MONEY
Although I'm sure your claims of cash are the usual BS, I do find the %'s thing interesting. I usually execute about ten trades a day.. very seldom do I ever go a day without trading something. How does that work? On average execute 1 trade per day? Or you have to have at least one trade every day to qualify as a trader?
There are no hard and set rules set forth by the IRS, but you can take some guidance from a lot of the court cases. I would definitely confer with a CPA about it. It requires tracking if you have long term investments AND short term. ie. if you buy some stock in PD to hold and buy some to swing, you need to have them in seperate accounts I believe. It also is supposed to be one of your main sources of income. I haven't gone through it in a while though.
I refer my clients to a CPA on this one because it can be tricky, and you don't want to find out the hard way if you don't qualify.
Looks like I got some research to do. Luckily my mom's been with the IRS for 20 years so she's got an idea on what to do. It'll be fun telling her I've been investing money all this year though., I haven't told her how much cash I've made yet. That's what this Christmas break is for

Seems like everyone is shorting this stock, why? Do they know something we don't? I feel that the only thing thats going to help us now is the next quarterly hopefully showing that they are starting to make money and that subs are really up and growing big time.

yea that's what everyone has been saying for the last week.. tommorow it will be green.
I think this one is dead until we get a PR. It's still a good stock, but seems it was over hyped a little too early.

looks like it might hover at these levels for a bit, then keep coming down...Don't even have to look at a chart to see it..

It sucks to know you are on a good stock but nothing is happening in the short term, you must wait and ride the test of time to rip the rewards. I guess success is not created overnight but one must be patient, all good things come to those who wait.

Quarterly and CC announcement are the only things that will end this slump. Until then, flat line or red. It's not suprising that MM's are taking advantage of this lag time.

Yup. THis is what sucks about going day-by-day. It makes it seem like you're waiting forever to make that money. I've been playing google all morning. It's a great way to keep me occupied. It's like the best video game ever for investors lol
