It went down because the MM's where playing with it, having a field day really. They are even happy with it where it is right now, they still know they can get on now and make some good money come mid Jan. The other reason it went down, but the lesser reason was because there was probably a little dilution, to get the capital to expand into those 10 new stores.

There is one thing that you can count on. If the MM's set on the ask and nothing but buys are coming in. If these same MM's do not move. The PPS will go down. The buying will fade and the selling will take over. I have seen it over and over. Now we are back down to .0150. The ask guys just set thru millions of shares being bought at .0152.

And the current uptrend? well after the MM's kept pushing it down it became Very undervalued, and it settled way below its value. Now it is working its way back up, the MM's can't hold it down forever, nor do they want to. If it was never played with by the MM"s, it would probably be in the high $.02's right now, so it is climbing back up to where it belongs. Also, people are anticipating a PR, and even if we dont get a PR, they know good news is coming in mid Jan.

only like 2-3mil went through at .0152. just because there were over 30 trades at .0152 doesnt mean there was a lot of volume...people need to watch their T&S

Well thanks for the answers... Let me ask you guys another thing since we're chattin! What do you think the chances are that the CC deal will go national? I know I've seen a lot of people speculating that it's definitely a go, and some probably think 100%, but I'm curious what most of you think about this. The fact that they went into 10 more stores seems to be a good sign, but nothing is ever a guarantee... Is it?!?

We all want it to go Naitonal. I am 100% confident it will. You wouldnt expand into 10 additional stores if it wasnt going to happen. Plus we are also hearing rumors that they are almost out of the red, and that the Earnings in January are going to be Wonderful. This is all speculation, as we are all still waiting for a PR to make things official. We did call those 10 additional stores to check if they were now offering GZFX and they were. That is all I needed to hear.

This person knows what they are talking about. I've been watching this stock very closely and over 90% of the trading is REAL trading. I have seen a few occassions where under heavy buying pressure the bid drops and I have seen the reverse when the MMs move it higher. However it is very rare with this stock.
The downtrend started with people taking profits, then more did, then some panic selling and then more. Then the chartists saw where it was heading once the trend was validated and more selling.
Look at the chart and you will see a VERY healthy chart comprised of everyday buys and sells. Take your pick of other stocks and look at their charts and you'll often times see the same thing: a run up followed by a natural retracement by profit takers and then the trend resuming.
This isn't about MMs, it's about the stock market.

Right. But a little over one million and all the MM's left off the bid. No MM's left off the ask. And as I said down the bid and ask go. I know what I am talking about. I watch this stuff all the time.

wow I feel great. I need to take naps more often.
The downtrend was definitely caused by a panic sell. Like any penny stock, you're supposed to "ride the wave" When people jumped in too high and the MM's had a chance to start claiming their profits, the buyer's list sank and so did the % gain for the day. Guys watching the stock close also sold with it and got out knowing that penny stocks drop once they go bad. Next day followed by some good buyers but they were outweighed by the sellers because of a panic. People came home to "disaster" and so they created more disaster by either getting out and taking profits or taking small loseses. Eventually the buying stopped by Wed-Thurs and it just went straight down. Everyone lost confidence and the stock had no power left.
Normally a penny stock is done after this. but then the facots about GZFX started coming out and rumors started to spread and it found a solid bottom where the confident investors wanted to build up their shares at. I was one of them, my goal was .01 and I got it right on. It's too bad I was a little shook-up from the drop because I actually held back from buying all I could just incase. But it was a good thing as well because if it did sink more, well there's more profit.
It's going up because confidence has regained and people (that ride the penny waves) know there's news coming soon. The truth is, there's a lot of guys jumping on this thing just to make cash off the guys that really have confidnece in GZFX. A lot of them "never look back" as most people don't when a penny stock is ran high and back down lower. And it's those guys that start the panic and cause us to lose the hype.
We were brought up over the price we should have had and brought way below what we should have. We're just about at it now. And the growing will continue because the company is growing. There doesn't have to be a news release for us to gain. Because unlike the other penny stocks, this company is actually doing something!
Glad to hear you guys listen to me. Don't let the 5 million investment be the only reason that you do either. The prime reason should be that I've been following them every single day since the first CC announcement. Back then and now I still say the same thing. This company has made a breakthrough and has a chance to make it. And it will. I didn't even know until recently that CC has been doing really hot too. That definitely has helped

Usually you can tell which way it's going precisely because of what the worm said. On site of one MM vs 10 MM's and no trading means nothing. When trades happen and some of those 10 MM's back off... good chance the bids will outweigh them. If another MM adds to the chase on the bids, not only is it a sign that they'll win them over, but also the ask price MM's will want to "run away". Lots of guys sit there on even numbers saying 'yeah I'll sell there" and when it comes to actually selling they freak out and run away from it to try and get something higher.
Right now I haven't seen too much cept lots of buys.. I think some MM's faded. We could break .015 again but we won't see any high numbers I don't think.

hell there were 3 on the bid at .0146 and they sold at .0145 how the hell do they get away with that.

got me on that one. I wanted to sell my maitenence shares higher than this so I'm going to wait and see what happens. Might be a trick to get people to sell out really quick then they'll bump it back up.

yea but end of day drop like that, will probably scare off any buyers for today. We lost all the buy support, that we had and will be lucky to close in the .015's

yeah it went too low. That's why our rally died off a bit. It's still there I think just being a lot more cautious than we want. We'll at least touch with .015 again.

BID $.0146 ASK $.0150, and we are getting some volume recently, should start to move up now.
