong as .01 or .02. I never put my orders right on those lines like everyone else does.

don't be fooled by this p/r. the company wants LT investors, so this is the best way to do it. put out a dopey p/r about the website assuming if there those short term guys and gals around, they will dump. Get them out of the way so we can bring in better investors with bigger news shortly after (within 2 days). by wed there should be another p/r that will be really really good news. now, im saying this only cause ive palyed this stock numerous times and this is how it went with my previous experiences....so basically im guessing, yes, but i wouldn't be surprised if thats how it plays out. the only difference ive noticed today is that nobody is really selling off, and we haven't stumbled yet. id say thats good news (so far)..... I guess when I meant sell off I just meant a little dip like about 10pts or so. Which is pretty much what happened. I just wanted an entry point before we go back up EOD. I think we will close a little green maybe around .0157 If we closed above .0160 I would be stoked and below .0150 I would be scared. I agree we should hear some bigger news soon! So your theory is that a fluff PR before a big one stops daytraders from jumping into the stock? The theory, at most, gets them out before the PR so the LT's make more money, but there will still be daytraders and flippers jumping in and out from left and right. So from what I can gather, they're just trying to make it one quick run and drop rather than a run, little dip, run little more dip. Don't see why they care. But hey, I'm in until the price jumps high anyway.

duda its gonna go up because it didn't go down today. hehe just watch... there are always daytraders ur right, but if there was a bunch in today one would think they would have sold out with that p/r. Now that can mean 1 or 2 situations.
1 THis stock didn't drop b/c the daytraders that are in anticipate the news yet to be announced and aren't going to be fooled by the fluffy stuff. (good) 2 Or, Most got out prior to today or on the little dip in the am. So, we are left with enough LT investors and sideline investors to hold tough with the fluff. (good)
i think somethings a brewin, i see nothing bad here. trend up, no big dip, lots of attention on the sidelines, and today a little fluffanutter... yum
