Explain to me about how Circuit City taking in GZFX into all their stores is "hype".
Are you actually trying to say "mood?" Yes, news makes the mood of the stock positive and causes it to fly. But hype comes before the news, hype that the news will come.

I was reading the agreement, there is something i don't understand. Please advice on this.
ITEM 5.03 AMENDMENTS TO ARTICLES OF INCORPORATION OR BYLAWS; CHANGE IN FISCAL YEAR
On March 21, 2006, the Company filed a Certificate of Amendment to Articles of Incorporation with the Nevada Secretary of State (see Exhibit 3). This amendment, which did not require shareholder approval under the Company's Articles of Incorporation, as amended, increased the authorized common stock of the company to 25,000,000,000 shares.

I'm pretty sure that last time we compared Berlin to the US market it was totally different. I forgot if Berlin was less or more though. I want to say less than us but it may have been compared when we were going down, and we were going down more than them.

There are too many A/S on the table now, it is just too risky, IMO. Up to 110 stores a month all due before the holiday's, hell it will take a medium sized army to pull that off. Another important factor to consider, there is no mention of the financials between each party. Not disclosing that is another risky tactic.

Financials has nothing to do with our price going up. Look at IDWD> They lie to everyone saying they acquired a whole ton of money and will give it to the investors in a dividend. The price shot up like crazy, and they aren't going to give anyone jack. It's all in the news baby. Financials are for big stocks and long-termies.

theres the chart, RSI is top of the chart. And this is hype because so far we dont know if CC has helped GZFX get one sub. I would assume that CC has gotten them tons by now but noone knows. This agreement may not work out who knows. I personally think it will and GZFX will reach full potential but nothing has happened so far for sure.
Just watch the RSI its the only part of the chart that matters IMO.

I hear all this talk about the A/S being 25 billion. So what.... The 25bill and the 4 bill is all rated at .001. If the stock would drop due to a panic sell-off then they can roll in more shares to compensate for the lower price. The last major sell off when they extended the pilot program caused the price to drop so low that they felt to be safe they better add more shares. They could have added all the way to the 4 bill mark but they didn't. Do the math on the current 3.2billion authorized shares. its like 52 million right now,they have no reason to dump anymore shares into the O/S as of right now unless the share price would drop for a period of time. People see the 25bill and freak out but as long as the pps stays up and steady we dont have anything to worry about.

That's why I said financials are for long-termies. Nobody here right now cares whether they are making money or not. Most of us know they are not yet profitable and the rest don't care. But the deal is solid. They proved to make subs out of the pilot and now they're expanding it everywhere. Hype was what ran the price up 400% in the first place, announcing the pilot. That's when they didn't know if it'd do anything. We know this will. And yet we're not running as fast lol.

Also we got more coming. There's a lot that will feed this fire. They haven't really dilluted yet so we know there's more to come. If they intend on using any of that A/S, they'll need to get some more hefty volume and I'm sure they want more premium prices on it.

Well, i expected another run up before this quite time at 12:30 but the afternoon should be good IMO. 12:30 is a slow time historically, just like 10:30. And it's holding this ascending channel nicely.
