I've got about 3.2 mill. I got quite a few back in the 50's so I'm just slowly adding on when I see these dips. No real concern in getting that much more in tho. That's why I get only the lowest It's better to never get that buy than to end up losing.. even though this one will be going up in the end.

Their quarterly report should still show a loss shouldn't it? They offer a free 2 week membership or something like that and not everybody is going to run out and sign up on Nov 1st. It's going to be a few quick sign-ups and then slow and gradual after that. However they weren't losing too much last quarter so maybe it could show a plus. Would a gain per share show growth in the stocks or just improvement?
I agree. Nov 1st itself wont be the major growth point but it will be where it begins to grow fast as people wait for results. And obviously if the results are very good, they boom again at that report.

from what i've read a lot of people got memberships to their site shortly after the news came out that GZFX is going to be teaming up with CC...
I think if a pr is released on November 1st about how the pilot is now underway there may be a little pop and that could certainly set this in the right direction.
I think a key to their quarterly would be that they show improvement, I've noticed a lot of pennies report losses but it's mainly due to r&d and marketing that's holding them back.

My information shows there quarterly report will be an increase, b/c there chart shows Quarterly Revenue, Quarterly Operating Expenses, Quarterly Loss, are all close only a few hundred dollars apart, which is excellent budgeting. Over the last three months. At www.stockinformationsystems.com you can check out there monthly numbers.

This is a head fake by the MMs no one should sell b/c this is falling way to fast on no news, which means MMs are gapping it down, this is the chance for everyone to reload like I am going to do if it hits anywhere in the 6s. I wonder how long they will try and run it down?

I'm not sure why they're gapping it down so much. I expected in the 70's but not 60's. You'd think they want to let it rise up quickly again before bashing it back down to take the most profits. Perhaps their plan is to let us see a major increase tomorrow when the announcement is made by the CEO. Might make the company look a lot better with the major increase and either give them a chance to dillute even more very high or just launch the company from that point on. I'm really not sure what there exact goal is with the dillution.. whether it's to pick up quick bucks now to invest further/pay off bills and make their quarterly report look good or to set-up the stock price so it really flies when they open big in the business. Either sounds good, it's all ups for the price short or long run.

I just reloaded some more money into the company today another 121,000 at 0.0069, I have a lot riding on this company. I was running through different reason why they was diluting it down also, at first I thought it was MMs now I see diluting b/c of the sizes, and patterns it has to be a reason, which I am sure we will find out tomorrow for sure.

Answer: GameZnFlix is looking to acquire companies, not be acquired.

Answer: The increase in Authorized Common shares of the company has been done to continue the filing of the SB2 with the SEC. Authorized does not equal Issued it only provides the company with a treasurery of shares.

Question: Mr. Fleming, The funding issue has been going for some time now. Can you provide an update on the progress thus far? Thank in advance......
Answer: As of Monday, 9/12/05 at 1630 hours the SEC allowed the filed SB2 to become effective. This draws to a close of the SEC review of the filing and provides their approval of our funding.

Question: Blockbuster announced 750,000 subscribers signed up for their service in the last 7 months. If Gameznflix were able to achieve these numbers, could the software and planned Distribution Centers handle similar growth?
Answer: Yes, our software and hardware has the capicity to handle an unlimited number of members. Our distribution centers have been designed to expand to meet membership needs.

Corporate capital funding
Question: I read your quarterly SEC filing and saw where you stated you only have enough money to opperate for one more month. Have you raised financing to continue opperations for the rest of the year? I wonder this because your spending money going to England to expand but you don't seem to have enough money for opperations here in the U.S.
Answer: The Company has in place enough funding for the next several years. We have a pending SB-2 filing with SEC involving Golden Gate Investments/La Jolla Cove Investors for $16.5 million dollars. Upon clearing the standard required review of the SEC the investors stand ready to provide the funding.

QUES: What will you do with the Authorized 2,000,000,000 shares?
ANS: We increased our Authorized shares in order to file the SB2 with the SEC. When filing the company must have enough authorized shares to complete the transaction on the day of filing. This does not mean that the shares are actually issued, but merely if on that day it was the company had enough authorized stock to do so.

Good lock down Bluemound_Freak, I know we are on the right side, I can't say enough under a penny is undervalued for this company. The facts are all there, why they should not be under a penny. The Circuit City deal, expanding to the UK, some sources tell me a possible super bowl commercial in the works (I cannot confirm that) that is why I have never posted that before, a balanced sheet for the past three months, 16.5 million dollars giving to the company to expand and continue the operations, That is alone puts the stock between .03-.05
And the success and continuing growth of those things projects the company well into the .12s,15s,etc... No limit in my view if all those things get going, and continue rolling, "NetFlix! we will see you in a little while up close and in person"

Good article Berlin, I have done a bunch of research on Netflix over the past 6 months and that has been a driving piece in my support of GamezNFlix, b/c they have the chance to do it the right way, alone with more creativity in my view. I use to read a bounce of Chips columns that he posted online for different sources and he is a veteran of the business world in my view. That is a smart guy, not to take anything away from John Fleming or Arthur deJoya, who raised more than $600,000,000 at only two companies alone. WOW!
