Yeah i hear ya louie, this is a ****ty day for longs. I don't know what is making them wait 2 more months. I'm hoping we get some positive PR's in January about their updated website and their financials. That would help us out a lot I hope.

GZFX is lucky that CC gave them a couple more months to get ready. Of course CC is cashing in also. I had a feeling that they were going to be unprepared for the roll-out and will be swamped with new subs, but luckily for their given a chance to work out their problems.

Looks like a lot of buys going through at the .0116 level right now. I don't have level 2's but the volume continues to go up and it's showing a last price of .0116 over and over rather than .0115 when we're at .0115/.0116.

.012 will be just fine for a close we will just work our way back up no big deal like they say it give us more time to prepare to handle all the CC stores and now i or we have time to save up and get more at these low prices

i think it will be right back to the .015s by the end of next week and if a PR comes out telling us the profits they made last Q it will go up faster

Two Market Wire reports have been issued today. It also seems a little odd that an announcement of GZFX to be featured on "TalkNStocks.com" within minutes of an announcement of an extension program with CC.
I wonder, does GZFX now thinks it can go it alone?

I think management will let the good news trickle in little by little starting with the new website, then maybe another DC , hopefully in Hawaii.
If march comes around and they're still having problems, then this stock will once again hibernate for a long time. But of course they know that and that's why I'm confident they're to have everything fixed by March.

Yeah, penny stocks... Even the ones that seem to have the most merit are dangerous. I think everyone knows that before they get in them. I don't think it's as horrific as some are making it out to be. At the VERY WORST, people bought in at .0175 (Not likely) and sold at .0105 (Not likely. Most people got in this thing in the .013's or so, and are now in the .011's. I don't think MOST people invest TOO MUCH into stocks like this. I HATE losing money, but I think "IN GENERAL" people are down a couple grand here and there. It's good GZFX didn't wait until January 13th to announce this when it was at .03 cents from all the hype. More people would've been hurt and they would've been hurt a lot more than what happened today. They did it before the hype got to out of control and we have to respect them for that at least. They could've easily waited another week and this thing would've really been up there. Lots more people would've bought at those higher levels too. JMO...

Haha funny day. I woke up to an alert on my cell saying GZFX reaches 0.02/share, so I jump up and throw on the monitors to see the alert in my email. So I pull up a chart and it’s down to 0.01….that was a huge shock. I expected to see it past 0.02 and it was actually down at 0.01.
So I quickly go to Yahoo Finance! And check it out.
Here is my take on everything.
The TalkNstocks.com thing. http://biz.yahoo.com/iw/060105/0105404.html This is pretty insignificant. It’s good that they are using it to gain attention of investors and I was happy to see we had a 110% increase in subs in 4th Quarter.
Change in Accountant http://biz.yahoo.com/e/060105/gzfx.ob8-k.html I actually like this PR quite a bit. If you remember, GZFX has filed two late filings last year. So hopefully the financials will be better reported and be more timely. I also would like to point out that in the agreement with CC they stated that GZFX must have their financials audited and accurate. Here are the exact terms: D. Audit. During the Term of this Agreement and for a period of two (2) years following the expiration or termination of this Agreement, both Parties shall create and maintain sufficient books, records and accounts related to this Agreement according to generally accepted accounting practices. Each Party shall have the right, at its own expense, to inspect or direct an independent certified public accountant to inspect and audit those books and records of the other Party that are relevant to the determination of compensation payable hereunder, provided, however, that such audits will be conducted no more than once in any calendar year, upon not less than 30 (thirty) days' notice, during regular business hours, at mutually agreeable dates and times (not to be unreasonably withheld or delayed), and provided further that such accountant, if any, executes a confidentiality agreement reasonably satisfactory to the Party being audited, to protect the confidentiality of any records so audited. If the audit discloses a payment discrepancy or error, the Party responsible for correcting such error shall make any undisputed payment or remittance within thirty (30) business days of the generation of the audit report. In the event an audit discloses a payment discrepancy or error of more than ten (10%) percent, the Party owing such payment or remittance shall bear the cost of the audit.

I’m holding for a year, this year is going to be full of good stuff. If you don’t believe me check out the web casts and the talknstocks.com interview. Anyway back to the topic. I think its bad news that we didn’t rollout next week. But maybe it is good news, remember the companies both know a lot more of what’s going on than we do. Personally I think it is GZFX that chose to extend. I think they are concerned with the sub growth. They want to be able to serve their customers right. I think they will be getting a new distribution center between now and March and hopefully they just wanted to wait for that before they begin rollout. I don’t see why CC would have cancelled or extended…if you read the agreement for the program it pretty much states GZFX has to pay for everything lol.
Remember I’m only a newbie investor. Remember I’m not a pumper. And please remember that what I post is not a buy or sell recommendation and I don’t want anyone blaming me for anything. And if I made a mistake anywhere I would be appreciative for anyone to correct me.

Int'l expansion as we all know was only put on hold because of the CC program. Regardless whether or not the roll out happens (It will, hence the pilot extension) GZFX will go Canadian sooner in no time.

I'm sorry guys, I don't mean to be a basher but this one has struck me as a bum steer since I first saw it. What is goning to keep these guys alive once games and video are rented over the internet cheaply? It's already starting to happen...seems to me mail order has a short future ahead of it.
Just my two cents.
