Flash, I didn't listen to the webcast so I don't know for sure but to be honest, it's kind of irrelevant unless you plan on holding this. They've got over a billion out right now, another 2 billion were just registered, and they've got some god awful debentures in place that could raise the float to mammoth proportions so in my opinion, what's another billion. The stock is swinging around right now on news and hype and good money can be made, but long term, I think it could get pretty ugly.

flash i think what you heard was in the beginning when he was stumbling over his words. He was just going over the current shares that are out right now, no more shares have been authorized from what i heard.

Yes clintonj once we get to the penny land goodbye to the sub pennies. We are readjusting to were the stock was before the last runup happend, which was one week ago from tomorrow.
All in all a nice view for everyone who is looking to stay in the company and only take profits on it's way up. The groundwork was further laid today. I think tomorrow will be an interesting day as the news of the PR comes out across the web to different penny company and they have alerts for the company b/c of the contract with CC that starts next Tuesday. Nice reloading spot I have been reloading on all the small dropoffs they have, which in my view is way too cheap for the company.

Even for the people that are only playing the company for news, you will get a lot of that coming out next month, earnings report, website updates, College programs, ad popup program, CC ad to over 150m people, it's getting good.

Don't worry I am not going anywhere imakmony2005 I am in GZFX for the long run I know it's coming they are a powerhouse in the making, actually they keep price falling I am going to have no choice but to buy more shares, they are tempting me.
Actually I just submitted another question to the Investor Relations dept. to do a follow up on the web cast interview I will let everyone know if it gets answered. It normal takes them a few days; they normally answer all my questions I ask them I try to keep them open minded.

We will see a lot of highs and lows on GZFX especially when good news comes out. The short term guys are here to play it by ear and the long termers are playing it by heart. In the end it'll prevail high and strong as long as everything goes as planned.

Early level two charts shows back into the 7s today, how long it will stay up there is the question, since we are still undervalued. It really doesn't matter. lol

This stock has just completely stalled here. I was hoping that it would run a little after Thursdays Web Confrence. Now it looks like the only thing that will get this moving again is a nice PR. I am hoping they release one on November 1st or 2nd, letting us know how their first day went.
I bought in some more, and I would suggest to anyone to do the same. After their Web Confrence, it is clear that this company is well structured, managed, and has clear goals with a good business plan and a vision for the future. Long and short of it is that the guys that are running this show know what they are doing. Just one nice PR, and I can see this settling over $.01 for good.

Didn't they say that they thought the 3rd Quarter would show a profit? Not out of the red, but at least heading in the right direction... and when is the quarterly reporty scheduled to be released, for some reason I think I remember seeing November 16th as the date?

All that matters on our quartlery reports are improvements. I think he said the quarterly report is coming soon. They just haven't finished analyzing. I'd expect early November. We should be having a lot of buy ins soon. I've been loading up constantly on the low dips. We're going to see a lot of positive days next two weeks.

The last quarterly was reported on August 15, from the Conference Call yesterday they said they will be working no the numbers and will release the quarterly as soon as possible.
IMO we are going to finish up today and then monday we will get a nice rally, but I dont think that there will be a dump before the quarterly... I know the saying "sell the news" but I didn't think that people sold on anticipation of quarterly reports (correct me if im wrong)
we might not see a profit this quarter but i think we will for the 4th quarter we will, especially with the cheaper maliers and the increased subs. The third quarter should be looking in the right direction for the third quarter.

I think if we are in the red in the for the 3rd quarter report the 4th won't be. Over the next few weeks look for the good times in this stock, once we break the penny mark it is going to get interesting to see were it goes.

The CEO replied to my follow up question from the web confrence. Here is what I asked and what his answer was....
Acquistions
Question: Mr. Fleming or Chip, I am a big shareholder of GZFX and wanted to do a follow up on the web cast press conference. In terms of the acquisitions is it in your view smarter for the company (GamezNFlix) to acquire a video game company or a movie company? Or does that even matter? And also at this time is there any heavy negations going on with any company to possible acquire. Thanks,
Answer: The Company has and will continue to look at possible acquistions for many different business reasons. Some of which are growth and others for a fit into our desire to be a internet entertainment group.

18 employees now. That means they've added 10. Their growing. I don't expect a profit in the next 2 quarters but I'm pretty sure their next quarterly report in mid nov. will be positive, bringing them close to the break even point.
Let Flemming and GZFX concentrate on CC. Netflix sets the standards whether their competing with them head-to-head or not. They have a long way to go. They lost millions the last time they messed up their campaign. CC is their last chance. That's why they scrap their UK expansion plans, acquisitions to focus on CC.

Not that bad of a day Four days before the CC contract starts, I know GamezNFlix is ready and I know all of us in the stock is ready for this baby to start also. Up days are coming for us, see everyone later. 0.01 come on!

i thought it was a great day for a friday, 70m volume it finished green, and only 1 more trading day between now nad the start of the pilot.
After reading around I can't decide if the pilot will cause a jump in price or not.

Success of the pilot will cause a run but the actual beginning of it will probably be a slight increase or simply neautral. At that point more people will know about it and see it for sure in effect but it needs success for people to dump money into it. We're really the early birds trying to catch the most worms for the day assuming there's any out there to find.
I believe that the quarterly reports will cause spikes. Even in the red a decrease of loss will get people interested. If we see green for the 4th quarter it'll boom then. That is far from now though. Let's hope news alone will help it move some.
