Oh well. Still a great company just bad at timing their PR's!
It wasn't a PR, it was an autogenerated news item.

So when do you guys think that the 10KSB/A will come out? Last year they released their Quarterly/Annual report on January 11th, January 11th this year would be Wednesday. Also their last 10QSB was released on Novemeber 15th, so I would guess that the annual report will come out late next week or early next week. I have no reason for this guess, but I'm gonna go ahead and guess it will come out on Tuesday the 17th (the market is closed on Monday with MLK day).
Also, how do you guys think that the Report will look? I am going to start calling those 17 trial stores right this minute to try to find out how many subscribers they have been pulling in. I just gotta find hte list of stores again, I think I remember it being on thread 93, but I will find it.
I will give ya my opinion of how that report will look after I call the stores.
Oh, and check out PECB.PK. I had it on my WATCH LIST thread this morning, and it is up 25% already today. More good news is going to be coming out on this one, and I am hoping to ride it up to about $.75

There is an email floating around on various message boards that is supposedly from JF in response to yesterday's action.
quote: Thomas,
We do not know what happened yesterday. It started out great and then it looks like the USA day traders did a large sell off.
Our large retailer requested that we extend the testing until March to enable them to better sell the product. GNF is geared up and ready to handle any retailer, so it was not us.
The program is going well and as reported yesterday by Mr. Gallent the membership is up and 2006 is looking great for GNF.
Cheers,
John
Yes, it's probably fake, but I thought I'd post it regardless.
Have fun.

Hey Numa, Tape Worm, Riesco, DCWonder, can someone help me out here. I have the 10 stores that they expanded into in New England, but I would like the list of the original 17 stores. Can someone give it to me? I want to call those stores too, as what the managers in those stores has to say will be the most extensive results.
Also, I remember someone in Cinncinatti saying a store had it in store, and someone in Florida. If anyone know those stores, please post them also.
Thanks

Wall Street Grapevine says it likes this one in it's newsletter today: and I quote
"GZFX is one I might be a little late on but not too late. I was really sold on this one over the holidays when I saw their boxes flying off the local Circuit City’s shelf. Because it’s one thing to say you have a great business plan, and another to see it come to fruition. Let’s see what kind of fruits we’ll get from this one in the long run."

In my opinion...GZFX is a gem for the long run. If your saying "i'm selling now" your short...good for you i hope you make some profit. But for me, I'm looking for 25 cents at least and i think it will reach that.
Thanks Killa keep up the calls and PLEASE post all your calls on here for us to read. I'll 5-star you when u post

Not to come off as a basher, but I really don't think .25 is in the future for this company without a major share restructuring.
The company is in no position to buy back any shares now, and a R/S would really kill investor confidence in the short term. I am definitely fearful of dilution as well. Over the course of the year, if it dilutes to 2.4 billion (2x what we had at last estimate) your shares will be worth half as much as they are now (in terms of % of company value.)
I think there are way too many shares out there for a .25 pps value.
That's just me though.

BijanH. Ask yourself why you bought this company most investors plan first before they buy like what was your exit stratagy biggest lesson I learned know when you want to exit and why like for me I was ticked yesterday and then I remembered my exit strategy is to keep it for a year then i only pay long term capitol gains and then I wasn't worried about what happened I see what happens in a year. but you must decide that for yourself. dont take a poll who knows what peoples intentions are on the board just fyi

OK, I need a break from my calls here. I still have 8 stores to call. I will have the results up from the 29 stores I already called within the hr. I dunno if I will call the remaining 8 stores or not, I think that calling 29 out of the 38 is good enough to get a consensus. If I do call the remaining 8 stores, I will do it tomm and post those results as well.

I called 29 of the 38 stores and here is what I got; I think I will call the remaining stores tommorrow because the stores in those areas are high profile stores since htey are located in Boston and Concord, but from my calls, the other stores in that area seem to be doing the best.
Original 17 Circuit City Test Stores/ Town, location, ZIP code:
Richmond VA Short Pump 23233 - It’s going great, Boomed around XMAS, still getting 5-10 new subscriptions every day.
Portland ME South Portland 04106 - It’s been VERY popular, is now getting about 2-3 New subscriptions per day.
Syracuse NY Utica Mini 13413 - 2-3 New subscribers daily & people love it for the games.
Bangor ME Bangor 04401 - was sold out before Xmas, but very slow right now.
Syracuse NY Carousel Center 13290 - 2-3 New subscribers daily
Boston MA Saugus 01906 - Did not call
Buffalo NY Cheektowaga 14225 - Was Huge at first & people like it. Would guess 2-300 Subscribers overall.
Boston MA Danvers 01923 - Did not call

Concord NH 03301 - Did not call

Yea, Opps, sorry my mind isn't working right after all those calls. I called 19 of the 27 stores, so there are 8 I didn't call. All the stores I know of are on the list, along with called, didn't call etc. Oh, and I counted the ones where the store needs to hire more intelligent people to answer the phones as stores I did not call yet. So basically, I have not called or gotten a response from 8 stores.
