WOULD YOU INVEST IN THIS COMPANY if you read this statement: We have a history of net losses and negative cash flow and we anticipate that we will experience net losses and negative cash flow for the foreseeable future.
We have experienced significant net losses and negative cash flow, since our inception. We incurred net losses of $29.8 million in 1999, and as of December 31, 1999, we had an accumulated deficit of $41.3 million. We expect to continue to incur significant operating expenses and capital outlays for the foreseeable future in connection with our planned expansion, including expenditures for:
WELL IT TURNED OUT TO BE A GREAT INVESTMENT..IT'S FROM NETFLIX...

My intentions are not to compare NLFX to GZFX as at this juncture they are in 2 different stratospheres but the point is most companies in their infancy do struggle. The difference is we as investors of GZFX are witnessing the GROWTH PAINS of the company first hand and it is not an easy thing to watch...I was 23 when I started the first of several companies and each one was tough at the beginning..the balance sheets suck for at least 2 to 3 years so I understand first hand how difficult an undertaking it is that GZFX is facing in their attempt to build an ENTERTAINMENT COMPANY.Sometimes you sell your soul to the devil for a chance at success.

Gotta burn money to make it sometimes. I'm more dissapointed at the sudden share increase than anything else. Why preach so heavily that you are funded for the next full year, and how you are going to bring a new level of accountability to the OTCBB when you pull that kind of crap?

This is all recent talk as well from the CEO, it just feels like you got led to walk the plank while being whispered to. LOL

10of13 & AgentGPF!

Just my humble oppinion but I would like to think yesterday's volume spike at 2 pm & a close at the high of the day is an indicator that there's really good news coming near term.

If VOD is the wave of the future & GZFX has already put the foundation in place with G and F TV on channel 60, intelsat 5, wouldn't CC love to be on the ground floor? My guess is they will be selling the boxes for VOD hook-up to G & F TV channel! They're not trying to tell BestBuy everything they're doing. This could be 1 reason there was an extension to March 15. Remember, Schooner was was working with Best Buy when they brought Netflix on board. He will take the reins of CC in March.

Maybe I'm just a gambler but even with 5 billion shares out, let alone 3.2, I see huge opportunity with this thing!

I'm holding all my shares & adding at a measured pace.

Whizknock,
I am VERY new to this trading thing, Since I found the GZFX I was never intending on it as a "day trade"...I bought in months after I found it and after most on this board bailed...I think that they will bring this very low stock up...and that it was I am holding for...I have flipped it..thanks again to people that freaked last week...at this point I have more stock than my original investment..and I paid less for all of it than if I were to have taken my family to the movies...

I'm holding...gamble? Maybe...but the small investment that I have is well worth the gamble...

Its not much of a gamble if its for the cost of going to the movies. [Smile] I had thousands in it, made money on it in the past but got bitten the last round.

Whiz, what is this talk of 5 billion shares?

hehe. I dumped 25k into this in the beginning and kept riding on that and profits all the way up to the last major crashdown. I'm still on the sidelines although I really do bet that we're gonna see something monday. And I'm staying put because I believe that whatever we see is going to premarket it up, go up a little more and probably get hacked down again. Hopefully not. Whether I'm in or not, i want to see it go up. I'll be jumping back in on the next dip, which is right on schedule for my plans (sometime in the next couple of weeks) I'm still betting on the CC deal and I'm going to be watching the SEC's like a hawk when we're in suspense and rising up prices mode. The second it's out, I'm scanning it for failure or success and having both sell and buy orders ready to be placed at that instant with two monitors and a 48 oz of coffee. lol

Damn, I hope I am right here... I just have a feeling a good PR is coming out. This stock was my mainstay all through October and November, then I got sick of how they where playing games with things, and I got out in early December.

It was really a great learning experience for me... I learned so much about trading and what to look for and what not listen to and what not to listen too. Following a company like GZFX was really the perfect training tool to becoming a succesful day trader.

That being said, I could have put my money into KLGE, or PECB, but I just had this irresistable feeling that I would finally make the gains I had hoped for months ago with this stock. I have 6 stocks on my watch list (stocks to get in and out of), and I decided to jump All In on Friday.

I hope I am right, but after the late rally on Friday I am already up 12%, so I won't lose... but now for all of us who are in, lets hope that we can finally make some money and tell our friends how smart we are for having bought into this guy!

If I had purchased this when I first saw it...I would have spent a little over 2K but I didn't jump in until right after the January PR about the CC deal..and then i was able to flip it yet again last week...the family and the movie thing..OK..It's more $ than that... maybe 2 movies and dinner...but we have 7 kids.....

I do feel bad for those that put such large amounts in and lost..but i would think that you shouldn't put so many eggs into one basket...but then again...it sounds like some "trusted" waht GZFX was saying... and GZFX didn't come through...

I agree with KillaKmetz...following this GZFX was a real learning tool...that rule about not "trading" with emotion...it seems that so many on this board have..and that is why they started dumping...but after everything is said and done...it seems to level out...if you wait..

If you take a position in a stock..and you know it's for a longer term...4months-1 year..shouldn't you ride the waves so to speak...rather than jump when the waters get rough?

i recall a point in time where i really did drink that much coffee everyday. Then I started getting sick and could never fall asleep (without drinking it) and in the morning I had caffeine highs when I woke up. And the withdrawels when quitting were terrible lol.

This is a penny. Not something to go long into. It's actually illogical to go long into a penny stock. At the very least you should take profits after and ride only on free shares. There is no what ifs or could ofs involved. It's what you did and just the fact you came out with money is enough to be happy. Usually you end up with as much as you would have made all year on a main stock at the minimum... or in the case of the best GZFX runs.. like 5 times your money lol. But in all honesty, the smarter guy would have sold out before it started crashing. EVen if in this case he WOULD have made less. (oops!)

GZFX really is no different from before. The price is just lower and that's because the O/S is increased. Anyone notice how the shares have more than doubled and the price has gone to less than half? It makes perfect sense. And the waves are still good to ride. It's been doing this even before the CC deal was announced.

But will it be worth it if the CC deal is gone dead?

And one more comment. We got some complaining about only 3000 subs. If we went national and still had those low numbers but with many more stores involved (each group of stores producing that many), that would be just fine with me [Smile]

If you are long term, sure. Why sell at a low and then get in when it wins over your confidence again with new highs? [Smile]

What I'm expecting however at this point, is the possibility of so many shares being out now, and deals being iffy, that it would have possibly reached unspectacular levels. Not long after deals go through I think PPS will slowly go down, in which case near that PR time would be my time to sell.

I may get in again sometime but for now I'm out and in a longer term hold (may take awhile for news worthy of selling on).

Lol guys. GZFX is probably in soem good works to release some good PR's soon. I'm hoping for no more bad news until at least after March 15th. Could you imagine the PPS march 17th if we only had good news from now until then and if the CC deal went thorugh? That would be awesome.

I'd just like to maybe bring up a speculative point. Sicne we heard that GNF are using a hardware box to get the satellite channel...who do you think would be selling the box? Maybe it is CC and they wanted to extended the pilot program to get the satelitte thing set up a bit. I dunno, no one does. Only GNF staff know what is going on. And if your long, you are trusting.

From Wallst.net interview at 3:15:

"Well the television channel first and foremost actually went live yesterday it is on the intelsat America 5 satellite channel 60. this is very much a research and development venture for us. we are using it to develop our video on demand service and using it to understand how television content works how we need to acquire television content and then the avenues that we can then take it and turn those things into video on demand opportunities for us to offer our rental subscribers.

It's called the GNF Entertainment Channel there is hardware that you will need in order to see it now, although we are looking for opportunities to place the channel into different markets be it cable other satellite providers etc. We will make an announcement very soon where and how to buy the hardware so people can watch the channel."

So i'm kind of assuming its like a boxtop pice of equipment.

heres what i found:

From: http://ww2.daystar.com/Daystar/Partner+Services/Intelsat+Americas+5.htm

All you need is a satellite broadcast receiver direct-to-home (DTH set-top box) and dish antenna that's capable of receiving the signal from the Intelsat Americas 5 satellite.
Since Daystar is a free-to-air (FTA) channel with no encryption on the signal, the viewer will not have to pay a one-time or monthly subscription fee.

For a one time charge of $199, we are currently featuring the GloryStar Satellite Systems. GloryStar is offering a complete KU band package which includes a 30” dish and receiver.

So that's good. I wonder "where and when" we can buy a set top box.

I live near Salt Lake City and Sunday 2/5 the CC flyer has the gamezNflix promo. Thats all that matters right now. Netflix is with ,who? Best Buy? and Blockbuster is spending millions as I type pumping their online service during the super bowl. SO that leaves GZFX for CC with the main thrust I think to be the games. If CC does go for it I would imagine they will contol it.

I sold my GZFX shares Friday so I am impartial at this moment. But I did do some investigating before selling.

NetFlix vs. Blockbuster Online vs. GamezNFlix

I used to belong to NetFlix. The faster I returned a movie, the slower they were to send me new ones. About 20% of the movies I received were too badly scratched to play or cracked in half. NetFlix has 35 warehouses.

Blockbuster Online now offers 1 free in store rental per month in addition. I receive good condition movies in about 1-2 days.

GameZNFlix biggest drawback is they only have 4 warehouses. I signed up for the free trial and it takes 3 days to get movies and 3 days back again. That's only 3 per week on the 3 at a time plan. I did not see anything about GameZNFlix in this Sunday's Circuit City Sunday newspaper ads.

I think in this business unless you are as big as NetFlix or Blockbuster, it is hard to survive. People will go where they can get their movies/games the fastest. GZFX shows the postage on movie sleeves. The normal .39 each way. That's $9.36 per month, but if they get more warehouses to send movies faster, lets say twice as fast, that's $18.72 per month to ship you the movies. Customers pay $16.99 per month.
The bigger chains have a higher percentage of customers that don't watch as many movies and that's where their profit comes from.

So, I see a lot of people using the free-trial, but not becomming members. A total loss to GZFX of $9.36 per month, per trial membership.

- Just my 2 cents worth, or should I say .0082 cents worth

I live near a CC trial store and gzfx is in the CC flyer also the CC trial stores are near a warehouse, my warehouse is in Denver and it takes two days for return and to recieve and thats putting the movie out in my mailbox for the 4 30pm postal dude and I was surprised to get new movies so fast my last one being Cinderella Man Good flick. If the deal goes through I just expect CC to have some or total control over GZFX opening warehouses everywhere.

Not so much of an issue if you are only in it for the games. Three days would be ok for me at this stage of the game.

Its not an issue for people who have a job and a life who dont sit at home and play games, but for those looking for turn around (even if they can't get to their newly received game right away) it will bother them.

I know if I sent my movie back and it didn't say RECEIVED for 2 weeks after I sent it, I'd be bothered greatly.
