I don't like the drop today either, but they didn't "release" this at all today. It was filed on the 28th and it showed up on EDGAR today. They don't have any control over when EDGAR publishes a filing.
I don't see a conspiracy, or bad tactics here. The CC deal was supposed to go national on the 15th UNLESS either party decided to change that. Well, someone decided to push it back, we don't know why yet. They did say that subs were up 110% in Q4, that is HUGE!! And it also means they are busy as crap! I doubt that they even considered that this would cause a huge sell off. If the subs are coming in and we are profitable, or close to profitable, then from their perspective it seems like things might be going gangbusters. They are probably as surprised as we are. IMO

There will me more pain in the morning. IMO there will be a sell off right at the open to test .01. 01 better hold. Close today at .0112. For all who think that the news today was good. You must have been looking at something that I was not. It was a major disappointment. Many were buying in advance of CC/GZFX coming out with the PR on the next phase of the roll out. Well instead they got a major disappointment and put off till March now. Also, no CC flyer's with GameZnflix in them did not help the problem. I had a game plan set for about month now. So far so good.

Hoss, further, interestingly enough, the morning PR was on my streamer this morning, but that was it. Then, later in the day, the 2 that showed the time of midnight showed up. Kind of weird.

Tomorow is friday, I'd expect at least some morning red especially after this. Its low enough though that I'd like to think it can't go much more, but hope doesn't buy me Lamborghinis

I can't believe some ppl think this stock is going to hold .01 There is NO WAY it holds! You ppl don't follow history enough, do I need to remind you last time this stock dove it fell for 6 consecutive days. And that was w/no bad news just panic selling; and not even as big of a panic as this has been. I wouldn't even think of buying in until it breaks .008 down. Ppl need to have the same logic about a stock going down as they do going up. When its going up it will hit a wall come down, hit it again, come down, and usually break through a 3rd time or so depending on how deep it is. Sorry but the same thing is happening here. It's hitting .0105 going up coming back and hitting it harder! It will fall. Once .0105 is gone tomorrow .01 isn't going to be too tuff. All that stands in the way of .005ish is .008 I bet we open at or below .0105 tomorrow. I just can't believe it the only positive ppl are ones that bought in the eod saying its going to go up. THERE IS NO REASON FOR AN UPTREND NOW! It hasn't hit bottom, has horrible news, and most likely a bad financial statement coming next week. I'm not even going to think about buying again till next week and only if its dirt cheap, because I feel their financials are going to be ugly. They will have more revenue yes, but the debt will be NASTY, we might owe shares to GGI and there could be a ton of dilution!

Also, the RSI is still 43.6 its going to go below 30 for sure before we trend up. Last sell off from .0256-.0105 went from 90's down to 40's This time it was in the 60's its going to get low tomorrow! MACD dove down too. Don't listen to these few pumpers that bought in at .0111 and are telling you its ok. Sell while you can still take $$$ out. They just don't want to loose their asses b/c they realized its going to continue to drop!

Give me a break. Subscriptions are up 110% in just the last 3 months. That puts them just shy of profitablility. Why do you think the financials will be bad?

Cobra, here's the thing that makes you annoying. If you've read these boards a lot you know that I've given people a hard time saying that the CC deal is 100% and everything is perfect. You're doing the same thing on the opposite side of the spectrum. "This is not over, this is going to get uglier..." "This is going to hit .005 or .007." Look, you can have your opinion and state it, but you're doing what all these pumpers are doing... You're stating these things as fact. You don't know if this will go below a penny tomorrow, it's your opinion. I don't know either and I wouldn't act like I do. You should say something like "I wouldn't be surprised if it went to .006" or "If this trend continues we MIGHT see worse days." But you're acting like a know it all swami with all the future facts. You don't know, I don't know, GZFX doesn't know. There's a really good chance that some well off people are DYING to get shares at around .01 because they think it's a great buy... Or some not so well off people. It bounced off of .0105 twice today... So this army of buyers wanting in at a penny could shield us from what you're saying is GOING TO HAPPEN as fact. Last time we had a decline it wasn't right before this many people thought a PR was next week. It was rumors...

My guess would be at least that its not so bad that it was called off much earlier, but it could be that either party decided to give it more time and my guess would be for customer satisfaction purposes which is really the respectfull way to do it.
Of course its not the exciting way to do it for the short term (think of the people who put VC money into Pets.com and never got competent management in place) but in the long term its more respectable.

What should happen is people should be buying like crazy in the morning to take advantage of these prices. The people that are down when they came home or just could not get out today has a couple of options,hold and wait for the price to come back up or buy more and bring their percentage down and they make money on the way back up.The "news" today was not that bad at all. There was no reason for the sell off today other than panic. Listen,to those that are down,dont panic sell or else it will just get worse,buy and take advantage of the situation or hold it.

Hey Brad, I don't blame you for being annoyed, today SUCKED... I do think it was a huge panic sell and we will be back to the levels we were at prior to this hype. I know it's not much but as soon as they release the website reconstruction PR and some other info about financials and new warehouses/distribution centers, this could fly again. I understand if you feel burned and don't want back in, but this is one of the few otcc stocks that seems legit and is honestly trying to make it. Good luck on whatever you do though...

Keep in mind they never made a press release yet? They may have a perfectly good explination for the extension,It may have been GZFX as explained already. They have mentioned that they dont want the sub counts to get out of hand and now they say they have increased 110%,I dont blame them for the delay of the roll out.....IMHO

Here's the deal... When a supposed "on the level" fully reporting company posts a legally filed document stating the rollout will begin "On or around Jan. 15" there is no reason not to believe this will happen. When a big board company states "There will be an earnings call on June 5" there is almost always a earnings call on that date.
This isn't a non reporting pink and I think we deserve a reason for the extension. The very fact that the existing contract said NOTHING about the possibility of an extension past the Jan 15 date means they either amended the agreement on the fly or withheld these facts from the filing. Not cool either way.
I expect more from GZFX because I see them as a bona fide fully reporting company. It's time to act like one.

Alright tough day today, now let's have some fun. I'm just guessing but I could see this happening tomorrow:
There is going to be alot of people that want to buy at these prices and there are people who want to sell and get back in at these prices (depending on sharte count it can sometimes be more profitable to sell for a loss and rebuy lower).
So heres my guess for tomorrow.
down immediately from open as a result of sellers and then at the lower prices we should see the sellers dry up and the buyers take over, then the sellers will see a flattening and maybe a rise and buy back in. Now if the MM decide to hold it down then the previous sellers who bought back in might panick and sell causing another lower dip. But if the MMs are on our side we could see it slowly climb for a good part of the day.
Only my opinion, what do you all think. Have fun and give it a shot lets see whos the luckiest (i say luckiest because hell we could get more good or bad news tomorrow and blow all predictions out of the water)
