LOL that filing is not all that bad. I think its good infact. GGI can only sell 9.9% which is not a lot. GGI will not sell right off the bat they will want more money for their load.
I'm going to load up on the DIP lol.
I think the filing also clears the fog about the R/S now we know there wont be one in the near future. I think the filing also clears the fact that the O/S is 3.8 and not 25 billion. and the O/s will be close to 3.8 billion approx 4.2 bilion.

As I have said several times. The high O/S does concern me. I think GZFX can go higher. But somewhere the company is going to have to address that O/S problem. I hope sooner than later.
Most of us have been playing with these little stocks for some time now. We have gotten use to these high O/S's. It always happens when the O/S's keeps building the stock will suffer for this. IMO we can not afford to increase the O/S any futher. I sure would hope that they could buy down the O/S. Even if it added more debt.

Guys, I am not saying this can't/won't run, but at least be reasonable about what it says and read all of it.
GG might not want to just dump the shares (which would be a good thing for us), but don't pretend that they can't.

"

Berlin just opened. It is down 85%. What is going on. This can not be true. Thats right it it's not true. Heck it's not even open yet. 13 mins before it opens. Going to take a nap. Catch you all later. I smell GREEN. I hope we are not disappointed. It seems when we all talk this up and away stuff and get excited. We get it stuck to us. So I am going to use reverse psychology. I have not sold so much as one share since I bought back in October! I have added when others panic & all my shares were bought at .089 or less.
But if there's any doubt during tomorrows open & people sell,,, I will buy one last big block, I can't tell anyone I know exactly when but we will be trading alot higher than .02 or .03 in the not too distant future!

Matter of fact they won't be converting a thing unless GZFX gets money which they don't need right now & in the event we get money from them we would have to miss a payment! I'll worry about filing if it ever becomes an issue. As of now, all it does is gaurantee me that the OS isn't going to get out of hand & that we will see an additional filing if they ever do add to the OS!

I love this stock just like everybody else but I was out at .015 yesterday and banked lovely. And I'll wait for .01 or lower to get back in. Today is Friday, it's selloff day before the weekend.

The company is going to rock the penny market. My reasons for getting out was fear of temporary drops do to too much previous excitement. But apparently we're not going to get quiet yet. I'll let the Berlin charts decide what i do tomorrow. Night all!

Berlin up 8.33%. One must remember that our market ran up to .0152 after the Berlin market closed yesterday. So this might just be a fill from the US close on Thursday.
