DC_Wonder I hope the gap would last but I think we are going to be in the 8s at the end of today, I do see a gap however into the 9s but I don't think it will stay. I will pass it on to the next person's view....

Hasn't taken off yet... it will rally right before the closing bell as it often does. It didn't really gapp much today. About a week ago it closed at around .0081, and then the next day it gapped up at or to .0095 I think it was. I wouldn't be suprised to see this happen again tomm, but the only difference is that I see it closing in the .0090's or higher when that does happen. Where is my Damn PR? Cmon GZFX, gimme something. It is good to see it is stepping up, not long before it starts to run...

It's for sure a growing company it starting to look like a baby google type of chart forming. I am surprise we didn't get into the 9s yet. I at least thought we would have made it there than settled back around were it is at now. (0.0082)

Did anyone read the news on blockbuster today. It was pretty interesting they reported a 3rd quarter loss of 491.4 million! Looks like the new age of renting is here to stay: Netflix, Gameznflix, ect. Here's the article:

A WALL STREET JOURNAL ONLINE NEWS ROUNDUP
November 8, 2005 2:48 p.m.

Blockbuster Inc. posted a hefty third-quarter quarter loss and detailed a wide-ranging program to cut costs, including a restructuring of its debt and the sale of some assets.

The Dallas company said it plans to cut costs by over $100 million in 2006 and $50 million in 2007 through a combination of overhead reductions, lower marketing spending and divestitures. Chairman and Chief Executive John Antioco said Blockbuster will continue to close stores and focus on building its online business, which competes with Netflix Inc.

Blockbuster lost $491.4 million, or $2.67 a share, in the three months ended Sept. 30 compared with a loss of $1.41 billion, or $7.81 a share, a year earlier. The company recorded goodwill impairment charges of $347.6 million in the latest period, and $1.5 billion a year ago.

Excluding items, Blockbuster lost $24.6 million, or 13 cents a share, in the latest period, on target with analysts' projection, according to a survey by Thomson First Call.

Revenue slipped 2% to $1.39 billion from $1.41 billion. Growth in base rental revenue was offset by a sharp drop in late fees, which Blockbuster eliminated earlier this year in an effort to draw in customers. At world-wide stores open at least a year, sales fell 3.8% last quarter, reflecting a 7.8% drop in same-store merchandise sales and a 2.5% decrease in rentals.

Blockbuster disclosed Tuesday in a filing with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission that it might seek bankruptcy protection if a recent credit pact amendment agreement doesn't become effective. The report said that an acceleration of the outstanding obligations under its current credit agreement could also force the company to seek bankruptcy protection.

Separately, the retailer said it plans to issue convertible preferred stock in a bid to raise at least $100 million, to be used pay down a debt that currently stands at about $1.3 billion including lease obligations.

In a conference call following the earnings report, Mr. Antioco said Blockbuster has been closing about 100 to 150 stores a year, but "going forward, we may increase that number slightly," but it won't be "a dramatic change." Remember, Mr. Antioco said, "our goal is to grow our share of the store-based rental business."

Blockbuster may divest "non-Blockbuster-branded assets," Mr. Antioco said, in addition to an agreement it announced Tuesday to sell D.E.J. Productions, which acquires and distributes movies. He said the sale should be completed this month and yield about $25 million. Among the assets that may be sold are Blockbuster's chain of about 90 freestanding game stores, Mr. Antioco said.

He also defended Blockbuster's decision to eliminate late fees. "There has been a great deal of speculation concerning our decision," he said. "We believe we accomplished what we did this quarter, in large part, because of our no-late-fees program, not in spite of it."

I think online rentals is here to stay. This stock is getting more noticed and more buying too. We will get subs faster than SIRI did in my opinion. I think most people are open to joining a monthly online video subscribtion than to paying for radio every month.

SIRI: 1+billion shares outstanding with over a million subs. $6.83
GZFX: 1=billion shares o/s with not many subs yet.
$.0083
I think we will do we over the next few months, and esp. for the next year.

Interesting article ThehourofTaber, I believe that is a sign that we are in a type of business that is still young and in the proceess of getting ready to become even more popular. I like it.

At least I knew what you was talking about as far as making it out of the subs sooner than we think. I need to proof read all my post too, I just type them up and post them really quick.

Alright guys, even though our volume hasn't been too high the last few days, something is going on. I was looking at GZFX today, and it has been bought up in large chunks at times. Then I went and I looked into the Institutional buying, and sure enough, it was HUGE on Tuesday. I have never seen Institutional buying over 4% on here before with GZFX, or with any other stock. Here is the link:

http://thomson.finance.lycos.com/lycos/iwatch/cgi-bin/iw_ticker?ticker=gzfx

Now given, our volume wasn't too high today, but there is some reason for this that we do not know about. Does somebody know of a PR that we don't know about? Something is going on. Our new resistance level is just below .0090 right now, but I dont think the charts mean anything on Wednesday. Maybe we will get that PR, but with or without it, and from following its charts, Wednesday, IMO, this sucker is finally gonna go for a run on us...

On a different note: here's a post from another forum:

"I visited my local CC store and found the GZFX display right at the front door as soon as you walk in. It was on a high table with brochures and the packet for purchase. I also talked with the Manager and was told they had sold at least 12 subs in the first week and loved the program. He aslo said that he believed that it was a given that they would end up in all the CC stores. I never let on that I was a shareholder. Of course a manger might just be blowing hot air but the sub sales speak for them selves. He even stated that some of the customers have already received movies and games and loved the program as well.

Imagine this little town in Maine opening a CC store in the first place let alone trialing a sub program with GZFX. I am quite pleased to be able to visit one of the stores in the trial area. Bangor, Maine population around 30 to 40 thousand sold 12 subs in the first week. What are they selling in the larger poulated areas? 17 stores times 12 = 204 per week times 8 weeks = 1632. Ok now look at the numbers for 600 stores for a year at 12 per week, the number of subs is amazing. A whopping 374,400 subs in one year if each store sells 12 subs per week for a year. Now what is CC's take on this, around 11 million dollars. I think it is painfully clear why CC jumped in bed with GZFX.

I am becoming even more positive that CC opens all the stores to GZFX. If this actually happens we will know by the volume and continued northern movement of the pps. I see this hitting the old high at the very least if we are accepted by CC in all stores. Watch the pps continue to climb as the next 2 months go by. Ok, Ok, I am becoming irrationally exuberant and should be shot on sight, lol. Umm, I will be adding more shares. -- joe"

I hope he's not pumping. The managers are usually never around. If he was, he probably knew Joe was a stockholder. LOL

Exactly KillaKmetz that is what I was making reference to on Monday. And Berlin that story does seem a little weird that the manager would be giving someone all that information. I would hope that is a true story, if it is that is really good news.

I was seeing that .0089 and salivating over the fact if this busts through to .009's that it could really start to move and then she started coming back down! I like what you say Berlin, it ,makes me feel as if I have finally made a wise judgement on picking a stock.

IMO it's going to take a few tries to break the resistance at .0089... but youre right once we break it we'll be in the 9's definitely. and from the past two days i'd say we've built really strong support in the 8's. when we do dip down our new low IMO will be in the high 7's low 8's

Yea u did, this is Deff a good investment... And it started off on a run, as usual, then it dropped down to .0086, BUT since then it has begun to move back up. It's back at .0088 again... And Berlin, that is good news, not a PR, but it is evidence that the next PR is gonna be HUGE, can't wait. Volume is real high for this early today too, I am thinking we are gonna get a nice run today, this guy is overdue for a nice one.

guys i was in this a few years ago, got it at a few penney's sold it for a few pennies. I didn't really think this was going to make it when it came crashing down to .0015 land or so. I've noticed a renewed interest and I have some cash. Looking for recommendations, seriously considering buying up some shares now. Been monitoring the trading for teh past 2 wks now, a little amazed that it hasn't crashed down. Something different is going on now then what I have seen in the past. Trying to catch up on the threads here where do you all see this going from here?

this always was a big day trader stock. i just want to know if the tables have turned and this really will be climbing well into the future. I always remember reading about how bad they are doing and how much money they are losing.. the stock would react and fly up and crash down. I remember seeing this at .16! I'm looking for less money being lost, confidence, more subs, and solid p/r's, and a slow steady uptrend. I've seen hints of that in the past few weeks, just want to know if this could be the real deal.... not buying just yet.

tons of buys. I think we could see well over a penny today or in the short term. I really believe this is in a strong up trend. Nothing but good has been coming for this company.
