The only thing that worries me is that GZFX said they would not do a reverse split unless it got into sub-penny land. Then they said they may... Am I correct? This was mentioned on this thread somewhere back a month or 2 ago. What do you guys think??

Yo kilerb check out the webcasts. The reverse split said "we wont do it, damaging to investors, only would do it if it got us to a big board and we had backing of a financial something or other" something along those lines

Not something we need to worry about now. Dilution is what we need to worry about in sub penny land.
I'm in a bit of a fix here. I don't want to own sub penny stock, but if I sell and buy back later (assuming it goes back up to a penny) I just wasted money.
Damn this stock.

I cant beleive this stock is taking such a hit just b/c they extended there pilot program for 2 months....worst case they get 2 more months of subs....best case they rollout national. Even with the worst case scenario this is a solid compnay with a real product that is in demand. I guess that is not enough in pennyland.

Why are you so sure GZFX will gap up tomorrow morning? Many people have tried to guess what this stock will do and have not suceeded.

You can never be for sure and every ones Ideas how they see the charts are slightly different. I think it will gap because of the realtime MACD on my screen shows a small uphill climb. Of course its just like one capenter to pick apart anothers work or one mechanic to pick apart anothers work, you will find the same in chart readers.

firefighterswct: Here is what you are looking for. This is what I have been referring to about GZFX. IMO it is critical for GZFX to hold over .01. That's why I will wait and see for awhile if it can hold over .01. If it does not hold over .01 the company might have to dilute shares by the way I read the below. This came from their annual report.
----------------------------------------------
(g) Adjustable Conversion Price Feature of Debentures Could Require the Issuance of Greater Number of Shares.
The Company's obligation to issue shares upon conversion of the convertible debentures to Golden Gate Investors, Inc. (see Liquidity and Capital Resources, below) is essentially limitless. The following is an example of the amount of shares of GameZnFlix common stock that are issuable upon conversion of the convertible debentures (excluding accrued interest), based on market prices 25%, 50% and 75% below the market price as of November 10, 2005 of approximately $0.01:
Number % of % Below Price Per With Discount of Shares Outstanding Market Share at 18% Issuable Stock
25% $0.0075 $0.0060 2,735,000,000 73.90%
50% $0.0050 $0.0040 4,110,000,000 80.97%
75% $0.0025 $0.0020 8,235,000,000 89.50%
As illustrated, the number of shares of common stock issuable upon conversion of the convertible debentures will increase if the market price of the stock declines, which will cause dilution to the existing stockholders.

This is why I try to tell everyone. No one has a clue where a penny stock is going. You might need to take a few extra sleeping pills tonight. Believe me I know first hand how it is to watch something like this happen. I once lost over $20,000.00 in a span of about 10 mins. I use to throw my glasses a lot and beat my work desk up. All that was accomplished by this. Was me having to put out more money on glasses. Now I try to keep a level head about this stuff. Easy to say very hard to do.

What you are about to read is my opinion and should NOT be construed as the facts.
The earning for 3qty where 131K with an average sub of 3K per month, 9K total This comes to an average of $14.56 per sub for the 3rd qty. 131K / 9K = 14.56
Let’s say retention was 75% per month for the 4th qty. .75 X 9000 * 14.56 = $98.3K total revenue on retention subs (6750 subs total)
Company says subs were up 110% overall for the 4th qty. I will use 6750 from above (1.1 X 6750) * 14.56 = 108.1K total revenue on new subs
That puts 4th qty revenue estimate * 206.4K and total subs averaging 4725 per month
36.5% increase in revenue
I guess we will know soon enough what the real numbers are.

Thanks JAT for that very conservative representation. Well thought. But use 7500 subs because the CEO said "we are just above half way to being profitable at 15000 subs"

They have probably already diluted. Below 0.01 does not matter it was only an example used by the company because it was the share price the day they did it. I think we have been heavily diluted already because it says as the price declines more will be diluted. So if they started at 0.02 then when we dropped 25% of the price to 0.015 then 4 billions shares would be released. If i'm right... i think we are gonna be at about 10 billion outstanding shares because we dropped 100% :|! I really have no idea though so don't buy and sell on my guesses. Heres where i got the feeling that it doesn't have to drop below 0.01 for the dilution to begin.
