Seriously though, despite this major drop, it was probably my best day in this stock. I was far from making perfect decisions today but I added 20% more shares and brought my average WAY down simply by flipping what I had.
For the first time since I've been in this stock I'm actually poised to make some money.

Entry into Material Agreement, Financial Statements and Exhibits
ITEM 1.01 ENTRY INTO A MATERIAL DEFINITIVE AGREEMENT On October 4, 2005, the Company entered into a Services Agreement with Circuit City Stores, Inc. (see Exhibit 10.1). Under the terms of this agreement, the parties will run a pilot program, to commence on November 1, 2005 and ending on January 15, 2006, in 17 retail stores and on the Circuit City website to promote the service offered by the Company. If the pilot program is deemed a success by both parties, the parties will expand the pilot program to the remaining approximate 600 retail locations of Circuit City in the United States by adding 55 Circuit City stores per month. Under the terms of this agreement, the parties will share in the revenue from the sale of Company memberships through Circuit City.
Attached is a press release issued in connection with this agreement (see Exhibit 99).
On December 28, 2005, the parties entered into an amendment to the Services Agreement (see Exhibit 10.2). Under this amendment, the parties agreed to extend the pilot program until March 15, 2006. Thereafter, if the parties mutually agree that a national rollout of this program is mutually beneficial, they will enter into a definitive agreement for such national rollout.

Yeah most of me believes it will not be a blood bath and this is pretty much a bottom-out but it's scary to see so much go that fast especially over bad hype. I want to see real news on this. And if that was total BS someone made up, I'm going to hate message boards just as much as I love them for letting me know the news came out before everyone noticed.

wow I just realized I got some thin finger sells at .01. Scottrade has been repairing them and I'm finding out I didn't lose as much as I had thought.

I agree, nothing is sooooo bad. But the people that buy prior to big expectations made this go up this week. Period. Now they're gone until there's another reason to think this is going to explode like they did this month. It's pretty logical.

exactly. There is no reason to sell now unless you don't want to wait. There may be more news on the way. I just wish they released this around Christmas and not after all the gains and newer news. But at least today they didn't realese the bad news then good news, because then the good news would have done nothing! lol
Actually for me it was better that way. I wouldn't have bought more. Oh well. Life goes on.

still ticks me off I thought I had a doctors appt. today and went to find out that I didn't and missed the whole thing. suck I droped 5 grand today damn damn damn I guess that is where you should always you a stop loss suck suck when will I learn hopefully today well Im headed to the bank to wire more money into my account at least I lost gains my aveage is .o121 but suck it's nicer to see it in your account. =-(

What a turn of events. Does anyone besides me think something is terribly fishy? Yesturday was a positive, there were no signs of this kind of crap happening today, impossible to predict even. And now we're blamining it on shares sold, no reason for anyone to sell at this point, nor this morning. It doesn't add up.

I totally disagree... Like I was saying, everyone that is long on this stock has been in for awhile. People that made the stock go up this week are people buying because they were expecting a huge PR around Jan. 15th. All the people that bought this week (People that buy right before expected big news,) are now getting out until the news is expected again. That's a lot of shares being sold. I mean we're almost at 600,000,000 traded today. That's not coincidence.

That's true... Lot's of sells going through. But you'll notice, each time it gets to about .0105 it darts back up a bit. People know that GZFX is a great buy at these prices and no one is going to sell at those prices. So in my semi-logical opinion, I don't think we'll get below a penny. It's tried 2 or 3 times today already... Even during the biggest point of selling off people started buying when it hit that low. We'll see! Just speculation and hope...

Yes yes, I see your point as clear as you see mine. However, I am still in the midst of understanding why such a large amount of shares will be sold at this time and ultimately forcing the uptrend of the PR to start a few ticks below as a result of sellers. Yes I know what people are doing will cause positive divergence, letting them get in on a sweet price and then selling with a strong foundation that they ahve created. But, this is nonsense to those that are holding, in fact I don't think this helps anyone except for the few with bulk securities.... That's why I made my complaint.
