I think I am going to wait and jump in once we get a PR. To risky right now. The chart is in a down trend that needs to stablize and without a sure sign of the CC deal going national don't wanna invest on the down. Nothing has changed on CC side. We still get the sunday ad and the website promo, but that is all apart of the current deal.........
One to watch for sure though.

I still see .01 as the perfect deal and that's where I'm waiting to buy back my 5 million at. I'm convinced a quarter report won't do much, there will prob be some more news before the roll-out comes, but I think betting double my funds on the next google report for now will be more fun and safe for now. They shot up 10% overnight last time and that's 20% for a nice margin investment.

I'm in Toledo Ohio and last night on the news they had a short comparison with GZFX, blockboster and netflix as far as the rental of movies, GZFX was said to be the worse of the 3. Although the report of GZFX wasn't good,I thought that the fact that GZFX were used for the comparison was good.

GZFX- Just saw a commercial for Channel 4's "Today in NY" morning show. Tomorrow morning they are having a segment on the 5-7 am show about renting movies online! They showed a cursor clicking on a link that said "Free Trial sign-up". It looked like the link from the GZFX website. I did a double take but I'm pretty sure that was it! heres the link, you see the ""Free Trial Sign up!" link in the upper righthand corner, that was the one I saw! sweet! Just checked the Netflix website. Their website says "Start your Free Trial" and is different colors than the one i saw in the commercial. Checked the Blockbuster website also, it wasn't from their website. It was definitely from the GameznFlix website.

I agree I think it was great to see them mentioned with the big boys. They could of chose several of the other guys that are out there doing the same thing,do a search under game rental,there is a ton of them! I think that people are going to say...WHO? I know I never take those comparison articles to heart because they are nothing more than a matter of opinion and you know what they say about opinions! I love to do my own test and besides when was this little test done? pre-CC or close to it? Usually there is a time span between the test and the show,that wasnt taken into consideration.... I myself,no matter what basher is going to post afte me says,think it is a good thing we were compared to those larger cap corps!! GO GZFX GO! I am long and strong with this company and am by far sticking by them because I believe in them as if it my own company!

The things that were said about GZFX on the local new were that A. the website wouldn't let them do the free trial. B. They didn't have as large of a selection C. They did have better pricing D. They also had games, which the others didn't. Basically they weren't able to "compare" anything because they were never able to get the free trial.

I believe the company will work all these things out in time. Just the fact that GZFX was mentioned on NBC with some of the big boys is a very good thing imo.

The new website will fix this issue and as far as selection, I remeber seeing and ad for Netflix advertising >50K movie titles to choose from and Gameznflix has >40K. I do not know the breakdown for GZFX movie/games.

People just getting disappointed that they have to wait 2 months to quadruple their money. Happened last time after thr sell-off. I am still betting this baby will only touch near .01 and bounce right off. I don't see it going below it.

The buyers are scared to touch it for now thats what is going on. If you look at a long term chart of this stock you will see that any move to the upside is followed by a massacre. I for one am worried because I have been holding for a long time and am down more than half my money so I can not sell. I know a lot of you are in the same boat. This company stated a lot of things to be done this first of the year so lets hope they accomplish it all. I for one will not wait forever I will hold til March and then find the fastest way out.

I honestly think it will go down towrds EOD, Im not a basher by any means i actually like the stock alot, But in all honestly this stock has scared alot of people away and has hurt alot of people. As of right now people are only looking forward to March and most people wont try and hold there money up for 2 months and i dont blaim them, i do think we will test the .01 area i do not have a prediction or not if we will break it or not thats up in the air. I just hope for everys sake that the finacials that come out are good. I do see this stock starting a rally in the beggining of march in the hopes of the CC deal. If everything does come through this could be a .10-.25 stock with out a doubt but alot has to still come together for that to happen. IMHO guys Thanks for reading

Right now you should be "picking" if your money is on the sidelines. I am waiting there to pick shares back up around the .01 area. First time only putting a million in to see if it'll plow through it and if it bounces off as i expect, I'll put more funds in next time it comes down. There's no rush to buy in, we have awhile. I would expect it to settle down slowly to .01 then tomorrow it may take off a little bit back to where it is. It's a weird thing. When it goes close to .01 people suddenly start buying for no reason and all of a sudden we're at .012 again. Don't get tricked into that. But .01 is a good buy if you ask me.
If it goes below, then I wait until close to march before I jump in.

WeLL a small shake to a recovery shows the faith of the strong share holders in my opinion. The week sold where the strong,such as myself saw this as a chance to buy more and did just that.

You’re on the right track here. The increase in O/S and the CC roll out are critical but as far as debt and profitability here's some info for you but first lets start with a definition.
Profitability = Net Earnings less Expenses
There is no way GZFX will be profitable at 15K subs. Lets start by getting a percentage on COGS. For the last four quarters the COGS has been roughly 57.5% except for one off quarter. Using this percentage and assuming a sub rate of $16.99 15K subs only gets us a Gross Profit of 325K and that's if we assume they had 15K subs for all three months. If we take their last quarter and want to find out how many subs they would need to be profitable it would be 59K. That’s not that far off. If they can maintain 110% growth for each quarter this year they will hit that by the end of Q3. Obviously it will probably take them longer than three quarters to achieve this and expenses will go up so the sub number will have to increase but it's not an unreal goal.
So what was JF talking about? I've listened to the webcast over and over trying to understand what JF is referring to and I think it is burn rate. At 15K subs the burn rate starts to decrease instead of increase. This is great and a step towards profitability but it's not profitability.
Debt, they have no long term debt. Look at the Balance Sheet there is no long term debt. When I look at a company in regards to debt if they have no long term debt then they are debt free. Regardless of the email legitimacy the statement about debt is true.
I have no idea what this company will do short term. I'm better at evaluating the long term aspect of a company, however, I like to establish the facts and I consider these points facts unless someone can prove otherwise (with numbers, not opinion). Anyone wants to discuss this I would love to get another viewpoint or calculations.

Indeed. Keep buying when it dips. All the BS you are seeing about how we're hitting sub penny land is just bashing or someone not thinking straight. Last time it dropped I had all my orders in atjust over .01 while everyone was crying how it was gonna see .007 very soon and before I knew it I hit all LOD's and it bounced right back up to .012 and stuck around there until our last disasterous run. I technically didn't lose anything had I kept myself invested right there and didn't buy extras at the top around .016. But who could have expected bad news right after good like that. It happens.And they are still the same good company. We just gotta wait a bit longer for the major cash-out.

For the 3rd qty, the company posted 3k average members for each month. Now for the 4th qty, the company is saying subs are up 110%.
We can assume that most of those subs came from CC. The way I see it, earnings will be a lot better than 3rd qty because of those subs, but because of the arrangement with CC, advertising expense and the 1 time sub payment, net losses will probably be greater than that of the 3rd qty. I don't see this as a bad think, because if those subs continue to rent from GNF, those subs will generate pure revenue for GNF in the coming months. So, by the time March arrives, it will be time to post 1st qty earnings, and I see 1st qty as being very positive qty for GNF.

It's not bashing. We have to face facts here. Many said, that when some said it was going back to the.011's that we were bashing and it would never happen. Well we are there and well with in the .011's. Could it go down to the .008 area. I do not know. But anything is possible in penny land. But please do not call people bashers because they say it is going down. If you read my post. You will find out that I have been pretty much on track.

well tomm would be the date they released their 10QSB/A last yea, that might be why he started the rumor of a PR... and they very well could be releasing that any day now. That report might be a nice little bright spot, but I wouldn't get my hopes up for anything real exciting.
