Everyone!! Step back, take a deep breath, and ask yourself these simple questions. 1. Does the company have a business model that can make money and grow? a. 4 distribution centers is NOT enough for a national rollout 2. Do you like or dislike the management team? 3. Is the company growing? a. QTY earnings will reflect 4. Was the trial extension a good thing or bad? 5. Do you think the current website can handle the national rollout?
Obviously, there are a lot more questions that can be asked but another important one would be “How much money are you trying to make on GNF?” Day dreaming about making a million in a month is for P***Y’s, it’s not going to happen not with this OB or any other. I have been trading for a few years and I have learned the hard reality of trading pennies, “Take the profit when you can!”
Personally, I like the company. I believe they have a strong foundation on which to grow on and competition in this sector is limited to only a few companies, so market share can be attended. I currently own shares as well.

With a market cap of 18M and a float of 1.2B shares yields .015PPS. For the PPS to be worth $1.00 at the same MC, there can only be 18M shares in the float. The company will have to buy back 1.182B shares. Not going to happen anytime soon.

OK guys, I finished making my calls, here is the final list... The stores that I did not call yesterday and I called today I marked with # - before I wrote what I found out from calling them. Oh, and I wish allstocks would enable HTML, I have this all nice and pretty on my laptop in Word with things in BOLD and underlined, then whenever I cut and paste it, it gets destroyed. I just wish they had it enabled so it would look better and be easier to read.
Original 17 Circuit City Test Stores/ Town, location, ZIP code:
Richmond VA Short Pump 23233 - It’s going great, Boomed around XMAS, still getting 5-10 new subscriptions every day.
Portland ME South Portland 04106 - It’s been VERY popular, is now getting about 2-3 New subscriptions per day.
Syracuse NY Utica Mini 13413 - 2-3 New subscribers daily & people love it for the games.
Bangor ME Bangor 04401 - was sold out before Xmas, but very slow right now.
Syracuse NY Carousel Center 13290 - 2-3 New subscribers daily
Boston MA Saugus 01906 # - It has become very popular in the area, It is cheaper than Best Buys’ rental service and offers a ton more Games. He said about 5-10 new subscribers per day.
Buffalo NY Cheektowaga 14225 - Was Huge at first & people like it. Would guess 2-300 Subscribers overall.
Boston MA Danvers 01923 # - Still seems a lot of people don’t know about it, he uses it personally, and LOVES IT. He would guess the store gets 3-4 new subscribers per day.
Buffalo NY Amherst 14226 # - People who have it Love it, it’s a great service. Not sure the overall amount of daily subscribers but he would guess around 4-5 per day.
Concord NH 03301 # - It is great and people love it because it also offers the video game rentals. Everyone has been happy with it, and the store has been getting about 2-4 new subscribers a day. It has slowed up since the holidays though.
Buffalo NY Hamburg Micro 14219 - Not as many signing up as they would like
Portsmouth NH 03801 # - It is just starting to gain interest and more and more people are using it and happy with it. This store is getting about 7-10 new subscribers per day.
Rochester NY Greece 14626 # - He said about 2 out of every 5 people that they tell about it sign up for it, which is probably around 10 new subscribers every day. Everyone has been happy with how fast they get their rentals.
Nashville TN Cool Springs 37067 # - He said the first game you order takes 3-4 days, but after that you will get your rentals the next day. This manager I talked to said that his store was definitely going to keep GZFX. I don’t know if this is because they are so close to the companies home base or operations, or what have you, but their store is keeping it. He also said about 5 new subscribers per day.
Rochester NY Henrietta 14623 #- I must have called this store 6 times yesterday and today, and I have yet to have them successfully transfer my call. This store should be burned, rebuilt, and re-staffed.
Erie PA Erie 16509 # - He said just 1-2 new subscribers per day, but he was certain the store would keep it. He said with its video game rentals and the cost, it is just too good a service to get rid of.
Rochester NY Victor 14564 - Sold a TON around XMAS, still getting 2-3 new subscribers a day
The 10 Additional Circuit City Stores:
Nashua NH: 603-888-3660 - Just recently got it in store, about 1 subscriber a day
Manchester NH: 603-624-1152 - About 2-3 new subscribers per day

Here is what I see happening: So the CC news thing was postponed. But yet they increased the amount of Subs... why would they do that? That is why I made all those calls, I wanted some answers. So why more Subs then? Because GZFX is currently unable to handle the volume and cost and expansion of a National Rollout. They would Love to, but right now it would be too much, too fast, and they know that they would not be able to handle it. GZFX would have to get even more Subs, hire more people eternally and if they tried to do it too fast, things may fall apart. So they agreed with CC to Postpone or delay things.
After listening to what the CC people where saying today, this is all good news. When they first postponed the news, I thought great, CC doesn't want them, but not anymore, it seems everything is working out fine, if not almost better than expected. CC is loving the money they are getting out of each subscription, and that is all they have to do. GZFX then has to worry about actually getting the games out on time and everything, and that is why they agreed to Postpone things. This is working out for CC, but they want GZFX to be able to maintain their end of the bargain and make those subscribers happy. GZFX said hold on, we can do it, but we need more time, so CC said OK.
One last Note: I think that the coming up 10QSB/A is going to be much better than we all thought. We all where expecting the news of a National rollout to be what would send this stock through the roof. I Disagree, the good news will be that from the increased rentals, this stock is MUCH closer to going green than we ever imagined.
Also, we have gotten no news or PR's recently. Remember in the Webcasts how they said they are looking to acquire more companies and not be acquired. Can you imagine if they also worked out a game rental deal with a Wal-Mart, or some other store? Maybe some other deal is in the works... Think about it... From my calls, the CC thing is a Success. They might even be able to handle a National rollout right now... but what if they have some other deal in the works with some other store. THEN, the volume and demand for there services would be more than they can handle.
As for now, I thought this had become a stock to stay away from till early March. Now I am once again enthusiastic and I am getting back in, all in, by Wednesday. But that is just me, and my personal opinion.
Thanks to everyone who has read my GZFX Thesis!
lol let me know what you guys think!

Good research Killa... So you think the 10QSB/A is going to be out between this coming Weds and the Weds after? Or between Weds the 18th and 25th? I know you or someone mentioned it awhile back but I don't remember where or how far back. It's good for everyone to see it again and be refreshed anyway. Thanks!

Their 10QSB/A came out on January 11th last year, that would be This Coming Wednesday this year, but I don't expect it out until early the next week. I would bet it will be out right after the market is closed for MLK day, so on January 17th (Tuesday), or the 18th.

I have a question??? or thought!! whatever you want to call it!!!!
If GZFX is doing so great with the CC stores as Killas' research shows......
Why can't GZFX show some institution (like a bank) that there is a demand here for their service and a huge potential for growth..$$$If GZFX is at a standstill just b/c they can't fill more orders,as a lender I would give them the money (but I'm not ) It seems like both would profit. Another thought: In future if you can download games and movies from Google for example would'nt that put the rental business out of business Opinions appreciated

You're forgetting the whole P/E thing once they go black. Nobody here thinks it's going to be $1 before they are profitable. I don't think they will ever be $1 a share with the current structure, but others do.

Killa, great job on the calling around. However I disagree that GZFX can't handle the growth. Well, they may not be able to, but they SAY they can handle the rollout. It appears that CC was the one to ask for the extension. Why that is we really don't know.

The company and the stock is perfectly fine. As said many times the reason it dropped so much in one day is because daytraders thinking they'd gas up for a boatload on national roll-out bailed out and so did the other investors who typically panic during a sell-off, especially after our last profit-taking sell-off. In reality, we're just back to slightly above the price we were at a few weeks ago. No losses there unless you consider not taking profits a loss.
I've got no worries about it. This thing will never go under a penny. It's too good. And we have plenty of other news to bump up on before the roll-out. And always remember it's still a penny stock. You can double your money in a day then lose 75% the next. Luckily this one is a lot more stable than the typical penny, but still a penny.

This not interesting to anyone?
post from another board
Circuit City has pushed their year end physical inventory up from middle to end of February to January 7th thru February. This accelerated inventory schedule is something the company has never done before. Circuit City has posted record profits in Q2 & Q3 and they plan to beat the street predictions again in Q4. To bring this product into stores in the midst of this hectic period of returns and physical inventory, not to mention their much needed focus on Superbowl TV business, would be careless. I have personally spoken with individuals responsible for making decisions regarding the rollout of this program. It will take place and it will be profitable for both companies. The numbers coming out of the test locations are ridiculous. The stores make $30 per sub in pure profit!!! And GZFX gets a revenue stream worth, at minimum, 9.99x8 or 80 bucks (Based upon the average rate of customer churn). Those locations are selling multiple units on a daily basis. Imagine the impact of 620 locations selling just one a day for a year..... how about selling 2 a day.... Were good to go here... Good luck to all who stay in with me...

Wick,
Chartinator posted this, on same lines as my "opinion". Since some discussion has continued about the sub count, I thought I'd repost it...
Step One: Go to Wallst.net Step Two: Go to Audio Archives Step Three: Do a search for GZFX as the 9/28 interview doesn't appear initially Step Four: Go to the 3:40 mark of the John Fleming interview. He states:
"My milestone benchmeark is December of 2005. I wanted to achieve profitability by then. We do not need the memberships to achieve profitability like NFLX does because we are not as big and do not have their costs. We need about 15,000 subsribers to achieve profitability. We are over halfway there already. "
BOOM!!!!!
Using my simple math skills....more than halfway to 15,000 is 7,500+
BOOM!!!!
So there you go.
You can go ahead and refigure your thinking based on 7,500. Now that was on 9/28...he mentions he is in talk with a big partner but can't disclose the details at that time.
So you have October to November unaccounted for in numbers. Because September 28 they had 7500+. So at the end of October figure at least 8500+. ( it is probably closer to 10,000 but I want to stay conservative)
Now Chip says in his interview that they've had a 25% increase in November.
Now we're looking at 10,625 at the beginning of December.
We will EASILY hit my 16,000 subscriber prediction by the time the numbers come out.
And that is conservative.
Follow my easy steps above...and hear it for yourself.
If you want we can have a chat session to discuss what more than halfway to 15,000 might mean...lol...but I can only look at it one way.

Yeah we definitely hit enough subs to go into profit range there's no doubt about that. And they aren't going to release a report on subs until they can say "Green! Green!" We're probably already there. We were saying January is a golden month and it's still going to be. Got that 4th quarter report, possible update on CC growth and they love to pull things out of their ***.
Coming up in March will not be a golden month because of the national roll-out. It will be a platinum month!

You know whiz, I sat down and went through the interview and did the math myself and I knew they were at least to goal.. Its amazing how many people will hop into a stock without doing all of the DD themselves. Ive heard so much talk on the boards of how far away they were from the goals and I knew there was no way! I just put all of that bull they were typing on the wayside because I knew mathmatically they were real close and if not over their goal. All I have to say is last weeks scaredy cat sell off did nothing but make me money, because I bought more at the bottom and ended up with more shares. This stock Is more golden than most think, and if they sat down and did their own DD like we have, they would see that the bashers are trying to hold the stock down untill they regain funds and then repump it.lol Stop listening to the bashers newbies, its ok! This stock is going higher places in the future! I assure you that!

i say much higher places but i dont know if i can wait. im just hoping it will hit .25 someday and i always see a bunch of people still saying it could be a dollar in the future maybe but not for years.(but it can get there) i truthfully think it could make it to .25-.30 by the end of 2006

Agreed, this stock has so much potential and even with their old data, they're so close to reaching it. A great big HUZZAH to KillaKmetz for his DD calling job. Numbers will probably fall slightly post-Xmas time (less traffic in the stores) but even assuming a conservative 2-subscribers per day, times 30 days, times 25 stores, that's another 1500 new subscribers per month (or 1-10th of their profitablity mark). And that's using very conservative numbers. If they average 4 per store per day, it's 3000 new subs per month for GZFX. So in the worst case scenario, IF Circuit City didn't do a national rollout in March, they are already a profitable company that can survive (keep business operations running) without CC and find a new way to get their name out there.
I think it all means they aren't just going to surpass their profitability goals, but are going to SURGE past them. If they haven't already done so, then by March for sure.
As soon as they have one month's worth of profits, I really think this company is undervalued at 1-2 pennies per share. This dip doesn't concern me - I wish I'd had more free cash to pick up more shares when it dipped (got them at $.112) than I did. With real profits it will start to show up "above the radar" and serious investors with serious money might begin to look at our little penny stock. I'm riding this long and I don't think I'll sell any of it below $.05, what do you guys think?

All here are over looking why CC extended the current program to March and did not have a national roll out. They new that I had not finished my divy play and needed a little more time to get it all done before buying back into GZFX. Thanks CC I owe you one. LOL
KillaKmetz: Very good work indeed.
As Patton said. Their to have the greatest war ever and I am to miss it. God will not let this happen.
