Just my opinion, but I do not see any PR coming out this week. I do Deffenitely see one coming out next week... One of the guys on here seemed to have some inside knowledge about the AAFES deal, I am basing my prediction on what he had to say a couple of threads ago. I just hope it bottoms out around Friday, I am in too many other stocks right now and won't be able to get in until then.
You guys see what MMSV did today? It IPO'd, I got in at $1.80 and it closed at $2.65... The best thing is nobody knows about it yet, but they will find out about it in the next couple of days, and so the next few days will be green. I wouldn't be shocked to see it double. If you are interested, I have started a thread on the 'Hot Stocks for All' Board.

I was on the AAFES website today and didn't see GZFX..I will check on it often and let you all know if I see it...I did email CS and asked if they would be offering it soon...no response yet..

So this is what a slippery slope feels like. LOL Still holding out. GZFX website has a special offer for people in the military. One month free trial instead of 14 days. Same deal I got though by entering 'racing' on the 'special offer'
They certainly do seem to support the military and seems like the site is getting ready for the AAFES deal. With the link for the military persons special. (fingers crossed)

I held off for weeks on this thing and it never seemed it would go below .0097, so I finally got back in at that. Of course now it plummets. Sometimes I think if I didn't have bad luck I wouldn't have any at all....

The only thing that bothers me, a little, is how they are funded for the next year so why the further dilution? If you claim to have the cash, dont kill the stock. :shrug:

I don't really see this as bad news. It's not good, but it's an insignificant amount of shares in the grand scheme of things.
One thing is certain, he made some serious cash since he signed the agreement.

Entry into Material Agreement, Financial Statements and Exhibits
ITEM 1.01 ENTRY INTO A MATERIAL DEFINITIVE AGREEMENT On August 1, 2005, the Company entered into a Consulting Services Agreement with De Joya & Company, Inc. (see Exhibit 10). This agreement also covers the services provided to the Company by Arthur De Joya as chief financial officer of the Company. Under this agreement, the Company agrees to pay $3,000 each month and 5,000,000 free trading shares of common stock to be issued at the end of each quarter for a total of four quarters. The monthly fee is to increase by 10% beginning on each anniversary date of this agreement.

Wow I think the MM's are working hard to get their shares back now! Did you guys see that pull back they made! bid/ask went from .0096/.0097 to .0092/.0097 They want their shares back! I think they were predicting worse news since they probably knew an 8k was being released but they might not have known the exact details.

From November 2004 through October 2005, when we commenced tracking our customer base, we have consistently maintained a monthly customer base of 3,000 customers. As of the end of December 31, 2005, we have increased our customer base to approximately 6,000, which such growth can be attributed to more public awareness of our Company. Part of this public awareness of our Company resulted from a service agreement we had entered into with Circuit City Stores, Inc. in October 2005 that commenced in November 2005 and ends March 2006. The agreement with Circuit City provided for a pilot program to be run in 27 retail stores and on the Circuit City website to promote services offered by us. On December 28, 2005, we entered into an amendment of the service agreement extending the pilot program until March 15, 2006. Although the overall number of subscribers obtained from the Circuit City service agreement was not considered significant in relation to the number of new subscribers added during the last quarter of 2005, we believe that our relationship with Circuit City brought more prominence and recognition to our Company. We will continue to seek similar relationships with nationally known companies or agencies to further brand our Company name.
