Well, it depends on how much GZFX "pays" for said merger or acquisition. A bad deal is a bad deal.
CC deal or no, they need to keep their spending in check.

Yes they do numa that is for sure. They also may need more titles and wharehouse to serve the cc roll out maybe?
I tell you what,it just dont make any sense to me at all why they would sign up more pilot stores a month before the 15th if they know the roll out wasnt going to happen. hmmmm things could go either way but all of the facts point towards a roll out.IMHO

You are correct.... just because there is no news by the 15th dossent mean the deal is on... all this says is that the pilot program is over on the 15th unless one of 3 things happens witch i would exspect a pr on.... The first and best thing to happen is they announce everything went good with the pilot program and now they signed the deal with CC to do a full roll out. The second thing and something that is OK but will effect the stock downward i beleave is that they announce an exstention on the pilot program this is a possibility. The third and finale thing you could exspect is that they announce that the pilot program did not work for them and their will be no deal with CC thats the worse case andi think less likely case but something you have to be carefull about.
All in all best of luck to everyone and for the record i dont not own any stock at this time i am one of those people that will be waiting for news one way or another because if there is not news on the 15 or bad news i dont wanna get stuck holding like most of you know when this stock falls it fall fast.

aha. Someone quoted me the wrong terms portion of the SEC last week. I was looking at a quote from the terms for termination of the contract itself. So it only means that no matter what, we get these last 2 days of pilot program for sure
Looks like we'll see for sure on thursday if the deal is a for sure with news or no news. According to the agreement, it's terminated on the 15th, and assuming that's the last day, that's the last day any GZFX materials will be in the stores. If they kept them there, GZFX wouldn't have to pay them for subscriptions.
Only time will tell us. I'm still confident in this being evaluated as a success. But obviously people are skeptical as the end of the pilot is coming very close.

I was curious,has anyone called a pilot store and talked to a manager to see if they are directed to pull the displays after a certain date? I would say the morning of the 16th if they are pulling thats not good but if they have not been contacted that sounds like a good sign. Is this a good idea?

I think we're going to float around the .01-.011 range until we get news. Maybe a little bit higher, maybe a little bit lower, but these are the prime numbers.

dudanation your prediction is looking like it might be true. I am very suprise that we did not close up yesterday with 20 percent in the green. If the shares outstanding is way more than it was in January and this is why it is hard to move the stock then that could be tuff to hold till we get some type of news!

yeah i was just checking out the chart if we can hold above .0102 the chart looks like a good little upturn riding up the top bollinger band. MACD is head to positive and is still above divergence. however looks like low volume today

We need news. The price will pretty much go nowhere without news. Rumors have already flown by with the hype buying. We saw the new stores in Florida. That was why we hit .0125. Well, where's the news about it? none. People took profits, others got scared... announcing an old webcast isn't going to put the price up. People are waiting to buy on the roll-out, or waiting to sell on it with a few backing out and a few jumping in. We're at a stand off until someone makes a first move with proof of something happening.

Entry into Material Agreement, Financial Statements and Exhibits
ITEM 1.01 ENTRY INTO A MATERIAL DEFINITIVE AGREEMENT On October 4, 2005, the Company entered into a Services Agreement with Circuit City Stores, Inc. (see Exhibit 10.1). Under the terms of this agreement, the parties will run a pilot program, to commence on November 1, 2005 and ending on January 15, 2006, in 17 retail stores and on the Circuit City website to promote the service offered by the Company. On December 28, 2005, the parties entered into an amendment to the Services Agreement (see Exhibit 10.2). Under this amendment, the parties agreed to extend the pilot program until March 15, 2006. Thereafter, if the parties mutually agree that a national rollout of this program is mutually beneficial, they will enter into a definitive agreement for such national rollout.

I really, really, really doubt we'd see a PR release about the national roll-out until the end of the month. Circuit City is slow and lazy especially when it comes to a small partnership. I'm starting to think it may be a little scary holding on this thing for a week or two past the deadline with nothing coming up about what happened. To me, silence would be better showing that they're waiting to bring out a PR about something. But others will inturpret it as a no-go and sell away. So we'd see a killer drop in price and then be restored like crazy when the PR comes out... finally comes out.

Honestly without news, I think we all know people are going to dump and run. Past experiences are also probably why a lot of people are on the sidelines right now, instead of running it up.

Yup, I'm not sure what to do just yet. Maybe people won't sell off just because there isn't any news on it, but it's still going to retrace a little bit. It wouldn't make any sense to go up.
I'm still going to wait and see what happens. Hoping GZFX will produce a PR about something else first, and I'll either sell on that or if I have the guys then, hold and wait for the roll-out news. I may want to catch it retracing though. Not sure at all.
