GZFX closed Friday at .0084. The Berlin exchange opened last night at 2AM EST. It was up as high as 160% before our market even opened. GZFX did not open here in the states until 9:30 AM EST. Thats all I am going to say on the subject.

DJ Lehman Ups Circuit City To Equal-Weight From Underweight Lehman Brothers upgraded electronics retailer Circuit City Stores Inc. (CC) to equal-weight from underweight, citing strong industry trends and "vastly improved" fundamentals.
In addition, the broker told clients that the advanced-television and gaming cycles should drive traffic and strong comparisons through 2006-2007.
Lehman also said that the new CEO could implement Best Buy Co.'s (BBY) best practices.

Ill guess in the .0190's. I may be high but we will see a gap tomorrow morning. I imagine alot of people set buys only to get off of work to see that they didnt get in and scramble to get in. I had a buddy call me earlier to tell me thats exactly what happen to him and his buddy. He was shocked when I told him what it opened at and he assured me tomorrow he will be in.

It might behoove some to read the 8-K filing in its entirety. I was some what shocked when I read the TERMINATION and COMPENSATION sections. It just seems to me, that GNF came out on the short end of the stick.

Made good profit from GZFX. I will buy it back at around 0.011. It's gonna break down anytime. I will buy more MGEN today. That's my real big mover.

Entry into a Material Definitive Agreement, Amendments to Articles of Inc. or Byla
ITEM 1.01 ENTRY INTO A MATERIAL DEFINITIVE AGREEMENT On March 22, 2006, the Company entered into a definitive Co- Marketing Agreement with Circuit City Stores, Inc. (see Exhibit 10). In the fourth calendar quarter of 2005, the two companies tested offering the GameZnFlix services at a limited number of Circuit City Superstores and online at circuitcity.com. After concluding the tests, the services will now be expanded under the Co-Marketing Agreement to include Circuit City Superstores across the United States and will continue to be available nationwide on Circuit City's website. The agreement calls for adding locations each month until full deployment is reached prior to the 2006 holiday season.
The agreement calls for a nationwide rollout of GameZnFlix's service by offering prepaid service cards at each of Circuit City's retail stores. Under the terms of this agreement, the parties will share in the revenue from the sale of Company memberships through Circuit City.
Attached is a press release issued in connection with this agreement (see Exhibit 99).
ITEM 5.03 AMENDMENTS TO ARTICLES OF INCORPORATION OR BYLAWS; CHANGE IN FISCAL YEAR On March 21, 2006, the Company filed a Certificate of Amendment to Articles of Incorporation with the Nevada Secretary of State (see Exhibit 3). This amendment, which did not require shareholder approval under the Company's Articles of Incorporation, as amended, increased the authorized common stock of the company to 25,000,000,000 shares.

i have a feeling the MM's are gonna run this tomorrow for the day. They shook people out today and im sure they are gonna make them get back in tomorrow.
