I made a another mistake with this stock today. Had a buy that filed at .0089, not much just 50,000. At this point, I am even again. I have learned a lot from this board and gzfz. Tonight I will decide what to do tomorrow..........what will you do???

I am not sure what everyone has "Freaked" about....OK..The CC deal wasn't as good as what GZFX had hoped...that doesn't mean that GZFX is not going to make it...What I am reading is that GZFX had hoped they would get more business from CC..They didn't..mainly because CC sucks...and I am not sure how a company can tell where any of their customers hear about them...If I saw the GZFX ad in the CC paper...I can just get on line and go directly to the GZFX website and join...I don't have to use the CC website..If I hear about GZFX from the CC employees..again..I can go to the GZFX website and join...
In this PR from today...sounds like they are letting everyone else know that they are looking else where to get their name out LIKE AAFEES...I don't read the PR as bad..but informative....
I'm still holding...I bought in the last time the share holders started bailing...because of when they changed the date of the roll out from January to March...stop freaking and wait and see... JMHO

Just dropped by to say hi. I am still working on my plan of over a month ago. So far got the divy SNYY now AMSN and will be getting a divy from IDWD and a nice profit. I see things have gone from bad to worse here. It looks to me that someone could do real well now flipping this stock. Once I have gotten my divy from IDWD will be back to see you all. 1. O/S is ridiculous Im sorry but I was thinking like 1.6b not 3.3b The price is 33% of what it used to be before the 10k.
2. Its starting to sound more like the CC deal is done, which means no more good runs. This company still might pan out in the long run, but I doubt it. If CC drops them there is a reason for it and its not because GZFX doesn't want the deal!
3. There will be even more dilution coming.
4. Possible AAFES deal, sorry but it won't make up for all this.
5. Better website, whoopdie do NO ONE WILL GIVE A **** AS FAR AS THE PPS GOES!
6. Flat out the only play left w/this thing is to buy it in the beg of march and jump ship on the 10th and leave the others holding the bags when CC terminates the deal. Thats the only play I will be making w/this stock.
Predicitons: Tomorrow we see a dip in the A.M. to the .004s close around .006's With no news its down hill for all of feb back to the .003-.004's end up feb will start climing a bit and probably be .005's beg of march. Maybe run to .01 by march 10th (I hope)
With AAFES news this still won't see above .01 again. Only thing that can bring it above .01 is CC deal actually going through.

Wow, I am out all week with jury duty. I figured there would be no news and it would slowly drop a tick or two like it has been and then jump back in a few weeks.
I won't even be around tomorrow to trade the dam thing, and I hate just leaving an overnight order on something that is moving this much.

You really need to educate yourself on dilution, what it means to your investment, and toxic financing. You'll see what everyone is freaking out about.
Let's take a look at netflix. Let's assume GZFX with their current share structure has the same market cap (with the same PE ratio.)
GZFX would be trading at 44 cents.
44 CENTS! compared to $27 and this GZFX is nowhere near NFLX.
This stock is going nowhere simply due to the number of shares outstanding. One thing that I can absolutely assure you is that there is going to be more. This isn't an opinion, it's a fact and written up in their filings.
Reverse split is the only option.

Hey everyone, Hope you had a good day, lol.
I’d like to start off by saying this are my thoughts and opinions. DO NOT BUY OR SELL BASED ON MY, OR ANYONE ELSES, WORDS.
Well today we found out a couple things we wanted to know.
We now know the CFO didn’t buy his shares, so that ends the whole “he’s the cfo he must know something if he buys 5 million shares” theory. That was his pay. And he will be receiving 3 more batches of 5Mill in the next 3 quarter ends.
We are still in debt, but if you look at the 10k we decreased debt by 5 million dollars from 9 million. They reported a 56% decrease in Net loss, However they still expect this recurring loss to last for the next 6-8 months.
Our cash is greatly improved from 63, 295 to 5,902,394. But I think this is because of the financing.
Ok so some bad stuff was also included.
The shares nearly tripled and are now stated at 3,291,733,490. To be honest I expected 3 Billion shares to be outstanding. I don’t see this as a MASSIVE problem, but it will for sure hamper our runs. We can kiss the dreams of 0.25 away on a great PR.
Also this little quote is unsettling; the number of issuable shares is essentially limitless.” This comes with the responsibility of issuing shares for a loan rather than paying it all off for extended months.
So in the end it was pretty sore to read and a lot of people panicked at the site of not seeing the huge sub increase we all expected. The subs are now at an average monthly customer base of 6000 and last report was 3000 so yes they weren’t lying when they said there was a 110% increase.
Also I think everyone is putting to much thought into the CC part of this 10-K. It includes saying we have 27 pilot stores, so this is the first real word from corporate about the added pilot stores. It is talking about the pilot program so I am not worried about this statement that everyone was scared about “ends March 2006” because that is only the pilot program that ends then. My point is further backed up by “extending the pilot program until March 15, 2006” in a later sentence.
So I think what happened is the company released this report early so they can now start to build up the PPS and not see it go up and down up and down. Probably why they released bad news with good news PRs….to avoid MAJOR fluctuations in the PPS.
I expect to end the week higher than we began because we have a major worry (outstanding share count) out of a lot of investor’s minds. I can now look forward to hearing of the new Distribution centre they stated they are going to open, the rumour still about the AAFES deal, and of course the CC deal.
IMO there is no more bad news for a while and the road ahead looks good for some nice PR’s to work the price up.
I would like to add however that I will be selling earlier than I ever wanted, but I will not sell for a loss. If I do sell my shares I will be looking to reinvest in the future, but based on a few personal goals I want to see completed before spending my money again.

I'm only going to say this once, and I'll preface it with "This is only my opinon."
Today's selloff was not "panic", it was a sound decision made by investors when they saw how bad the company fundamentals look.
When a drug company gets their drug pulled from the market, people sell. Not in panic, but because their company is worth less. Same thing here.
The pps drop is justified. Not MM games, not panic selling, or whatever anyone wants to make an excuse for.
Good luck all. I might buy in at .005 or .004. I'm confident that we'll see those numbers again.

I have been scratching my head all night. We were lead to believe that the CFO had purchased shares back in December only to find out those were given to him from the release today. Also the other insider Chirst Mark's form 4 was filed 1/27/2006 after the fact that he sold back in December. Should that be filed before he sells or is planning to sell? Also we find out that they have only gained 3k subs in 3 months when we were told that the subs where up 125% back in November? Isn't this illegal with the filing??? What are they doing with the money they are making because it seems they are paying everyone with free shares? What's wrong with this picture?

What aboout the CC amendment no expected that they had it signed on Dec27th but didn't release it til a week after when the price had gone up. Everyone thought that if there was any change it had to be stated by December 15th by either party from what the agreement stated. Isn't that back tactics CAN WE START A LAW SUIT????

No kidding, shares nearly TRIPPLED and they are still throwing more at people, many of which are ongoing monthly agreements of 5 million shares etc
The shares outstanding is just going to grow and grow. I wonder what the CEO meant when he said he was going to bring a new level of 'honesty' to the OTCBB trading world with this shocker. You dont just wake up oneday and find out your stock is worth about a third of what it was yesterday and think 'honesty.'
And yes, I'm out of this one, but still watching the aftermath with some of you guys.

They released it some time before it was public knowlege, nothing is instant here.

Technically, the CC extension was never released as a PR. They filed the form and then it was an autogenerated news item once it showed up in the edgar system.
Not their fault on the delay, but in reality they never said anything about it, they just filed the form and said "done."

Wow. I was just taking a peek at GZFX to see what was going on and WHOOSH! I haven't read everything thoroughly, but from what I understand the last SEC filing reported a ridiculus O/S and nobody is happy about that. I don't blame them from the numbers I was seeing. I thought the CC deal had been dropped by the numbers but it's still on so far right?
I'm still waiting to see what happens. When i see the common price settle after this I may jump in for the hell of it with some pennies and see if the CC deal goes through or not, or if she bounces up just before they announce it a dead deal. I've seen it collapse like this before. But definitely don't have a feel for it as much now that I've seen what's been going on and the possibilities.
Also, someone said something about IDWD. I still will not buy into that garbage stock until I see the ex-divy date. I still think they are BS and this last PR will be what they use to just dillute more money into their banks. And there's no way that's going to be a cash dividend. You're just going to get more worthless stock!
But I will gladly watch for what's gonna happen just out of curiosity because I can easily be wrong even after seeing it as a scam since November... maybe haha

How come nobody is talking about the 540 million shares given to employees in 2005? Why has nobody asked why we have never had a shareholder meeting in years? I would be asking for a shareholder meeting and put John on the spot!!!!!! I have emailed asking about the next SH meeting but I never get a reply....if more people asked the same we might get some results. I think the SH meeting sould happen every year by law. When was the last SH meeting.

I recall reading that they had to decide within 30 days but that didn't mean that they had to announce it then. Also: they didn't make a decision on it they only extended the time for it. So technically they stayed within their boundaries in a sneaky way.
And now I can better understand why it dropped so hard when that announcement was made. Not just loss of momentum but also a high chance that it meant bad things really were happening.
Glad I was out on the sidelines For once, convincing myself to wait has proven to be a good fortune. Usually I wait too long and get burned for it after.
I may still jump in. Depends on how it looks in two weeks, when I planned on getting back in. But definitely won't be a hefty amount of shares this time.

I really doubt they would ever hold a shareholder meeting, this isn't a NYSE or NASDAQ stock. The OTCBB is corrupt... if there was a shareholder meeting then it would be john with a bunch of pissed "bagholders". Just like if QBID would have a shareholder meeting, Frank would be in a world o f hurt with all the people that hate him.

I have been keeping up on the GZFX news after I sold all of my shares. Now I am glad I did. I was one of the long hold outs for GZFX. I lost a lot of money, but have made up for it in the oil stocks. I do not know what the CEO's of CC and GZFX are doing, but it was not in my best interest as a shareholder. My opinion, the CEO of GZFX needs to hire an independent manager to get this company back on track.

The only think this company is worth is a few flips today and possible tomorrow. You can rest assure that there will be plenty of volume to get your fills when the time is right. I am down 2K from the sale at the first of JAN and plan to make a few hundred back on swings. I will not hold this sucker for more than a day possible a few hours at most.

I am up almost 2K in CWPC and PTII. I took what was left from the inadequate and failure of management to make money for its shareholders from GZFX. If I were you, I would get out as soon as possible. Oil and gold is the best stocks at this time. Take a look at AZCO mining for gold.

The fair market of GZFX is $0.0176 if you compare it to Netflix apples for apples. How do you get this? The market cap of NFLX is $1.47 billion. They have revenue of $688 million, GZFX has revenue of just under $1 million. Take $1 million and divide by $688 million and you get .1453%, the perecentage of GZFX sakes to NFLX. Multiple that by 45%, the difference between GZFX's 3.29B shares and and NFLX's 1.47B shares, and you get .0649%. That should be GZFX's share price percentage of NFLX. NFLX is sitting at $27.11. Multiple $27.11 times .0649% and you get $0.0176. So despite the two shocking surprises, GZFX should rise 148% from $0.0071 to be on a par, valuation wise, of NFLX. That's assumining now and not a future valuation as GNF's sales rise.
Confindence has been shaken, no doubt, but from a valuation standpoint, GZFX is "undervalued" and the RSI is 31.4, so a oversold position (not that we didn't already know that) is there as well. So cheer up troops, GNF has $6 million in the bank, so other than issuing these 5M shares to De Joya each quarter and this little matter with Golden Gate (yes, that does suck as the price goes down the shares go up), the company has enough money to carry on the day-to-day operations abd we don't have to worry about the "going concern" label for awhile. A disgruntled but hopeful shareholder. Welcome to the world of OTC:BB.
